Description

According to Women’s Wear Daily: “Australian actress Cate Blanchett has been confirmed as the new face of Giorgio Armani Parfums, a division of L’Oréal Luxe. Blanchett, who is rehearsing for a play with Isabelle Huppert at the Sydney Theatre Company, will be the face of an advertising campaign for a new eau de parfum called ‘Sí’ that will hit shelves at the end of the summer. The confirmation comes after weeks of unsubstantiated buzz following press reports about a fragrance collaboration between the actress and Giorgio Armani, who have a long-standing professional relationship. Blanchett has often worn Armani creations on the red carpet and openly expressed admiration of him.” Si was launched in 2013. The nose behind this fragrance is Christine Nagel.

I looked at it before but always dismissed it as being too “something”-too sweet , too syrupy, I don’t know. I ran into boxed set of bottle of edp and Georgio Armani lipstick that was very much a color I would wear and on the spur of the moment I decided to give it a go.
I do like it-I don’t get the top notes, I only get vanilla, patchouili and that elusive something that makes it smell very sweet and honeylike. Suprisingly, on my skin its not very lost lasting which was disappointing.
I don’t think I will get it again but I been wearing all the time because its sweet, rich and smells expensive-all those things that I like in perfume.

This HAS been unfortunately reformulated. I had it in 2013 and it was a total powerhouse and incredibly long lasting. Just smelled it from a free sample again and it’s absolutely pathetic, a weak shadow of it’s former self.
Edit: Not sure why I am being so downvoted on this comment but hear me out: I’m not a reformulation fatalist by any means, I used to roll my eyes at those kind of announcements thinking people simply don’t remember right or are nitpicking tiny differences that may just account to different batches. But when you have loved and used up a full bottle of something not even a few months before, you will instantly recognize if it has been butchered. Downvote me all you want, this does not smell like it did in 2013 when it was launched.

I found this rather boring and thankfully, it disappeared from my skin within an hour. It was kind of sweet, kind of woody, but I couldn’t pick out any notes and I just felt very “meh” about it. Si Passione, on the other hand, is great!

I like this when I smell it on a tester card, but on skin it turns sickly sweet and is very one-dimensional. It’s like they isolated the sweetness from Flowerbomb and bottled it. Not for me.

I have to admit, I’m not a huge lover of popular scents, (those scents that you smell everywhere and you recognise from a mile away).
But I had to make an exception and say yes to Si. Why? Because of the way it makes me feel.
Si is soft and comforting and it makes me feel elegant and relaxed at the same time. It’s one of the scents I reach for, whenever I don’t know what to wear.
It has that carefree vibe that makes me wear it way more often than I probably should.
I really enjoy wearing it during the soft fall we’re having in The Netherlands, but it will more likely stay with me during the whole cold season.
Because of my sensitivity I can’t wear it during warm weather, but I can imagine it could be a great year round scent for those who preffer sweet fragrances.

On my skin, this is like the day version of La Nuit Trésor. I really like it.

I did, too, feel like this was sickly sweet when sniffed from up close. I could not describe the smell and the closest I could come up with were those propolis and vitamin c throat pills that can be taken when you have a cold. It is a real shame because the perfume is nice, but you have to smell it from afar, not put your nose directly to it. I made this compromise because i like it otherwise…

I have a huge soft spot for Armani fragrances. Unfortunately I did not care for Sí. It can be very cloying and headache-inducing. There is something sickly sweet about it but it also has a sharp muskiness, like a sour wine. It is elegant and mature, I will give it that. I really wanted to like this one! I will stick with my Code and all the Code flankers.

Cassis, freesia, amber and vanilla make together this fragrance sweet, but not too sweet. It’s pleasant. The sillage is really nice. I think that it’s elegant thanks to freesia. I like it. Only I prefer another notes in perfumes now. And I even like Intense more. I’m in love with more loud perfumes.

