I totally agreed with Keedon. It reminds me Une rose of Frederic malle.

Nice “old style ” rose,i only get the rose note in this perfume, and alchool also, but it goes away quickly after spraying it.
This fragrance has a vintage feel,i find it very nostalgic,is a scent that many people would associate to the victorian era with the beautiful gowns, and toilette tables with powder, silver vanity sets and ornate perfume vials.
The rose is not a fresh one,is soapy. This is a very classic scent so probably very young girls may not like it,but when i wore this i was very young also, and i liked it because is very simple, clean(soapy)and feminine.
Is quite affordable .
I smelled it again recently and is exactly the same,so i m very happy that this little classic rose is still the same.
This was my actual first rose perfume, since then i discovered different kind of roses and my taste changed but Erbolario rose made me realize how i love to have this note in my perfumes.

This is what I was looking for in a typical rose perfume. Smells like the old formula of Evelyn Rose too, before Crabtree & Evelyn company sold to a Hong Kong public listed company.
Reading the perfume pyramid from L’Erbolario, this is a rose chypre. Mixture of Rose & Violet (my favorite combination), Geranium and Jasmine, and the base of White Moss (I like moss notes in my perfume).
Sharing the same style with Classic Chloe EDP (synthetic rose), Guerlain Idylle (only small amount of rose, the others are lily of valley and white musk, and expensive), and Diptyque Eau Rose (not budget friendly).
Rosa is an intense, sweet rose perfume with a friendly budget. As long as you don’t mind the plain glass spray bottle and the sticker label. Rosa has good sillage too. 2 sprays on my full cotton long sleeve shirt, walking in a air-conditioned shop, my friends can detect the heavy rose scent.
The only con is, Rosa only comes in 50ml bottle. Wish for larger bottle, 100ml or 200ml. Even I get 2 bottles of 50ml, the total price is still cheaper than 2 bottle of 50ml Crabtree & Evelyn – Evelyn Rose. And sure cheaper than a 100ml Chanel No 5

A poem.A bright rose that is sparkling in the dawn.Simply but elegant, when elegance is “Less is more”.
So feminine,it gives you the consciousness that sometimes the stars are smiling for you and inside you.

this is a heavy ROSEscent. No sweet notes at all. Dry and loud ROSE. Not for a teenager but for a woman. One spray goes a long way – perfect scent to put under a sweet floral scent. One of few rose-scent that I don’t like.

An ancient and synthetic rose. In name and in fact.
A tea rose (that reminds me ‘Tea Rose of Workshop) light, solar, soapy, almost mimosa tones. Fault of freesia.
It feels very violet, here is the green notes that many feel.
All in all not bad. Very traditional, almost English, a bit ‘800.
At times it seems very natural, sometimes it looks very natural fresh flower of rose, sometime is very synthetic and certainly it is, you can tell just by the color, the natural essential oil of rose is a dark orange and even one drop diluted in alcohol immediately gives a bright yellow color while the synthetic essential oil of tea rose is transparent and has at the same time the fresh rose scent and a mushroom-powder smell.
Romantic, Potent, sunny but a bit nostalgic. Classic.
Between cheap and rich composition. Depend of the nose.
Not for all.

A decent rose fragrance for the price. I would wear this when I want to wear a nice rose fragrance, yet do not want to spritz my expensive ones. Smells a tad bit green, and maybe not as refined as other ones, but pretty decent regardless.

To my nose, there’s only one note to this fragrance. That’s rose through and through. Green rose with soapy quality. It’s so simply composed that it smells almost like rose absolute.
It reminds me of Serge Lutens Sa Majeste La Rose, which is also a simple, clean rose scent.

It smells oldschool: a soapy-powdery rose, or rather, “the typical rose” scent, smells very pink and feminine. It also has an interesting, earthy or green note, really can’t put on my finger on it, but it must have more notes than just the rose. Longevity is surprisingly good, sillage also – I sprayed a little bit on my hand in the afternoon, and well into the evening I still get some nice wafts of it.

One incredibly delightful rose! It is blousey, full blown and robust and utterly delightful! The first spray gave me the sense that there were aldehydes in the blend, as it was so sparkling fresh. Much to my surprise, aldehydes are not mentioned in the notes. In fact, no notes other than rose appear! My nose detects a green aspect as well as a hint of woodiness. I find this fragrance to be much more complex than the name or note implies. It Blooms on my skin unfolding a middle medley of a blend of flowers. I can smell LOTV and jasmine and a whiff of honeysuckle along with the rose. The dry down reminds me of standing in the middle of a greenhouse inhaling all the scents of the hothouse flowers. Gardenia makes a soft entrance here, blending seamlessly with the other florals, and the woody and green notesThis is definitely a “rose” fragrance to love! I find it quite exhilarating!
Sillage is moderate to heavy
Longevity is a lovely moderate

Mmm…I’m not a fan of L’Erbolario fragrances. Skincare is nice and effective, but the brand is not so natural as they claim to be.
Scents are very stiff, not airy, not sophisticated, somehow flat and cheap, but they are not bad smelling.
The Rose one is a nice smelling typical imaginative rose, I would say the smell of rose perfume that most people have in mind and when they smell a real fragrant rose they say: “No, it is not really so”. Pleasant but not breaking. Better than other L’Erbolario.
