Description
Aiming at girls from 14 to 18 years old, who make up most of his fans, the teen pop star Justin Bieber launches his first prestige market fragrance named Someday.
Perfumer Honorine Blanc of Fiermenich created the fragrance as a delicious fruity – gourmand, appropriate for the age of its expected audience. Lance McGregor designed the ultra girly bottle with its stopper shaped as a flower of layered hearts and removable charms hanging from its neck. The print campaign is photographer by Terry Richardson, featuring Dree Hemingway.
Top notes: juicy mandarin, pear, wild berries.
Heart: fresh jasmine and creamy flowers.
Base: vanilla and soft musk.
Justin Bieber Someday is available as Eau de Parfum in bottles of 30, 50 and 100 ml, with products such as scented hair mist and body lotion.

Longest lasting Pear dominated fragrance I have ever come across, Pear with a hint of berries.
Most of my fragrance collection is in storage and as I have quit tobacco again I have used the spare change to purchase a small travelling collection, which will weigh me down for pittances. I have accrued nearly 30 bottles and have finished a few too, surprisingly spending very little.
‘Someday” I purchased for the bargain price 100 mill flacon EDP for $ 6.99 Aus dollars. Cheesy bottle with a plastic floral petal cap, however I don’t purchase fragrances for the celebrity attachment. I detach myself from their blatant self promotion, I purchase my fragrances on value for money and appropriation of use and Oh I a have a terrible habit of collecting.
After the initial dry down, mixed berry and indistinct floral notes become a tad evident. I am impressed with the pear notes staying power beats my regret buy of Celine Dion’s ‘Sensational’, this fragrance lasts for day’s on travelling skin and remains pretty much unchanged except for the latter floral notes the pear remains unchanged on my skin.
I love pear scents so this fragrance is more than noteworthy for lovers of this note. It isn’t gourmand either, it’s more of a majestic fruity orchard blossom scent that dominates for the first few hours, clean and fresh.
Despite the bum flap image of Bieber, and I have not been a follower of his music, this is an non intrusive fragrance and is excellent value for money. This would also suit layering with a deeper more woodsy fragrance,
I own two bottles, one in storage and one travelling with me, both bottles were inexpensively priced at time of purchase, hard to resist a bargain.
If one can get over the silly Bum Flap image of the celebrity representing this fragrance and if one loves rather linear pear, berry cross indistinct flowers, in their fragrances, then I would recommend a casual affair with ‘Some Day’ EDP.

I checked the creator of this one and I saw that the perfumes he is making are all almost in the same category-style.
I got a huge compliment one day from a girlfriend of mine… was so crazy and I’m still ROFL because she thought that it was a very expensive one and I really don’t know why she told me “this smells like Poison by C.Dior”.
She did not believed me when I said to her that is a J.Bieber one.
She’s not so much into perfumes and everytime we had a meeting I was adding different scents.
Her signature is Coco by Chanel, had wore Krazy from Krizia and her mother’s so f*cking special perfume was Must by Cartier.
She loved 31 Rue Cambon from the Exclusive line and written it down and also the Fumerie Turque from S.Lutens.

The only think that I really don’t like is that it is oversynthetic…too strong, with 2 sprays you are just more than ok and the other thing that I really don’t like is that it has something that brings me naussea…
I’m wearing V&R Bonbon this very moment and I find that is in the same vein…maybe because the creator have made La Nuit Tresor a la Folie??

Beautiful, juvenile, almost too sweet, heavy on berries. And to be honest, I’m not able to tell a difference between this and Viva La Juicy Noir! So if you are looking for a substitute that is even cheaper than the original, here you go! I got my bottle for less than $10 for 1,5 oz.

I didn’t come here to hate on Bieber, I doubt I could identify a Justin Bieber song if I heard one playing. But I have to say, this perfume is just so so. It really does smell like many many many others that are being marketed to the same demographic. (Wonderstruck, Viva La Juicy, Ari, etc) Indiscernible fruit mixed with a vanillic base. It smells sweet and innocent, but not very interesting and easily interchangeable with a lot other fragrances for the younger market. I get it though, when I was a kid I wanted Debbie Gibson Electric Youth, which smelled a lot like Someday… candied fruits and vanilla on a musky base. About as sexually provocative as bubble gum, which makes sense. I ended up layering my sample of Someday with a Banana Republic perfume that had a matching vanilla note in it, just to add more nuance to my sillage cloud. My son tells me that Someday smells like “Every single girl in 5th grade” and didn’t want to hug me because of it. I’m still laughing about that.