    A current, musky fruity-floral…
So, I can see the appeal of this one, in the sense that a lot of younger women would like it (and I actually do know someone in their 20’s who wears this). I find that this is the type of perfume that embodies the designer market right now. It’s a patchouli-fruity-floral musky scent. Generally speaking, the Si line by Giorgio Armani is probably (to my nose) close to a fruity floral version of the Coco Mademoiselle line by Chanel. I sense some similarities in terms of the warm, powdery vibe but Si tends to depart in the more current, fruity direction. I do get the cassis (which has a blackcurrant like vibe) and also the musky vanillic notes, with the freesia adding to the florals along with the rose (and possibly a faint hint of jasmine or hedione molecule). I also think this might have cashmeran (and I think the ambroxan).
Overall, it’s not a bad fragrance by any means. it is good in terms of projection and performance. For me though, I prefer the Si Intense version, which I find is a more grown-up and improved version of this one. I would happily recommend that one as a more versatile and universal choice, whereas I see this as working more for a younger and more current audience out there.

I was hoping very much to smell this fragrance because it was so popular, but when I did, I disliked it. I don’t know why. It was not good for me.

This is my second Giorigio Armani parfum, I love everything about this scent. At first the Green aromatic comes at you.. then the dry down is super sexy. You get the woody Vanilla magic, and this isn’t the annoying vanilla cheap scent more like a sophisticated hint of sweetness.. this will be one of my fall scents.. great choice and it last for at least 6+ hours.

I’ve loved Sí ever since I first gave it a sniff. It feels like this is my soulmate perfume. Ever since then I’ve been wearing this which will be 3 years and I already repurchased multiple bottles of it. It’s really an addicting perfume for all different kinds of women!
Yes, Sí is popular but I personally think it’s quite a unique fragrance. Also, this smells different on everyone. My body chemistry really brings out a sweet wine smell with warmth from the ambroxan but there is also a dryness to it. It is just so classy and feminine to me and perfect for a signature scent. This is currently my signature!

This review is based on a mini.
When I first smelled it, I was so surprised of the scent because it’s really not what I expected. It smells like wine… sharp, very syrupy and synthetic. I almost thought I bought a fake one. However after some time, the dry-down came and that was the kind of scent I expected. It has a nice dry-down: powdery, warm, smokey and sweet. It’s sexy and seducing. Therefore I think it’s more suitable for night time. On me it stays about 4-6 hours, and has a relatively good sillage. However, I personally dislike the opening so much that I think it’s not worth buying (the full size). It’s actually a unique scent but I keep sniffing this everywhere, making it too generic. Too many people wear it.

By looking at these notes, si wouldn’t be a fragrance that I would think I would like. But since it is so popular I wanted to test it so I went to Sephora. I was extremely pleasantly surprised and understand why it is so popular. It is a perfect balance of fresh and sweet. I would expect it to have many fruits in the notes but it doesn’t. I also hate rose scents and do not smell it in here. If anyone know any perfumes that are in the same category as this without smelling exactly the same, PLEASE PM me.

I have managed not to test this for a long time but I received a free sample in a magazine. It is pretty much as I expected. It’s an interesting mix of blackcurrant leaf, vanilla and patch. After a while I get a teeny bit of rose and a lot of ambergris. It’s heavy and too sweet for me. I cant imagine anyone wearing this in a warm climate.
It has good longevity and good sillage.

Got a bottle of Si (EDP) today at Costco after smelling some in one of my friend’s wives’ powder room and liking it…feeling pretty ambivalent about it at this point. I really don’t like the opening of this, it reminds me of Tresor, it’s this wet plastic-y strawberry shampoo smell that’s so cheap and uninspired to me. I do like where it goes after about an hour though…more woody, sophisticated, like a vanillic spice dust, very dry, more powdery than buttery/fatty vanilla. The floral note is somewhere between iris and rose, mmaaaaaybe tuberose or heliotrope? Now it reminds me of Coco Mademoiselle.
It’s a composition created from augmented versions of the key notes, like a weird synthetic expression of what these ingredients would smell like in an alternate reality. Like if you were trying to explain to someone what patchouli was… I like this if I don’t think about it.

