I’d say that the listed notes are pretty accurate for this one.
In addition I’m getting what seems like the very occasional slight whiff of mint and ambroxan but for the most part it’s a fresh, sexy, leather and cedar. It’s vital and modern.
This one stands out for me. Its different and very well done.
I’ve received one complement from it from someone used to me wearing a lot of fragrances.
A good date scent if applied in moderation, I’d say.
It lasts all day on me and I’m one of these annoying complainers that not much has good longevity thesedays.
Perfect also for the cold weather or outdoors because of its stunning performance.
I’m going to be rocking this one a great deal.

Since I received this perfume at home, I am amazed with it, the packaging is beautiful, much better than that of many much more expensive perfumes. It is a blue box of magnetized cardboard, which opens like a book, inside is the beautiful metal bottle, embedded in a kind of velvety foam, with a finish, really, magnificent. You would never think it’s a 15€ perfume.
After dazzling, visually, with the packaging, you open the bottle and you smell its crystal rod and … you surrender to its charms. What a beautiful perfume, a leather with spicy tobacco. Unisex and beautiful.
It starts with an explosion of bergamot and lemon, which opaque, at times, a soft and velvety tobacco, with a sea of citrus, green and herbaceous nuances, a full-bodied aroma, but fresh and elegant. Then, the citrus are decreasing in intensity and begins to appear a tad of cumin, resembling, in this part, a little to Amouage’s Interlude, for that spicy touch so characteristic. Here we can see a soft tobacco with slight residual citrus nuances, but very spicy by cumin, and all this, on a bed of semi-sweet woods, with the first throes of leather. Little by little the leather starts to make its way into the aroma, the woody notes rise in intensity, the cumin and tobacco are muffled and the citrus notes disappear, allowing us to see a woody and spicy leather, with slight traces of tobacco, and a nuance earthy and balsamic patchouli, of vertigo. Personally, I love it, it’s a perfume with a lot of strength and character, but it never loses an iota of elegance and that touch of opulent and ostentatious perfume, worthy of much more expensive perfumes. Its drying is pure vice …
In terms of performance is great, exceeding 10 hours in skin without disheveled, with a strong wake in the first hours, then drops something until moderate, but making itself noticed at all times.
This type of perfumes is perfect for cold and temperate climates, and of course, to wear at night, although in a formal, daytime event with fresh weather, it is also a great option.
Can you ask for more? Yes, but not at this price. A beautiful perfume in all your senses, beautiful on the outside and beautiful on the inside. For lovers of leather and tobacco, it is a mandatory test, and for everyone else, too. Perfume highly recommended.
    Sorry for my bad english.

So I was craving a smoky scent and stumbled upon this master piece in a perfume shop. The perfume is actually quite pricy for the quantity compared to other al haramain products in the range. This costs around £15 for a tola(12ml). But this is still quite cheap compared to western perfumes given that this 12ml will last you for ages. It comes in a very premium looking box and the bottle is high quality metal with fake gems. When you open the cap you have a glass dip stick. This fragrance is beautiful and very unique something you probably wouldn’t have smelt before in your high street brands. I imagine a successful confident suited up person wearing this. It opens with some sweet ambery smell plus tobacco. After an hour or so the smokyness gets more pronounced and the silage on this is just beautiful. After 3-4 hours the scent sits close to the skin but smells pretty much the same a mix of tobacco leathery sweet sour something. After a few more hours you can still smell it by the end of the day but it doesn’t project much at this point. This is certainly a evening/night time scent and seems ok for dates, business meetings etc. I don’t think this should offend many people and certainly doesn’t cause a headache or get tiring after a while either. I went slightly overboard the first time I used it and didn’t have a headache. I absolutely love this scent for now. On clothes it could last for days or weeks. While it is marketed as unisex I see it as being more masculine.

Nagy kedvenc.

Solitaire has a VERY strong tobacco opening. It takes a few minutes before it settles down and mellows into a period of wonderment as other smells evolve. It’s impossible to ignore this fragrance. As I wore it, I was continuously comparing the evolution of the fragrance to various experiences. Eventually, I decided that I could not wait several hours until the subtle bergamot and lemon notes appeared. My husband has become the recipient of this powerful perfume oil. I love to smell it on him. It fits his image as an intellectual rebel. He loves it. I love the bottle and his smell when he wears it.

This Al Haramain perfume oil has a spirit of its own! When I first opened the bottle I wasn’t very charmed, but I was so wrong.
The next day I applied the oil on me and the fragrance started to evolve. The entire day I associated the aroma around me with Caron’s Yatagan. They shared that same strange oriental note, but in Solitaire it is a bit sweeter.
The most mesmerizing thing in Solitaire is the bottle! What a work of art! It is so magical, mystic and exquisite! The blue diamond-engraving is without analog.
This fragrance has so many strong sides… One of them is the longevity of this gem. I applied the perfume oil on my neck and behind my ears – that was on friday. Five days later, on tuesday my leather jacket is full of the Solitaire’s unique smell. When I open my wardrobe, where my jacket stays, I immediately recognize the smell of Solitaire. It is so solid and lasts forever. If just Kouros nowadays had that lasting power… I have to confess – Solitaire beats him.
Overall this is a great scent with even greater sillage and lasting power!
