Freesia vs heliotrope. Freesia wins hands down.
To me, freesia smells a lot like nail polish remover at first. Then it smells kind of like soap. So really I cannot say I am a fan of this fragrance, but it’d be great for someone who loves freesia.
I got this on clearance at Ulta a while back. My nose was pretty much done but my friend said this one was “nice” so I bought it. Unfortunately I do not care for it.
It would seem Susanne Lang has stopped producing fragrances so if you’re a freesia lover I’d try to find this one before it disappears. Doesn’t seem the fragrances were very popular to begin with so I doubt there’s much extra stock lying around.

I really like this one. It’s soft, fresh and feminine and the staying power is fine.

Not for me, the jasmine is not exactly indolic but has the extremely unpleasant sharp soapiness on my skin. Almost like it’s an ‘off’ perfume. Horrid, must wash off.

The notes seem so boring to me, but the scent is far from boring. It’s both strong and airy. The only way I can descibe this is, it’s like a smell you’d smell standing on top of a mountain on a cold day. It also smells like fresh laundry, blueberries and burnt sugar. It’s very pleasant to my nose and wore it a lot last summer. I’m really into her new scent lovebirds tropical. Her entire line signature and Sula are fantastic, unique, fresh and long lasting.
