Wow, this is something. The rose is HUGE in this one, and the oud is not the fecal kind. It’s medicinal / crisp at most. I also feel the patchouli, it might be the oud-patchouli combination that gives off this cold herbal dimension. But rose still rules it, projection is more than sufficient and, while I don’t find it’s a scent unique enough to justify the price (I’m a practical person here), for a rose lover who doesn’t mind splurging for another addition to their wardrobe, this is a proud one.

To my nose, this is like Aramis Calligraphy Rose crossed with Tauerville Rose Flash, but with a more fruity, lighthearted tone thanks to the mouthwatering lychee note.

It reminded me of Delina upon first spray, then turns more gourmand in the middle; not knowing it’s a rose-oud, the warm oriental drydown came as a pleasant surprise. A respectable fragrance from top to base.
