Description

Selena Gomez, actress and teen icon, announced the launch of her first perfume in 2011, inviting all her fans to help her choose the ingredients. Her fans could vote for three basic ingredients of the perfume on the site selenagomezperfumes.com—ending up in the victory of raspberry at the top, freesia in the middle and vanilla in the base.

In addition to raspberry, the composition’s opening includes a handful of fruits such as sweet orange, pineapple and peach. The heart consists of purple freesia, Cosmone musk and dewberry, while vanilla in the base is joined by sweet flavors of rich amber, chocolate and coconut. The composition is created with Givaudan perfumers.

The tall and narrow bottle reminds us of an evening gown and is adorned with an interesting stopper&mdash:a bouquet of purple and golden lips. The fragrance is available as 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Got given this a few years back for Christmas, first off the bottle is awful – its unattractive and impossible to take anywhere because of its length and the attached lips at the top that bend and break off easy. But this is a nice scent! not what I was expecting for a Selena Gomez perfume – its youthful, but a deep sweet scent, can smell the raspberry a lot and its a warm smell. Wouldn’t wear it everyday but would make a great gift for kids/teens and young adults. Can also be pretty cheap to buy which is a bonus!

I first fell in love with this fragrance when I got a free sample during its initial release. At the time, I smelled lots of berries and other fruits, a little sugar, and maybe some vanilla in the base. I recently bought a sample and a full bottle of this from two separate ebay sellers. The sample smells strongly of bubblegum. The bottle smells more watery, a light mix of berries and bubble gum that still manages to have decent sillage and longevity. I could smell it from one spray on my shirt for a good three hours this morning before I had to change my shirt.
This is a fairly unique fragrance. It does have a slight similarity to VS Love Spell, and it’s kind of like a fruitier, more intense version of Katy Perry’s Mad Potion. If you like any of those, you’ll probably like this.

This smells exactly like Victoria’s Secret Love Spell. I hated every minute of this scent. It gave me a very strange headache.

I just recently bought this and I must say…I’m actually impressed.
This fragrance is sweet…but it isn’t a sugar bomb. It’s much less sweet than something like Jessica Simpson Fancy or Viva La Juicy.
This is sweet but fruity and shampoo-ish. Not sugar cubes. Not a sticky sort of sweet. This evokes more of a clean, sweetened shampoo smell. And I personally really enjoy it. The notes that stand out the most to me are the raspberry, vanilla, and chocolate. I can smell other fruity tones in the backround but those three are definitely the most prominent.
In my opinion…people are much too harsh on celebrity scents…and usually for all the wrong reasons. The top two being a lot of people are just fragrance snobs and write them off because they deem them as “cheap” or just overall bad before even giving them a proper and fair chance. And number two…being that people are judging the product based on the face endorsing and releasing the perfume.
For those of us that can be an adult…smell a fragrance and judge the smell SIMPLY based on our sense of smell instead of judging and nit picking everything else…you will enjoy this scent. There’s nothing unpleasant about it. It’s very pretty and it’s clean smelling.
Am I personally a huge fan of the bottle? No. But who cares? There’s some fragrances that I purposely display because the packaging happens to be beautiful…and others that I don’t display but I still love the smell and use quite often. This is one of the latter. I also have her “Vivamore” fragrance which I like…but I like this one more.
Performance that I get is very average. Not terrible, not beast mode.
    Scent Itself – 8/10
    Longevity – About 4 hours.
    Projection – About 2 feet.
    Overall Score – 7.5 or 8/10
Thumbs up. Definitely a strong like in my collection. And very versatile…can easily be worn all year long.

Smells like combination of Pure Seduction and Love Spell by VS. if you like those scenets, you would like this perfume because it also last longer. I got many compliments while wearing this perfume.
    sadly, this has been discontinued
I forgot to mention the bottle is a work of art.

Everything about this scent is lovely.
It is sweet but unique. Hard to compare to anything I’ve come accross.
My only complaints are that it doesn’t last on my skin very long and sadly it might have been discontinued 🙁

I did own this at one point because I heard that it smelled a lot like Victoria’s Secret Pure Seduction. This scent really is super close to Pure Seduction, so in that regard it didn’t disappoint. The way this scent let me down is that it didn’t last very long, and it disappeared so quickly. Also, I never got any coconut or chocolate notes out of this. Just straight up fruity notes.

the bottle is actually vey ugly in person, it gave me an immediate headache, and it didn’t even smell very good anyways. I was completely mistaken by the sound of the notes. I normally love really sweet celebrity fragrances.

