I like it, but my husband is not a fan. As soon as I put it on “ugh what is that?” I can really smell everything included here. The flowers are the star of the scent. The orange/tangerine are supporting the flowers but still present smelling fresh, crisp, and clear. Musk is playing a nice role in the background, and making the scent smell a bit wet. I really like it as a casual girly scent. I’ve been impressed by all the Lucy B actually; really great house!

If you like very flowery scents you will be served with this one. But for me the peony and rose are too overpowering. And it did not last 30 minutes on me…

I agree with full_of_colors that this is a very girly scent. The peony and rose are a presence without being overwhelming, and the citrus does kick in after a little bit. This is probably ideal for someone who likes feminine florals that don’t demand their own zip code. I could see this as a gorgeous spring-time perfume. 🙂
I LOVE the packaging on the Lucy B line. So pretty I’d like them all for the bottles alone, if I had an unlimited fragrance budget. Charming!

This is pure girly happiness in a bottle! At first, all I can smell is this big fluffy pink peony. The rose and magnolia are a bit shy and do not compete with the peony queen. The mandarin is sweet but not sugary, just a hint of tang no sourness. In the dry down phase, the peony subsides and the musky tangerine takes over. Both phases are lovely. The silage is moderate for the first 2 hours and close to skin afterwards. A quality fun scent!

This is the second fragrance from Lucy B that has managed to win me over completely despite being unlike anything I usually go for (the first is Royal Green Fig and Vanilla Woods). I am not a huge fan of rose or citrus, but both of them combined with the peony make this a beautiful scent. I can imagine this being a perfect summer fragrance because the citrus gives it a light and sparkling quality that keeps the floral from becoming too heavy or overpowering.

Are you kidding me? This fragrance has no reviews yet? This is, without any shadow of doubt, the most beautiful peony or rose I’ve sampled to date. Period. I was literally transported when I applied this to my skin. I have a peony and also a rose addiction. Lucy B.’s Peony Rose and Mandarin Musk is THE BEST. Underneath the throne of HRH Queen Peony, who inspires adoration and obsession among her subjects, sits Demure Princess Rose, who curtsies to Her Eminence. Mandarin? Musk? Perhaps…but they live only to serve the Queen, and the Princess too. Insanely good. Lucy B. is my new house – I’m smitten to say the least.
