This is not the well known floral iris that everyone knows. It’s different, I’d say it feels like the root of the iris with a semi-edible quality mixed with woods. I get a strange iris smell, a lot of cedar, a mild sub-sweet vibe from the tonka beans, mild musk, faint amber. I do not get galbanum which I love..
This is a discreet scent with soft to moderate projection and moderate sillage. Longevity is good, long lasting but most of the time only you will smell it.