Wow, I finally see what everyone was talking about. My sister used to own this perfume and I never really liked the scent much on her so I never chose to seek this one out. But I recently picked up a sample of Si, as a lady at work wears it and smells heavenly. Initially I liked the scent its strong but not overpowering, and is sweet without being sickly. I can definitely smell the vanilla and the soft spice. I sprayed a generous four pumps of this on me at 11.30 am before work and was smelling it all day! when I got home at 9.30pm I was still get whiffs of it. I don’t think I’ve ever had a perfume with such longevity, I also like that the silage isn’t insane – and while I could smell it all day it wasn’t overpowering for others. Really enjoying this fragrance it isn’t a insanely unique scent but is very nice, everyday scent – that I would imagine would be universally liked, but the longevity is what sells this fragrance for me. Will definitely be picking up a full size bottle! this is a must try/have for all.

Based on the note profile I did not expect to love Si as much as I do. To my nose it is a delicately soft and ‘fluffy’ dry vanilla floral with light patchouli (I don’t normally enjoy patchouli but it’s nice in this) and wood notes. It’s subtle and elegant, slightly sweet but not too sweet or syrupy, and definitely leaves me wanting more. I like that on dry down it doesn’t project as heavily as many perfumes of a similar accord or genre. It has great longevity on my skin.

Gorgeous! It’s sweet but also spicy. I smelled this when I was on a cruise and I was pregnant at the time. It was the only fragrance that I could handle. I will always have this in my collection.

I Love this perfume, but will not be wearing this every day, or even purchase a bigger bottle. It smells divine, i got a couple 0f compliments at school, but it’s not as sultry as i expected. I’ll try out the intense version!

It was love at first sniff with Si. I immediately grabbed a bottle and was waiting in line to pay when the perfume developed into what smelled like a cheap lipgloss I used in middle school. It was a very synthetic NYC’s strawberry banana lipgloss. I ended up putting it back because I couldn’t get past that stage of the perfume. I went with the EDT instead because I didn’t get that synthetic strawberry banana scent. Even though there is no actual strawberry banana notes in here. I should have just bought the EDP because I find the EDT way different. Regret!
The EDP Is longer lasting and way sweeter. I normally don’t like sweet perfumes but I actually crave this! For some reason the strawberry banana stage doesn’t bother me anymore. I am close to finishing my samples and really want a bottle of this juice to use during cooler months. I’m torn between finishing my EDT or getting an EDP.
Edit: just caved and bought a 3.4 oz bottle.

This will be my second time reviewing this perfume. I got it as a sample from a store at random 3 years ago and I initially HATED it and thought it smelled like ammonia/hair dye.
I have since grown to love this… It is probably my most favorite scent ever.
It’s funny. To me, this smells what I (as a child) thought champagne would taste like! Expensive, sparkly, sweet but a little fruity and tart at the same time. Now that I know what champagne tastes like (and I don’t like it, lol), I’d say it smells more like apple cider on a summer’s day in Sweden; probably midsummer’s eve, dancing around the maypole in the sun which is never going down. Picking 7 kinds of wild flowers and skinny dipping with close friends at midnight, not a single worry in the world.
This fragrance has become bliss to me. Especially now that I live half a world away with my husband (in Louisiana) and I miss the nature and the long days of Swedish summer… Luckily, my husband bought this for me for my birthday this week! So I’m sitting here with my bottled happiness, reminiscing.

