I tried a sample because of the datura note. I’ve grown this amazing flower, and the spicy nocturnal scent is intoxicating. Unfortunately, I cannot detect it anywhere. Sorciere is very aromatic, as in a “tiger balm” sort of way.
Edit: The temperature has fallen considerably today, and yes ;*) I can pick up the datura note. It seems to me, that it requires a colder day to evolve on my skin. Definitely a winter scent.

White, yellow combination. White floral and yellow ylang ylang as the ylang is the dominant note with woody note and some fir.
This is an overpowered fir angelica ylang combination with balsamic effect as the quality is there.

Heavy, heady florals driven by a prominent vetiver note. I don’t know if it’s the datura, but this perfume has a dangerous feeling to it. And I don’t mean in a beguiling way but literally in a I-don’t-want-to-go-near-this-smell way. I also seem to be one of the rare human out here for whom vetiver has the potential to nauseate if it’s too prominent. Here it reaches that critical mass sufficient to turn my stomach. If I just stick to Ava’s woody and oriental categories, I’m good 🙂
