Description
“The signature of this narcotic bomb lies in three essential ingredients: rose, hedione and heliotropin.
While hedione activates the brain regions linked to pleasure and the libido, heliotropin goes even further.
Equally tender and illicit, this crystalline powder hides its intentions well.
Beware of its creamy, powdery and floral facets, wavering between vanilla and almond!
Used in over doses, heliotropin becomes a psychoactive substance. A forbidden shiver rushes over the skin.
A substance under strict regulations.
Its possession is strictly controlled by law, because heliotropin is used for the chemical synthesis of mda, a prohibited drug and substitute for ecstasy.
Confronted with this diabolical indulgence, no one is safe from an olfactory obsession that can soon become a real addiction!” – a note from the brand.
Psychedelic Love was launched in 2017.

This fragrance is simply amazing. It’s quite expensive, however, I feel the fragrance justifies the price IMO. It’s so beautifully blended. With notes of bergamot, ylang-ylang, bulgarian rose, heliotrope, myrrh, vanilla, sandalwood, and patchouli, this truly is a treat for my nose.
Olfactory bliss. The opening is sweet, like creamy bergamot and ylang. The sandalwood is persistent throughout the fragrance and the heliotrope and myrrh compliment that. This fragrance is alluring, seductive, and will definitely get you compliments. Truly psychedelic!

Tried a sample. This is more evening appropriate. If someone is looking to smell scandulous then this is the scent. It is very sexual minus romantic. Smells nothing like Piguet Visa yet reminds me of it some how. A secret love affair or a wild night may have this scent. Desire, The night “of” not the morning after. This is labido love captured in scent.

SeXXXy, bubble machine wafting and puffing…gently blowing… vanilla, spiked-spice, booze, and a hazy cloud of alluring, yet soft, sweet sugar-smoke. Hauntingly insular as much as it is teasing and inviting. Like a beautiful bitch with split personality. This is a meandering perfume just hoping you’ll fall down the rabbit hole. If Patrick Melrose wore a perfume in part one of the series, it would be this one.

It’s gorgeous, soft yet persistent and long lasting and I actually think my DH of 30 years was paying more attention! It’s not particularly floral to my nose, it has an almost sherbet feel to the opening, then it dries down to a soft warm patchouli. If you like Love by Kilian, it’s similar but toned down, less sugary. There’s definitely tobacco there somewhere, vanilla, musk, coriander, a hint of cumin and the patch underscoring the whole thing. It’s excellent.

So….this was just gifted to me by my friends in the UK….HO-LEE-SHIT!
First want to address that the notes above are not incorrect, just lacking. While Initio does not list Sandalwood as a factoring note, it is most certainly in there.
PSYCHEDELIC LOVE
Hedione ,heliotropin, bergamot, myrrh, rose, vanilla, almond, patchouli.
The almond and vanilla mixture in this bottle are so overwhelming that you can miss the floral notes. I get NO Bergamot and NO Rose, but that could me my body chemistry. Also want to notate since it was listed below: There is no Tobacco or Boozy notes in this scent either, those notes can be found in Side Effect. The Myrrh and Patchouli are the dominating notes 2 hours in, and something lurking in there reminiscent of cumin. Very dull, but there. This is a beautiful scent. Im so annoyed that this came to me so late in the season (This perfume is impossible to get in US)and it is so warm sensual and cozy, best fit for Autumn and Winter.

I am absolutely sure that the notes above doesn’t belong to this fragrance, i believe fragrantica did a mistake on mixing up this fragrance notes with maybe “side effect”! last Sunday i tried it on another shop and i thought i was wrong by writing a wrong name on the plotter, but today i am completely sure that the notes above isn’t “Psychedelic Love” notes.
“Psychedelic Love” is sweet boozy tobaccoish blend with allot of vanilla cognac mix. Don’t know if it’s like the vanilla bourbon, but i keep on sniffing that sweet cognac with hints of cigar within besides the cinnamon.
Agains, the notes above wrong, and unfortunately their website doesn’t explain nothing about their fragrances specifically.
