This is arguably one of my favorite evergreen perfumes. This is what Christmas Eve is to me…the warmth of family and laughter, silvery sparkling tinsel, red and white candy canes, the smell of fresh cut fir tree, hot fruit compote, and opening presents while Bing Crosby croons “White Christmas” on the record player.
I do believe some of the notes are missing here though, peppermint is in here and frankincense as well. It is so lovely and fragile, like delicate thin glass vintage ornaments sparkling on the tree. I think of shiny silver presents wrapped in red bows and candy canes.
Just a lovely and nostalgic scent.
This is Christmas!
