Looking at the notes listed, I expected this fragrance to be heavy, darker, intense, but it isn’t at all. It’s a beautiful Spring and Summer scent, very modern and lightweight. Wears close to skin, so it’s safe for office or close quarters.
On my skin, bergamot adds an uplifting sweetness. Semi sweet bitter orange is very prominent, luscious, lasting all the way through. Benzoin is smooth, spicy, like a delicate incense flavored vanilla that adds lasting power to this scent. The rose blooms more in the dry down, wrapped in light musk. Rosewood in this blend is delicate, too, not heavy, smelling more of rose than wood.
If you love bitter orange and roses, with a light spicy touch, this is perfect. Very feminine, pretty. Lasts about 4 hours.
