Got this as a bargain blind buy- only £5 so I thought it was worth a go . The opening note is rhubarb but not just any rhubarb- the first batch of the season with a tart note that takes your breath away. This dies down very quickly to a more sedate note almost as if the rhubarb had been cooked. It lasts in this form for a while and then I got roses not newly cut but ones that had been around awhile and had just a subtle warming aspect of their scent remaining. A slight touch of sweetness. The problem with this perfume is it’s hard to distinguish any note apart from that initial one as projection and sillage are so poor. However can’t really complain as it was sooo cheap.

Just received this today…total blind buy, based on review here and the notes listed. I wanted something fruity but sharp and thought this might fit the bill. It starts out all Rhubarb (kind of like rhubarb & ginger gin..which I love) and then mellows to something much softer and sort of like vanilla fudge, but without the sickly sweetness. I doesn’t last all that long on me but I still really like it…not sure what it’ll be like in warm weather though.. I’ll keep you posted!!

I don’t like it. Smells like detergent to me.

The package is quite kitch and funny to hold. The scent is mature but soft. It reminds me of something from Gucci or Chloe was not able to put my finger on it yet. Its definately classic and put together without being pretentious. The drydown is sweet but not too much, it had a nice but quick transition from the ruhbarb to the lemonblossom-pear-citrus to the toffee but its very decent for a celebrity scent. I like it and will wear it to formal/special occasions. Great bling buy!
Update: Sadly, lasting power is weak, around 2 hours tops and it dissapears instantly on colder weather. Do not be decieved by the noir name, this is a fresh ruhbarb scent, reminescent note of EArden Beauty. I will use it in the spring/summer and see if it projects a little bit more. Still nice, still classy but very very weak.

Beautiful feminine wintery fragrance . The sourly rhubarb balances perfect with sugary toffee. There are an amazing underlaying tuberose which adds depth to it. It smells more expensive than it is – imo it could easily pass as a flanker from the Viktor & Rolf BonBon line, or maybe some sort of Gucci flanker … Despite being a celebrity fragrance , it is not your average teenage bubblegum fragrance . It is much more mature and unique. Really love it , a wonderful blind buy. Bottle is very pretty as well.

Right away I get strong citrus from the mandarin and sour from the rhubarb, with very little florals from the middle and after about 20 minutes it becomes sweeter from the caramel but still sour! Definetly strong and citrusy

Bought this for my sister for Christmas when I was visiting the UK last year. Sprayed a little on my hand, and I couldn’t stop smelling my hand all day. Beautiful fruity scent, but not in a cloying way. Sister really liked it too.

is like a lighter version of Lutece.
Very pretty.

Lovely scent not too strong, pretty, sweet and slightly fruity but not heady or sickly, only a faint floral smell with a little warmth from the toffee once it drys down, i would wear on a night out over the winter, not keen on the original but think this is beautiful.

A beautiful light, floral fragrance. Her previous two r absolutely gorgeous in comparison this one is far lighter & doesn’t not smell anything like the original stormflower. However, this a pleasure to wear, lasting power & sillage r moderate although it would have been better if it was slightly more musky.

not sure why people are bringing their hate for cheryl into the reviews, i personally think all her scents smell amazing but each to their own.

I am in love with this fragrance. I love Cheryl’s first two perfumes but this is her best so far. The box is a very heavy duty thick cardboard which gives it a high quality feeling from the start. The bottle is a matte black with ‘Stormflower Cheryl’ written on it. This time the cap is matte gold to go with the colour of the box. The actual scent is AMAZING !! I’m not always the best at picking out notes but I can smell the mandarin and pear in the top with a warm undertone of rhubarb. The middle blends in well with notes of tuberose, rose and orange blossom. The middle is a very soft fresh layer to the fragrance. Once it dries down and the base notes start to shine through you get an absolutely amazing fragrance with notes of brown sugar, musk and sandalwood. To me the base is a very creamy musky scent with a nice sweet burst of brown sugar and warm undertones of the wood. This is a great perfume for any time of year. Cheryl keep the perfumes coming !! This gets a 9/10 from me xo