I am always willing to give celebrity/cheap stuff a try even if I’m not a fan of the person. Often times there’s something (my body chemistry?) that brings out a plastic doll scent. I am a huge fan of sweet smells but all I smell is plastic with this one and it gives me a headache everytime.:( Oh well, I gave it a shot.

This is not bad, it is actually quite pleasant, but very generic. And a bit synthetic. To me, it smells like those perfumed pens that tween girls buy for school.
Try it if you like soft fruity fragrances.

Review is for the solid perfume in a crayon pencil form. Someday smells very fruity on me. I get no flowers. I get no vanilla even. To my untrained nose, it reminds me of apples, pears and an undertone of tobacco in unlit form. Is slightly sweet and woody as well. Good young happy scent.

He is 23 years old, and through his hard work (he grew up in poverty, him and his single mom lived in shelters and had to use food banks) and is now worth over a half a billion dollars. He spends considerable time in his hometown (Stratford/London, Ontario, Canada) town doing charity work. He doesn’t just write cheques.
He does not need the money from the fragrances in his name. I have yet to hear of any other celeb who donates the sales of their frags to charity.
I have every one of Justin’s fragrances and I find them to be quality products, enjoyable to wear at affordable prices. And no I am not 16, I’m 62. I’m proud of my fellow Canuck and what he’s accomplished.

This smells a little like Cherished by Drew Barrymore. I purchased a 1 oz bottle for $7.99 at Marshall’s. It is a sweet, slightly fruity floral that’s soft and easy to wear. It won’t be a favorite or a scent that I crave, but i think it’s a cute and fun, casual every day perfume.

I don’t have any complaints about this one. I received it as a gift a long time ago. Is it my favorite? No, but it is an easy, go-to scent for every day wear. On my skin it smells like floral caramel, though caramel is not in the notes. Is it the vanilla? And something else that I don’t know what it is.. almost like plastic. Justin Bieber scents are Amazing. If he in any way approved them, he definitely knows what smells yummy! I am on the fence as to whether I like this one or his Girlfriend perfume better, and I also love The Key parfum in his line! No joke, this smells delicious enough to eat, and so does Girlfriend. I find that Girlfriend lasts longer out of the two. I have zero regrets with this. I have owned two bottles, the charms are adorable and go on my necklaces, the bottle design always makes me happy with the heart shaped rose!
Now as for the “swept away hair mist” of this scent though strange at first like suntan lotion, lasts forever in my hair and is to die for once the initial blast dries. The perfume does not have that weird suntan smell at all. But the hair mist lasts way longer, so it is a toss up!
I love this perfume and I am just being honest. This scent though some may perceive as very young, is to die for !
If you want a more expensive smelling perfume all ages could appreciate, try The Key, it is also undeniably beautiful.

Smells a little bit like Nicki Minaj Pink Friday, but still lovely! A rarely ever get headaches from perfumes but every now and then I would get very small headaches from this. Very simple and sweet! Lasts around 4 hours. Very good for a school day or a casual day.

Found an old body lotion version of this while cleaning my bedroom. I tried it before I went to bed and I have to say, it’s not bad! Since this is my review on the perfumed body lotion this might not be accurate for the actual perfume.

It’s a nice winter fragrance in my opinion. The staying power is just amazing. It’s smooth, warm and sweet. I can detect the pear, vanilla and some berries. It’s a Bieber fragrance, but I don’t think it suits too young girls anyway. It’s something halfway between Viva La Juicy Gold and Noir.

I just saw this in TJ Maxx for only $6 for a gift set. It starts sweet and nice, but quickly turns into Sweet Tarts on my skin. But for any pre-teens or young teens out there, this is a decent, if generic, scent. And dirt cheap right now. (For the older demographic, I personally find the Key perfumes to be a lot better).

Really is another typical fruity floral, I guess. Safe blind buy. I smelt this on a friend before when I was younger. I even “sneakily put on” the scent secretly because I loved it very much. Remembering that, I got the 100 ml bottle but I don’t seem to like it much as I did when I was younger. However, it’s not unpleasant. It’s sweet, fruity, flowery, and very feminine girly scent. I was curious about this fragrance but wanted to test it first. A Shoppers Drug Mart out of town in my daughters had one finally so I was able and to my delight I loved it and surprisingly to my fragrance gobbling skin lasted very long. It is nothing like I have ever tried, sweet but not immature sweet if that makes any sense, and captivating, a grown up sweet, like when you are browning sugar on the stove top preparing it for a dessert, sorry I can’t come up with a better explanation.
I really love this (I don’t believe in age categorizations when it comes to fragrances, I am 60) I really hate it when all these reviews start with – I am not a Justin Bieber fan BUT….. who cares if you are or not! why does it matter? Judge the perfume on what it is! This is a very, very nice one and I am going back today for a back up bottle! Which is very pretty I must say and as other posters have mentioned I am very impressed that all net profits from the sale of this fragrance are donated to charitable causes. You get a great fragrance and get to feel good about the money you spent – win win!