Raspberries and vanilla! That’s what you get with this scent. I love it! It’s very girly and sweet. The bottle is very different – almost tacky.
I can’t wait to try her other one, Vivamore.

I like this perfume. It’s not my favorite, but I do occasionally wear it. I am mainly writing this review because I wonder if anyone else thinks this perfume smells like the store Kirkland’s? My friend and I both thought that the first time we smelled it. Like fruity potpourri is the best description I can think of.

    Very…Very…Very Fruity… and Bubblegum…
No Chocolate, No Coconut, only fresh fruity
So strong it gave a headache (instant)
Cheap smell and generic but the bottle is pretty…

Chocolate and raspberry have a threesome with a pineapple.
It took a while for me to enjoy this scent, which was gifted to me by my ex. At first, I thought it gave me a headache and it was not my typical go-to scent. However, I’ve grown to love the cacao and raspberry in the scent. It’s gourmandy, heady, and warm. Like a chocolate cake that just got out of the over. At first spray, I get mostly the chocolate and raspberry and then the pineapple kicks in a little after. I get a freshness from the white floral notes, but it’s still very sweet. The bottle is an eyesore in my collection, and I’m just trying to finish it up to be honest *lol*
Nothing unique, but I still enjoy it. If you enjoy a fruity gourmand smell, in your teens/early 20s….it might be something you like.
The longevity is moderate lasts 4 hours or so, and siliage is moderate.

It’s too expensive for a celebrity perfume in my country but I buy it for my girl because she likes Selena Gomez and lips around bottle.I don’t like it.very very fruity and syntethic.smells very much like mix of some cheap body sprays.where is chocolate?I can smell lots of peach, blackberry, something like grape, pineapple and lots of other fruits but not their natural fresh and beautiful smell.I don’t dislike synthetic fruity perfumes for teenages that smell light and clean like fruity shampoos but it’s not one of them.it’s very strong and sharp.very headachy.my girl didn’t say she dislikes it because it was a gift from me but I can see she doesn’t love it like her Britney curios control or Katy perry meow or jastin beiber someday.still she is happy to have a Selena Gomez perfume.longevity is moderate sillage is big at first then less.for fall or summer nights.I think it should be cheaper.it smells like some Victoria secret body mists but they are milder and better and much cheaper
    3.5/10

from the first spritz there is a very juicy fruit smell…raspberries and pineapple are most dominant. The Pineapple isnt too tangy, i guess that is wear the tropical vibe comes from. I do smell chocolate, thank goodness. I am always looking for perfumes with chocolate in them. I think this is a very nice perfume and non generic.it is very unique, in my opinion, nothing else smells like Selena Gomez but you can layer this with various shower gels from victorias secret and bath and body works. Even though this doesnt smell like fantasy by Britney Spears it the same type of idea and i think anyone who lvoes Fantasy, Purr, Meow and Pink sugar line would adore Selena Gomez prefume…i want to try Viva More next.

I got a sample, together with Vivamore, as I was curious of the young celebrity fragrance. In two words: ‘very berry’ or ‘bubble gum’. Waited longer but on my skin all I could smell was the sweet berries and bubble gum. The berry notes are nothing like ‘cold’ or ‘wintery’ berries, but rather sweet/sickly berries. Immature and generic. (Btw. Vivamore is much different, much more mature and much more non-generic.)

I first smelt this when a friend brought it. I decided to by myself a bottle as I really liked the smell, however once I put it on my skin I immediately disliked it and have since. I am a fan of Sel’s but I didn’t like the smell.
The longevity of this perfume was poor and only lasted a few minutes on my skin and was gone. Unfortunately I disliked this.

  19. :

    3 out of 5

This perfume is really sweet. The smell of berries reminds me of something cute and adorable. Don’t smell this perfume if you don’t want to buy at the first because you would probably buy this perfume if you’ve smelt it. It’s not only something sweet in this perfume but you also can smell the scent of cacao which balances it’s smell.
Silage is moderate for me but it will help you relaxed because you can still smell it by yourself while other’s can’t. Longevity is up to four hours if you spray it twice.
The design of perfume bottle for this perfume is quite amazing even though it’s cheap looking for some. It’s OK with plastic lips as the decorations, it’s cute I think. It gives the impression of something kissable and feminime.
This will be one of the celebrity fragances that some embrassed to love!