Juniemoon, I had the opportunity to sample Si at Ulta a couple weeks ago. I like it, but on my skin, I found it to be neither long-lasting nor strong.
I have considered the possibility of buying this one (thus why I tested it) but haven’t researched it very thoroughly, as others are much higher on my want list.
It seems longevity is a commonly reported problem in some, although most don’t complain about it’s lack of strength.
Seeing ambergris (ambroxan) in fragrances usually is a clue that it will be strong and/or long-lasting, so either I’m anosmic, or my skin is an exception to that general rule.
Upon smelling it on my skin, I was immediately reminded of Diptyque’s L’ombre dans L’eau EDP, which I own. LdL is much stronger, rose-centric, and SOUR. I haven’t smelled L’ombre dans l’eau EDT, but I’m guessing that it is less sour, more green and not so powerful. I have a feeling that LdL EDT might be a good substitute for Si.

I am really curious about this! I want to buy it but have a question, or maybe I should put this on the forum. I love long lasting and strong – is this a good one for those two qualities?

Sweetest Gourmand evening scent for me! Absolutely adore it!!
Story time : Every perfume video i watched on youtube had GA Si mentioned and i always wondered what the big deal was all about.
A girl friend wanted help with picking perfume up for herself and on our journey to Sephora, she spritzed Si on herself and went absolutely nuts! She picked it up for herself and i wasn’t even interested and thought of it as such a wasteful purchase.
On one of our girl nights i met her and she smelts like love filled clouds and i couldn’t stop sniffing her like a creep. I couldn’t believe it was GA Si , a perfume i paid no attention to ever. Immediately that weekend i went to Sephora and bought myself a GA Si bottle of awesomeness.
This perfume is so Special smelling that i use it only on special occasions for the fear of running out of it 😉

A luscious spicy vanilla and way less syrupy than that sounds. I get fresh blackberries, too, though that’s not one of the notes listed. A sort of sexy-sweet, with patchouli and a touch of animalic to give it body. Not sugary, for me, anyway. A little goes a long way, unless you like to announce yourself from the entrance.

  32. :

    3 out of 5

Had a sample of this a long time ago, when just about everything I encountered had a powder dry-down (which I hate). Sure, there’s a *hint* at first, but eventually you get a very nice vanilla dry down, with a hint of blond wood. It’s not something I would purchase for myself (not a perfume that really stands out), but it’s far from terrible.

  33. :

    3 out of 5

It has a real sweet scent, sometimes it can be boring. I used this perfume for 3-4 months, and then I took a break; since that was the only way to make this perfume interesting.

  34. :

    3 out of 5

I’ve noticed that Sephora and Ulta don’t seem to be carrying Armani Si (and flankers) anymore, just selling off current stock. Armani was restructured, so I wonder if they’re discontinuing Si? Might be time to stock up, while it’s still available…

I tested this today, Si edp and also Si Intense and Si Passione. This one is the loveliest and lasts the longest.
I was afraid it’s going to be one of those very fruity perfume which I’m not a big fruity fan and read someone said it’s similar to La Vie Est Belle which I have. But it was none of those. It is so much nicer than I expected. The scent is very natural, not synthetic and I do not get an overdose of vanilla at all.
I get an overdose of vanilla in Shalimar but not this one.
I will test again to get to know the scent deeper.
I would wear this for all occasions as it’s a versatile perfume. It’s loud yet non intrusive.
It’s non linear and changes so one doesn’t get bored and it sings beautifully all the way from start to finish with no vanilla OD like Shalimar or chemical aftertaste like LVEB and Alien and no dirty notes.
Si is strong but not so strong that it’s in your face
Definitely on my To Buy List.
It’s a beauty. On me, this is not sweet at all but a warm woody spicy and salty.