This is a floral perfume with some fruits – therefore a FLORAL perfume first and foremost. I do smell the floral notes in this a lot – I’m not big on flowery scents. I prefer his more fruity “Next Girlfriend” perfume as the fruits really stand out in that one; however, the flowers in this one are not offensive and strong. It’s a light wear, so it’s not terrible. I’m thinking it would be good for springtime due to its soft floral dominance. I wore it the other day and quite enjoyed it since it was not overpowering but instead was subtle and nice.

Absolutely delicious. First spray bursts with red berries and pear and later dries to a creamy berry vanilla. Not a complex perfume, but just a fruity, floral fun burst of scent.
The price is good for what you’re getting. I haven’t seen this perfume go for more than $30 here in AUS. Sillage is moderate, can fill an entire room within the first hour but later dies down. The only problem with this smell is it doesn’t last long at all. Maybe 3 hours max if you’re lucky. But, it is cheap enough to respray throughout the day (the smell is aimed at young girls though. I know when I was 14 I didn’t take any notice of how long my perfume lasted or strong it was for that matter).
Someday is obviously aimed at younger teens, I stopped wearing this when I was 18. But it still doesn’t stop me from spraying it all over myself when I pass it as a tester while I’m shopping.

All i can say for this perfume is that it’s very fruity, light, girly and sweet. Perfect for tweens, that aren’t mature enough to have a real perfume. A friend of mine actually gave this to me knowing i quite liked Justin Bieber. To put all bias opinions aside, it’s not very good in my opinion. I wear it occasionally just to wear something different, but I don’t really like it. The scent doesn’t last at all, and smells slightly of sweat (according to my older sister).

It is lovely, simple and not by any means offensive someday is very similar to pink friday, But I find it lasts longer, it has less of The tangerine scent comparing to pink friday.
It reminds me of gucci georgeus gardenia, even more so than PF.
And IMHO it Can be used by everybody old as young.

I just bought this perfume. When I spray it, I can smell a very beautiful fruity smell on this perfume. But after a while, it turns become more sweet floral scent. But I still like it. After I sprayed it. My bf came to the bedroom, and he was like sniffed around, and he asked ‘what is this smell ?’. I just smiled and said ‘does it smell good ?’ And he said ‘yes, it smells gooddd’. Then I laughed. I know he hate Justin Bieber, but accidently he appriciates JB’s perfume. Which means this perfume is actually not that bad. It’s a beautiful sweet smell perfume. This smells like sweet pear and vanilla perfume for the first few minutes, but then it dries down into a beautiful, sweet floral. It honestly smells like what I imagine a princess would smell like. However, I don’t see this as something only younger girls can wear. I am 25 years old, and I think it is delightful and versatile. The words “cute” and “lovely” come to mind when I smell it.
I seriously fell in love with the fragrance the moment it hit my skin. I even sprayed it on my boyfriend as a joke, but it smelled wonderful on him too. On me it smelled light and sweet, but on my boyfriend it turned into a sweet, yet wonderfully masculine fragrance. I definitely recommend it!

Wow… This smells so cute, just like JB himself. So fresh & not too sweet. The design, looks interesting & really nice with a rose as a top when you look at the side & the front. But it looks something & wierd from the top view. But still, cute design & cute smell. The sillage was good & it’s not lasting. Just 3 hours on me, but 5-6 hours when i layered it with lotion. Good for hot sunny day.

pinnock22, there is a similarity to Pink Friday, in the florals. PF just has more woodsy notes, from orris and sandalwood, which adds depth.
I enjoy the sweetness, and fresh linen note in Someday. It’s a good, unobtrusive, everyday scent for spring/summer.

I don’t love Justin to the point where I jumped onto the stupid craze “Cut4Bieber” but I do like his perfumes. This one is very interesting for a first scent. It is very vanilla heavy. I’m not complaining as I LOVE vanilla in a perfume as it makes it nice and warm and creamy. The bottle itself isn’t that impressive but the cap is very cool. You have a flower made out of heart shaped petals. The scent has great lasting power and I have personally had a few compliments on this. Ignore all the hate reviews as I say to my friends when I wear a scent “ignore the person behind it and just smell it” Well done Justin and don’t stop making perfumes. This one gets 6.5/10 from me 🙂 x

It’s quite a nicely made perfume, once again. I’m not usually into vanilla so I’m not surprised that I don’t get excited smelling this, but I still do think it’s a well made perfume. It’s sweet and fruity vanilla, a little “deep” than “fresh” or “airy” but it’s not heavy. Longevity is about 3 hours on me.
The cap is interesting too. Well done, JB.