I guess I am in the minority of people who actually really like this perfume.
It was gifted to me several years ago. I took a sniff from the bottle, thought it was just nice and packed it away in the back of my cupboard for years. I finally wore it on my skin recently because I planned to use it up and get rid of it. But… Oh my goodness! It smells beautiful! Not beautiful in a unique, this fragrance is out of this world way. It is just a beautiful, everyday, fresh yet fruity, I feel pretty type of scent. Yes, It is reminiscent of Victoria’s Secret Pure Seduction but there is something more to it that I can’t point out.
There is a chocolate note listed but I cannot detect it at all. I am glad because I am not a fan of chocolate in my perfumes.
Pineapple, coconut, peach and musk are the notes I can detect. I have been wearing this to work because I feel it is safe enough. Sillage is soft and longevity around 6 hours. I have been told several times “mmm! You smell good.”
I am glad I rediscovered this fragrance in my collection. Now I am not In a hurry to use this one up.

Let me first start off by saying I’m a 30 year old mother of 2 and I love Selena Gomez! So I’m sure I’m not in the intended age range for this perfume. Even though I adore Selena, when I first sniffed a tester of this at Kohl’s a while back, I didn’t like it at all. In fact, I hated the way it smelled on paper. I was bummed because I expected to like this and I just didn’t. On a separate trip to Kohl’s MONTHS after that first experience, I decided to give this fragrance another chance and spritzed some on my wrist. The initial blast I was not fond of. But after about 5 minutes, I was astonished at how much I liked it! I bought a 30 mL bottle that day, and just ordered another 100 mL today as that first bottle is almost gone. I get mostly raspberry in the opening. As it settles and dries down, I smell more of the pineapple, freesia and chocolate. After about 4 hours on my skin I still smell a hint of raspberries with cocoa and vanilla and some freesia from the middle. I think it’s a simple fragrance, but very beautiful and versatile at the same time. I can see a woman of any age enjoying this. It doesn’t smell too old or too young. It could definitely be someone’s signature fragrance. The longevity surprised me as well. On a hot summer day, I get maybe 4-5 good hours before I need to reapply. We are finally starting to get some cool weather, and I’m still smelling this fragrance gently wafting around me 10 hours after I applied it this morning. I’m so glad I ended up giving this a chance! Lesson learned. Don’t judge a fragrance simply by the way it smells on a tester strip. It develops much differently on skin!

Smells like a soapy version of pure secduction. And she got sued for this perfume and they took it off the shelfs for a while because a lot of money was put into it and nobody was buying it but it randomly appeared again Lol

I like it but it’s too saccharine for me to wear for more than one day at a time.

I am absolutely amazed by this perfume! I remember first smelling it around a year ago, a friend of mine had this perfume. Honestly, I never heard of a Selena Gomez perfume before then, possibly because it wasn’t advertised enough where I live. The first time I smelt it I absolutely loved it! A very sweet, not too sweet scent. First thing that came to mind was a raspberry scented bubble bath. I can also find other notes in this such as chocolate and some fruity notes. It isn’t a mature scent, age group would be around 12-20 years. I’m not a sucker for extremely sweet celebrity perfumes like I use to, however this is one that is definitely a nice one, and i’m VERY picky with my perfumes!
I rate this an 8/10. As explained before it’s sweet but not too sweet. I find if I only lightly spray it on me it doesn’t smell extremely sweet and overpowering. However if I spray too much, it smells like my nose got hit by sweetness. I will be honest I don’t like the bottle at all…i’m sorry to say but it’s an absolute mess. However I am a person who will buy the perfume for the scent, not the bottle! Selena obviously did an absolute incredible job making this perfume, and never have I heard of a popular celebrity getting her fans to pick the notes, what a wonderful icon!

Pretty! Sugary and sweet, but in a classy way. The coconut note gives it a unique touch. A great one for my collection!