This is my second review. It’s funny how our tastes change, or our noses change. I have had a love-hate relationship with Si ever since I bought it. At first it was infatuation, then total disgust. The other day I started missing it, just like missing an old crush. Well, we got together again. And this time, it’s love. Even though many reviewers say there is nothing special or original about Si, I disagree. Yes, too many people wear it, and it’s too popular, but so were Opium and Chanel No. 5 in their time. Si has everything that I’m looking for — a freshness, moderate sillage, excellent longevity, a fruity sweetness, a sexy vanilla-amber drydown. What makes it unique is the sour wine-like cassis, and that it’s sweet without being gourmand. There is nothing foodie about it. It rides a line between natural and synthetic. You know you’re wearing perfume, but there’s a freshness that recalls green woody growing things. It’s a versatile scent that is there for you when you want to feel comforted, happy, sensual, strong, generous, and loving. I think the marketing is spot-on. The bottle is simple and gorgeous — I love the feel of it in my hand. I think I have finally given in to Si and made it my signature.

  38. :

Again, one of these nauseating sweet perfumes that have no character and a mere copy of so many other ones. Not my cup of tea I’m afraid.

  39. :

    3 out of 5

Definitely getting a cassis and vanilla scent.
It smells “happy” without being overly fruity or bubbly, if that makes any sense. It is soft and warm but not too wintery, more resembling sheets that have just come out of the dryer. It doesn’t smell overly “modern” either, in my opinion.
A clean, warm scent that develops into something almost popcorny on my skin (though nothing like the divine popcorn scent of the original Miss Dior Chérie). It lasts a good 7hrs on me, and the sillage is moderate to high. If I am working in my office with the door closed and I re-enter it after going somewhere else, you get hit with the deeper tones.
I wear it a lot on office days in Brussels where I have to look put-together, but I don’t want to succumb fully to “office attire”. Every other woman in there is wearing perfume, so you are competing with lots of different scents and this one manages to be noticeable but not overpowering. Downside is that – right now – every 5th woman you meet is wearing some version of Si.
But a very nice, soft scent to have in your collection and that you can wear year-round!

  40. :

Fruity, intoxicating. Musk with vanilla. Patchouli, but matured. This scent is a little too mature for me to wear but I could see someone older than me being absolutely in love with this. This reminds me of a confident and flirty mature woman.

  41. :

This smells so divine on my coworker, I had to ask her what she was wearing. I don’t think I can wear it because of the dominant patchouli but I’m so glad she wears it so I can still enjoy it.
Very classy, confident and sexy all at once. Perfect for a night out but can be an office scent for the brave! It’s to me a darker scent. The vanilla isn’t too sweet, it’s rather a grown up vanilla and while I can’t wear patchouli on myself I really think that it adds depth and weight to this perfume. Perfectly balanced and blended, in my opinion.

A syrupy rose with thick vanilla, strawberries and some greenery. It’s nectarious, comforting and inoffensive. It also reminds me of a more mature and denser version of Miss Dior Cherie.

To Marvlach and Meow78: Sorry to hear about your bottles. I read a different perfume review page yesterday. There was a lady and she mentioned in her review of how she tried to save her vintage perfume bottle from already turning bad. She just kept on squirting the spray nozzle multiple times, in order to “clean” and “clear” out the spray tube and nozzle (she probably did about 40-50 quirts. And of course, she lost a substantial amount of perfume using that technique). But she did somehow “save” the scent of her left over perfume. It smelled much better and was still be worn again.
She also mentioned another economic way of cleaning the nozzle and tube by taking them out of the bottle and using just alcohol as the cleaning solution. But that was for her vintage bottle design with those parts that can be separated/twisted off from the bottle. With modern bottles, I don’t think that technique can be done easily. Those units are tightly sealed on top of any bottle these days, and are impossible to be installed back after being removed by force for the cleaning. Unless, you wanna sacrifice the original bottle in order to save just the juice inside, and transfer the liquid into a new decanter, using a new sprayer.
Hope that you can find a way to try saving your perfume. If it was my bottle that turned bad, I would try one of those techniques to see if it actually worked, since I already considered the perfume was a loss anyway. Hope this helps and good luck ladies 🙂

Mine’s the Rose flanker (purchased from macys.com), and it’s starting to turn after being on my dresser for 6 months. I checked the batch number and it’s 2 years old. The liquid is becoming orange and the delicate floral notes are gone – all I smell is rotten fruit. I will save it in a closet for Fall just to be sure, but the color is so different that I’m pretty sure it went bad. I won’t repurchase as I’ve got other roses in my collection.

