Description
Designer house of Betty Barclay launches its new fragrance for women in January 2012 under the name of Style by Night. The fragrance follows the line of Style from 2004 and Pure Style from 2010. Style by Night is described as a scent that radiates glamour of a pulsating metropolis, ideal for a night out or a romantic dinner by candlelight. It aims at women who are charming and attractive but never too aggressive.
The composition is rich, clean and elegant. It combines juicy notes of yellow plum and white peach with seductive tones of jasmine and violet leaf. Cashmere wood and musk give a touch of glamour and sophistication to the fragrance.
The new bottle is of the same round shape as Pure Style edition, colored in black with gold detailing as a symbol of simple elegance, glamour and classic style. The face of the advertising campaign is model Eva Padberg.
The fragrance is available as 20 ml Eau de Parfum, 20 and 50 ml Eau de Toilette, 75 ml deodorant natural spray, 150 ml shower gel and 150 ml body lotion.

I have problems with some perfumes – they turn male’ish on my skin. This one does. Very fresh but on my skin very fresh male’ish.. Longlasting. I would like to call it unisex.

Sorry not a fragrance review BUT does anyone else noticed the same colour palette as for Boss “Nuit pour femme”???!!! And this one was supposedly launched earlier. Same peach and jasmine and wood in the base, i wonder if they even smell alike? I mean, even the advertising is in the same style (not completly the same, but there are certain similarities). I wonder if they even smell more or less alike: Boss Nuit and Barclay Style by night.

Just another bad drugstore scent by Betty Barclay. It doesn’t have much “night” in it. I like some Betty Barclay clothes and think it’s quite a classic brand – just why do they put out so very bad scents?
