I purchased something from aerie several months ago and they included a sample of Scarlet….and I fell in LOVE with it! And of course I can’t find it anywhere :/ It is a very winter/fall scent, and to me, it’s not too much. The sillage is moderate/heavy, but the scent is not too in your face, but pretty and subtly sophisticated. The sandalwood, floral, and mango is nicely balanced and the dry down is so pretty. I hope they re-launch this or something, because it’s a very nice perfume to wear to go out.

I usually don’t like floral perfumes but I don’t mind this one. I think that the woody and tropical tones balance it out. It’s flirty and reminds me of like a first date perfume. Not my favorite but I still wear it from time to time