I’ve had this perfume for years now. I just bought it again, and the juice is a lot darker (like orange-amber) … the smell is a little off too, like pungent and less vanilla and airy. Do you think I got a bad batch? Or they changed the formula?

For me, Si is perfume perfection.
Not in the knock-your-socks-off amazing way, but it’s like your favorite pair of jeans – you can put them on at any time and feel great.
Si is my go-to fragrance when I want to smell delicious and sophisticated at the same time. It’s so well balanced and perfect for any occasion, from the office to a night on the town. It never gets cloying and wears close to the skin. Sexy, but not in an obvious way. I tried the Intense version, too, but prefer the original.
I’ll always have a bottle of this beauty.

I was at Ulta and just gave a sniff from the bottle – Hated IT!
After a couple of months, a lady who I know walked behind me and left a delicious smell in the air. I ran after her to ask what she was wearing. For my surprise, it was SI. I could not stop smelling her sueter because it was too good!!!
Tried one more time and that was it – my first bottle is almost gone. My hubby LOVES it, he said its sweet but not too much.
It reminds me a delicious and fine wine. Since the first day, I got always complements from men and women. Hands down, a very good surprise during my hunt for a new signature scent.
It lasts all day on my clothes and hair.

Vanilla, patchouli, spicy berry. This is a great scent to wear outdoors at night. It’s a bit sexy. Heavier, a bit spicy. I don’t get comparisons to LVEB or ‘teenage’ perfumes, but I do get the references to Miss Dior Cherie.

Si is elegant, classy & unique. Was surprised to see it classified as a Chypre- every chypre I’ve ever tried I haven’t liked. If you are not a fan of them, don’t let it scare you off this one- it’s lovely

  54. :

    4 out of 5

The first time I tried this I fell straight in love with it. It was soft, sensual, sophisticated, complex and it lasted well on my skin. Now I cannot stand it.
Which notes are dominant seem to depend highly on body chemistry. It differs between the different people I’ve smelled it on, and it has changed over time on me.
Nowadays the base notes are especially dominant on me. This is a pungent mix of patchouli, ambroxan and wood. It almost registers as urine (and no, the bottle is not fake, and one and a half year feels like too short time for it to go bad in a cool black drawer). It doesn’t change notably over time. Apart from the base notes I notice the cassis, but I don’t get any of the florals.
What I used to get was a well blended mix of vanilla, rose, freesia and cassis with a discrete undertone of patchouli and wood. What changed? Basically my whole life around the perfume, and the perfume with it.
As for lasting power, this easily stays for a full day. The projection is strong enough for this to be detected a meter away.
Despite my current dislike for this, I have to admit it is a well formulated perfume. It’s definitely worth trying for fans of typical gourmand and fruitchouli perfumes. It is by no means unique. The advantage of that is that it can be a rather safe choice if you know you like similar perfumes.

Too average. It doesn’t wow me or anybody I know, and it is very overpriced for how long it lasts. Too acidic to me

I don’t get how people love it… whether on a paper tester or on my skin it smells too parfumery even after it dried down…
Tried the EDP, EDT, Intense and Passione. The are all too perfumary..
Oh well more cash for me to spend on other fragrance gems ! 🙂

First smelled this in 2013 and it had quite the impact on me.To my nose this is the SEXIEST thing I have ever, ever smelled. I don’t know what exactly is about it but to me it smells like sex & money, It’s almost too sexy and too porny and too over the top. It’s incredibly provocative, where Miss Dior would be Princess Diana on her wedding day, Armani Si would be someone like Zahia Dehar. It’s the quintessential expensive escort perfume to my nose. For me, that is not a bad thing. After all, ladies of the night are supposed to smell as good as possible to attract men. I had it and I loved it.
Unfortunately I don’t think I will repurchase because this was a gift from a nasty man I’d like to forget about.