I love this fragrance! I am not a fan of the bottle, but the juice is awesome! 😀 I mostly get a grape/soapy scent, which amounts to a clean, fresh smell. It is definitely not a strong, ‘look at me’ fragrance, but rather akin to a younger age, body spray. Great blind buy!! 🙂

  28. :

it`s soooo soapy i can feal neither fruits, nor coconut-only fresh kind of soap

  29. :

I actually really like this fragrance.
The bottle with all its lips is a bit kitschy, but also flirty-fun – it’s bursting with kisses! I do love the dark purple and gold combination, and the way the “skirt” of the bottle flares out, a bit reminiscent of Organza’s dress concept. It’s unusual and playful but elegant in its own way.
Most importantly, the juice is beautifully appealing. The scent primarily reminds me of the old Bath and Body Works Sun-Ripened Raspberry, an old favorite of mine – raspberries and a bit of ambery warmth – with a tropical twist. I definitely get juicy ripe raspberry and pineapple on top, a nice full jammy heart, and it dries to a sweet pleasant choco-vanilla musk.
My favorite aspect of the fragrance is its “just out of the shower” vibe – it’s clean and juicy throughout, a sweet, playful kind of pretty and attractive. Its target market is clearly younger ladies, and it pulls that off very well. It’s got sophistication and style while still being completely fun and approachable. Personally I would love to take it along with me to the beach for evenings out.

Surprisingly I like this scent…I kind of got thrown off by the bottle which screamed out to me kiddie perfume…but this is so good…it’s a nice fresh fruity yummy scent

A very fruity sweet perfume , it smells like peachy mango nectar. so youthful so spring time. I didn’t like it because I prefer floral sweetness rather than fruity sweetness.
the sillage is so soft and the longevity is low to moderate.
    Not my cup of tea

For a celebrity scent this is actually quite nice, I blind bought this as it was on sale for a Tenner and the reviews on here seemed quite promising and I’m glad I made that risk. Smells lovely on my skin, perfect holiday perfume I think =]

Really love this. Super long lasting. It is incredibly sweet. I really enjoy the chocolate in this one. I hated princess by vera wang so I was happy to find a good chocolate perfume. I get mostly chocolate, pineapple and raspberry. Good combo.

This perfume surprise me every time I use it. When I spray it in the air, I can feel the orange scent but on clothes it smells more like plum and it also gets a little bitter… At first I thought it smelled artificial because of the bitterness but now I think it can come from the cacao/dark chocoloate. Maybe milk or white chocolate would fit better.
I smell more of the berries than the pineapple. I think the coconut and vanilla evens up since I don’t find any of them overbearing.
Many people have already compared this perfume to Pure Seduction by VS and I agree; they smell smiliar but I can tell which one is which. Pure Seduction smells more fruity and more like shampoo. As I mentioned before, I feel this one smells a little like plum – could be the blackberry in combination with other scents – and since Pure Sed~ has plum notes, that could be what’s similar between them: the fruity notes. Otherwise I never get the bitter undertone from pure seduction and Selena’s perfume doesn’t smell as “juicy” as VS’s. I would say it’s a little similar to Sensual Blush too, but def. not as much as it is to the other one.
I’m not sure if I prefer this one or Pure Seduction more but I definately like them both. I think this one could be better with a few changes but it seems like it’s appreciated as it is now and I would recommend it. It is a nice perfume and if you’re a fan of Pure Seduction and Selena Gomez; this could fit you perfectly!

  37. :

    Overall rate: 7/10
This is really close to Pure Seduction from Victoria’s Secret, especially the moment you spray it on your skin. It’s a fun, vibrant perfume suitable to teenagers and young adults. I am not really a fan of the fruity-punch scented perfumes but this one is actually likable. I was able to empty the bottle, even.
Probably the difference with Pure Seduction is that this perfume takes a detour after a few minutes. Its base notes are lovely — the chocolate, coconut, amber and vanilla. They just complement one another in a harmonious fashion.
I would love to have another bottle, but that is not my priority.

  38. :

Fun, lovely and fresh… I get compliments from female friends when wearing this.
It’s a fun and youthful fragrance which I enjoy from time to time. The odd bottle shape and topper makes it impossible for me to travel with it.
However, this scent is really youthful and vibrant but not in a very teenager kind of way. There are notes in this scent (that I can’t decide which) that gives it that hint of sophistication despite the playful fruity notes.
I’ll probably not repurchase but will enjoy my 100ml of grapes and raspberry delight that is Selena Gomez. I’d like to try Vivamore next!

This is my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE! I love the way it smells like watermelon which is my fav fruit of all time. It reminds me of a hot summers day and a cold winters night. It also reminds me of a spring afternoon and a cold autumn morning. If you haven’t smelt this, where have you been!? It is a must have and a need for all occasions and seasons, clearly an all year rounder! The bottle as you can see is absolutely astonishing. It stands out from the crowd in a beautiful way with its lip balloons and beautiful shade of purple for the bottle. If you don’t have this perfume I suggest you do get if you are considering on getting it. It’s just perfect for the whole year it’s a must need. I wouldn’t live without it!

