On me it’s wonderfully fruity, with just enough tartness. I don’t get syrup at all. I get the most compliments on this fragrance. My bottle is over 15 years old, so I suppose it’s vintage. It hasn’t turned and is still going strong. I get decent longevity from this too. No fading like other Demeter fragrances.

Nope. Much too syrupy. There is a tart red fruity scent in there that might be pomegranate, but since it’s buried under so much heady sweetness it ends up smelling like candy instead. They should have just called this grenadine.
(If you want something tart and fruity from Demeter, get Cranberry instead.)

To me this is WAY too sweet. I want to know where the wood notes are, I just smell one note…sugar, almost streight up sugar. I could almost taste it. Makes Britney Spears fragrances almost seem complicated.
