Rose en Bos’s Rose & Vines is a beautiful fragrance.
Unlike MirabelleJee I don’t smell carnations, to me it is definitely a rose geranium. My Mom had them and I love the smell of the flowers and the leaves, brings back wonderful memories.
Rose en Bos have mastered the art of blending their fragrances. There are no notes that overpower the others and while there is movement between dominant notes you can always discern the individual ones as they complement each other.
While the cognac starts off as the dominant note it quickly settles down to be a complementary note not coming to the fore again after the initially spray.
For me, the rose geranium is the note that captures my attention most, probably because of memories with my Mom. This is such a beautifully natural rose geranium. It does not remind me of perfumes my Mom would wear but rather of wonderful memories with her, and I do love the smell of rose geranium!
The Moroccan pink rose and night flowering tuberose are beautiful too, dancing around with the geranium and cedar and the cognac keeping everyone merry. A wonderful softly spicy (part of the beautiful geranium’s allure) dance where you can’t but help smile and laugh and join in!
Thank you Rose en Bos!

I was presented a sample of edt when bought their Dark Heart. Rose and Vines I can describe as a carnation(not geranium, it’s a mistake) with light roses accent, mixed with the drops of dry red wine on the piece of wood. A very interesting one.