I feel this perfume is underrated. The bottle….could be cuter. But it smells sweet, but not intoxicating like other celebrity perfumes. Everyone should try it, its amazing, I just got my second bottle. The smell lasts a good amount of time on my skin too. The bottle is not portable though, the top of it bends.

  41. :

I just bought the 1 OZ from Kohl’s, and I am a mega Selena fan! I’ve been to two of her concerts and have all her CD’S and think she’s absolutely adorable. Seeing the tester, I remember from a year ago when I saw it at Ulta and absolutely fell in love. I smelled the tester and fell in love again. So I bought it! It smells sweet and fun and just a great go-to scent! I won’t say it’s my absolute fave scent, that scent is both Fame and Eau De Gaga by Lady Gaga. Anyways, unlike other reviewers, I find this bottle very cute! I love the purple and I love how the bottom of the bottle looks like the ruffles on a beautiful dress. The cap with all the lips on it is very cute. Otherwise, the scent smells, very fruity, so far I can smell the Raspberry and Fressia. I just sprayed a tiny bit on my wrist about an hour ago. It smells amazing. It’s my 3rd fave and I think this is a keeper.

  42. :

Fun,quirky bottle.Sturdy, swirled base with bendable metallic heart topper.Fruity(grape overload),then sweet, then soapy. If my eyes were closed I would absolutely think this was Victoria Secret Lovespell.

I love this fragance. The combination of fruity and sweet is just perfect. It does remind me a little of Pure Seduction, but a little frutier and sweeter and, in my opinion, much better. I think it’s a great spring scent.

  44. :

I should mention I have 2 bottles bought as separate times and don’t smell pineapple in either. I LOVE pineapple and I LOVE this, but this is not pineapple nor tropical by any means. it’s best for night wear. Britney Spears’ Island Fantasy is a great tropical smell. this is definitely blackberry/raspberry with a gorgeous freesia even though I hate florals. it’s so elegant and not like grape bubblegum or a sweet teenagery scent at all.

  45. :

    3 out of 5

aw, Selena did a really nice job with this! this was a gift I got and hadn’t smelled before. it is fruity, sweet, and elegant. not super strong and headache-inducing! it’s not as sweet and is more mature than britney spear’s midnight fantasy. this really is elegant and a little subtle for ANY age guaranteed. I only smell blackberry, raspberry, and some freesia. dries fruity and a little bit vanill-y but it’s a good vanilla not like a sweet cotton candy but more of like vanilla extract. it just smells elegant and beautiful whether you’re in your teens or 50s.

Omg are you kidding me? Stealing other people’s fragrance should be a crime, it smells like pure seduction by Victoria secrets. So sad, I was expecting a unique scent at least. I blindly bought this so its my fault. The scent is obviously good if it smells like vs , but omg I don’t like the imitation crap . Very disappointed in Selena Gomez
Ok so I do smell notes of pineapple and fruits . Good luck if you like that.

Tried this at Kohl’s and loved it from the start…couldn’t figure out why. After walking around the store for awhile I figured out that it reminded me of the following scents I’ve owned:
    Victoria Secret Love Spell
    Victoria Secret Pure Seduction
    Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy
Bath and Body Works Dark Kiss
All have a jammy berry fruity scent,so yummy and girly,it totally suits Selena.Even my 60 year old mother liked this one,and she usually turns her nose up at gourmands.
I personally did not get any chocolate at all,and maybe only the slightest whiff of coconut and vanilla in the dry down. This was mostly a “purple” scent to me..if that makes sense, like as in purple berries and fruits.
I would consider picking this up if I didn’t already own so many similar fragrances…great scent, but not original enough to warrant me adding it to my collection.

I have tested this perfume multiple times, and every time that I smell it, it straight up smells like Loreal Kids Shampoo. Like the no tangle shampoo from the 90’s lol. It’s a good memory, but I don’t think I would like to wear this as a perfume.
Gorgeous bottle, but I don’t think I can take the smell. Too bad, because I really like Selena and wanted to like this one.

the scent didn’t entice me at first because it smelled like the typical fruity stuff from Victorias Secrets. Nothing memorable or outstanding. As the day wears on, it morphed into the most beautiful scent that I had to buy the full 3.4 HUGE Selena Gomez bottle. I can’t even describe it because it doesn’t smell like any other perfume I smelled in the past. It projects pretty far at least a hand away without causing the brain churning head ache pains like many other perfumes I had. On me it lasts over 7 hours and still hasn’t faded . The good stuff from this perfume doesn’t come out until about 1 hour later. It’s the cacao and tropical vanilla. This is one of those perfume that isn’t impressive at first but becomes addictive the more I wear it. I find myself reaching for it more than any other fragrant. Some say it’s young or a crowd pleaser. But I say , hey at least it’s not stinky or cause a migraine explosion for people to take my picture to post it on the stinky perfume forums. Or worst, some one could have said I smelled like their Grandma or Great Aunt.