This is awful and it smells very cheap (and yes, I tried it on me before judging). Even though I do enjoy vanilla scents, this one gave me an instant headache… it’s intrusive, not pleasurable at all. I’d certainly avoid being around someone who was wearing this.

I had gotten this fragrance for Christmas when I was about 18 years old and I gotta say the scent smelled very good. Very fruity. I had sprayed myself during school hours and some of the people adore the smell I got on.
The bottle is cute itself and I even got the lotion and the purse along with it. Even though I am a 20 year old, I still spray myself with the fragrance.
I’m not a JB fan that much, but his fragrance is very nice. I am surprised a lot of people disliked the perfume without trying it out themselves or what not.

There are much better fragrances on the market than this one. “Someday” by Justin is the epitome of generic fruity-floral. Nothing stands out. If you would like an affordable, sweet fragrance go to the other celebs (Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, JLo, etc.)
Nothing special. Poor longevity and generic smell. If you MUST have a Justin scent, I recommend his “Next Girlfriend” and “The Key” fragrances since they have a bit more staying power.

First of all, I did like Justin Bieber- never thought he was good looking as a guy but on the posters definitely looked a a prettier girl than the actual girl. I like he music, but all that aside- I’m only judging the actual perfume.
When I first opened the box, and sniffed the perfume from the bottle.. the plastic rose kind of got in the way, and made the perfume smell… gross?
I sprayed it it was just this overwhelming plastic, hairspray awfulness that then turned really floral on me. Then it stayed super floral on me for a looonnngg time, and then left this after scent of.. baby powder.
I tested it out for the second time a day after and mah, oh, man. It smelled alot better! After the dry down it was floral- but nice, sweet, vanilla-y and fresh with still a bit of powder. I like this perfume much better on the second time I tried it in oppose to the other day 🙂
*Each perfume would smell different on each person because of body chemistry, etc. Also.. this is the first perfume I bought, however I have tested others. I bought this because I got it real cheap at Winners.

Definitely sweet this one like a candy shop. Had it on 30 minutes and it’s like a lighter version of Katy Perry meow, but meow is much better, not quite so sweet.

Delicious fragrance. Smells like bubblegum and plastic to me, but in the best way possible, a really fresh not overpowering way. I really like this.

I have to start saying that I’m not a Bieber fan (it’s been a long, long time since I was a teenager!), that I got a sample with a purchase I made and that I’m not the kind of person that just despises “celebrity scents” without even testing them.
That being said, this one was a good surprise for me. With so many reviews reporting that Someday was sickly sweet (and I’m not even close to liking fruity-sweet scents), I was expecting some kind of “red berries liqueur”. At the very beginning, it is indeed very fruity and sweet, but also a little bit sour, and that makes the opening notes actually balanced. The pity, for me, is that these opening notes fade away very quickly (they are gone in about 1 or 2 minutes), and I really wish they would stay a little longer on my skin. Then the flower notes (particularly jasmine) appear, and they go hand in hand with a very prominent musk until the end, about 3 hours later. The musk note here gives the perfume a kind of grown up air, distinguishing it from the typical fruity-sweet teen fragrances.
I really didn’t notice the vanilla notes; the sweetness I got was only at the beginning, coming from the pear and the red berries. I would classify Someday as a floral musk.
The negative aspects are the weak projection and the longevity (3 hours of a skin scent, in my case), considering this is an EdP and that the price is not so low, given that celebrity scents are usually much more affordable.
Definitely, this is not a groundbreaking perfume, but there are also many praised designer brands that have been launching similar fragrances that don’t get so many negative reviews only because of their names. It will not offend anyone if used sparingly (even though the projection is not that strong for me), and it smells “clean”. Someday is safe, non-invasive and perfectly wearable on a day-to-day basis.

Don’t be swayed by the name on it. It’s SO pretty. This is such a light, pretty scent. It’s a great scent to wear when you are tired of musky, woody, heavier scents. But it doesn’t have the typical lemon or aqua smell most light, clean scents have. It’s light and clean without it.
I got it as a sample with a bunch of other perfumes and laughed to myself, till I tried it and it was better than most of the other perfumes samples I got.
I fell in love with it and bought a whole bottle. I think it is great for any age. I love putting it on before bed and waking up to the beautiful smell still lingering. DON’T miss this one because of the name!!

This perfume is one of my favoirites and I think it is because of it’s simplicity. It is so light, fresh and sweet that it is a perfect casual fragrance.
