Rêve de la Reine transports us into a universe of modern elegance, inspired by Marie Anoinette and Petit Trianon, her private chateau on the grounds of Versailles.

While writing her book about royal perfumer Jean-Louis Fargeon, A Scented palace: the Secret History of Marie-Antoinette’s Perfumer (I.B. Tauris, 2006), Elisabeth de Feydeau found in the archives the perfumer’s form and the orders the Queen made to him.

“‘Sir,’ she finally said to him, ‘I’m expecting you to put Trianon in a flask. I love this place so much that I want to bring it with me everywhere I go.'”

Rêve de la Reine is an eau de parfum contained in a bubble glass made of gold lacquered glass, decorated with white serigraphy and crowned with a pear-shaped nozzle, to bring refinement to the perfume gesture. The fragrance features top notes of bergamot, orange, petitgrain, mandarin, pink pepper and raspberry. The heart notes inlcude galbanum, rose of May (essence and absolute) and iris. The base notes consist of cedar, sandalwood, benzoin, patchouli, Tonka bean and musk. Rêve de la Reine was launched in 2014.