In my opinion it stands out amongst all the sweet celebrity scents out there, it has sonething so fresh and tropical, makes it kind of unique…of course it is young, but not boringly sweet, it has something xtra, the juicy cocktail is really attractive!! Mixing in with the chocolate.. this surprised me! It smells really really good!!!

I smelled this once when it first came out and it didn’t stand out from any other typical fruity-floral bland generic type of celeb fragrance. I actually like the bottle though–really kitschy, LOL!

If someone has a sample of it and can give me I’d be so so happy :). Cuz We don’t have a tester to smell it in my country

Does this perfume smells way to sweet?
Even sweeter than Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy and Katy Perry Meow?
    Thanks

    SO GOOD.
I bought this as a gift but I almost got a bottle for myself. It reminds me a lot like Pure Seduction from VS.
It’s sweet and kind. Feels like you are that “always fabulous” person when you wear it. It’s a fragrance for all ages. The bottle with these kisses is so beautiful.
If you don’t like Selena Gomez or celebrity frangrances, don’t ignore this one. It’s sweet and joyful.
    I love it.

Its more of a cologne/body mist than fragrance.

It has been forever since I have smelled this, but I remember smelling a very strong pear note and I’m honestly surprised it’s not listed here.
Very nice fragrance though. Beats Justin Bieber’s crap any day.

Selena Gomez Eau de Parfum had intrigued me ever since it was first released back in 2012. I quite liked the quirky bottle design and hearing that there was a dominant chocolate accord to be found in this fragrance, I was admittedly eager to test it. Unfortunately the reality didn’t match my expectations.
I first applied this fragrance to my skin whilst trying to kill time prior to meeting my friend for drinks at a bar in the city. I sprayed Selena Gomez Eau de Parfum quite liberally over my wrists and décolletage and immediately regretted doing so the minute the scent reached my nostrils.
Selena Gomez Eau de Parfum is a shockingly bad reinterpretation of Thierry Mugler’s Angel. Thick, overly sweetened chocolate and sour pineapple are the first notes to appear, followed by an odd array of candied fruits and a heavy dose of synthetic musk.
The more the scent developed, the more it smelt like chocolate scented soap. Such a strange combination of clean, sweet and fruity accords. Even though this scent horrifies me, I must admit that I’m impressed by its unique approach, especially for that of a celebrity endorsed product.
Needless to say I felt extremely uncomfortable wearing this fragrance for the remainder of my night, and apologised to my friend profusely for smelling so weird. The lasting strength was so great that I smelt like Selena Gomez Eau de Parfum until I could shower again. I won’t be trying this fragrance on my skin for a second time that’s one thing for certain.

This is one of the best sellers where I live. Why? It is very easy to wear and has good lasting power. It also doesn’t smell generic.
This one is very fruity. It is sweet but has a tropical feel to it. It has a good lasting power and average sillage. I really recommend this because it is so delicious! It starts fruity then it evolves into a sweet, chocolate scent.
My problem with it is the lid! Not the design, but everytime I take it off, the metal thing moves out of place and when you spray it, it leaks. So if you have this fragrance or intend on buying it, don’t put the lid on because it might break the thing below the spray.
Overall, if you find it, get it! It smells similar to the Victoria Secret Pure Seduction but has more staying power and is more sweet/tropical, while the VS body mist is more fruity.
    THUMBS UP!
P.S. I find the bottle design to be very good! I really like how it doesn’t look like anything else.

The bottle makes me cringe but the fragrance is likened to a pineapple body spray, so I wouldn’t recommend getting it unless it’s on deep discount. Although it does last a good deal longer then a body spray (at least on my skin it does).
I bought this because of scent memory. If you’ve ever been to vegas, you might have noticed that all the hotels have their own fragrance pumping through the air systems (maybe to cover the smell of cigs?) and most of them will sell said fragrance in the hotel gift shop. I went through each hotel to smell their smells and THIS perfume really reminds me of New York New York.
    Sugared Pineapple, simple