It’s just a nice perfume nothing special or significant about it

Vanilla accompanied by a blackcurrant leaaf, additionally patchouli smell. They are suitable for every occasion. Sweet with a touch of something light, not dangling, rather fluffy.
    Permanent, rather close-cellular.
After half an hour wood notes appear, also fluffy, nice.
But i prefer much much more YSL Manifesto edp.

I like this, it’s pretty, but… that’s it really. It’s safe, innofensive, kinda sexy…did I mention safe? And pretty? And that I like it? But I don’t LOVE it, and therefore never really reach for it. I wish it was stronger, or sweeter, or had more vanilla, or SOMETHING, but it’s just so…unremarkable? It’s missing that extra something special, some wow factor. It’s not an office scent, but it’s like the office perfume equivalent of a more formal perfume, if that makes sense. It lacks character, and it’s very weak (literally, the sillage and longevity leave a LOT to be desired). Yes, it is very, very pretty, but there are scents that I like a lot more that aren’t as pretty, but have a lot more character. You won’t hate Si, nor will anyone you gift it to, but you very well may be bored. It’s a very nice fruitchouli, but I need some more “oomph”, so I’ll stick to others like Flowerbomb and LVEB.

Did a blind buy on this Hope I LIKE IT— Finally arrived. The dry down is perfect. Very powdery. Armani fragrances always comes to the rescue.

This is very much like YSL Black Opium. I like Si, but don’t love it. The opening cassis note is brief, doesn’t last. Then vanilla and the last balanced mix of patchouli and wood, or balsam dry down, which lingers and is the best part about this fragrance, in my opinion. The patchouli gets a thumbs up from me, of course. It’s not too bold, could be worn day or evening. I do think it is too young of a fragrance for me. And if I were younger it wouldn’t be bold enough. I wore YSL Opium in the early 80s and loved it, but stopped wearing it because everyone and their mother seemed to be wearing it. It seems Si might be the same. It is a popular perfume — perhaps too safe and middle-of-the-road, and I would describe it as attempting elegance, but not quite there yet. Si is not a fragrance that is going to blow your socks off. At least it didn’t mine, but I still like it.

Something about this scent makes me think of October, my favorite month of the year. It makes me think of Halloween or the fall in general. I love this perfume because of that. It is also long lasting and has decent sillage. It isn’t obnoxiously sweet, nor does it smell like food. It has this mysterious, sweet smell to me.

I bought it when it was just released. I got bored of it when everyone seemed to have it and you could smell it everywhere. Sold the rest half of the bottle to a friend of mine. It is a nice perfume though, but I just got bored of wearing it myself.

Opens with the sweetness of a juicy plum, which is delicious, though a little bit sharp. Then floral scents comes in and makes it even more sweet. Vanilla in base note is my favourite, very warm not overly sweet. However unluckily overall this one is too feminine and mature for me.

Not for me. But does not mean it’s bad.
It’s very bold and it has to be notes that you like, if not you will hate it because it’s STRONG.
To me it’s mainly strong cassis +patchouli that LASTS.
I agree that even though its sweet, it could be a unisex fragrance. It has character. But it’s not so complicated, it’s straight forward.
Simply too much for my taste even though I tend to like sweet scents, I prefer not too much patchouli and prefer citrus, pear etc to berries and cassis.

I like smelling this on other people, but I don’t want to wear it for just that reason — I smell it everywhere. It’s a very sweet, but very well-done vanilla-fruitchouli, sophisticated, versatile, appropriate for any occasion. Projection is medium and longevity is good. It really shines in colder weather. I have a bottle of it and can’t decide whether or not to hold onto it. Maybe if I wait a few years it won’t be so popular and I’ll enjoy wearing it.

Love it. Confident, sexy, warm, classy, demure.
