If you like sweet this is for you. Maybe. Really similar to Dunhill Desire (blue bottle). Diff but better IMO. More smooth I feel, creamier and less synthetic. Vanilla sugar with a great dry down on me. Love it. Not for anything formal/serious. Weddings.. funerals.. interviews.. keep this bad boy tucked away. Very young but not your Nautica aquatic type young. Only some can wear it.. but never had anyone say it stank on me. Even if they did.. too bad!

Ahhhhhhhhhhh… so *THIS* is the fragrance that inspired the insidious duo of Dunhill Desire and Jacuqes Bogart Silver Scent.
This smells identical to those 2 fragrances… aggravatingly sweet and this one has a “purple” smell that is found in Silver Scent.
    Yet another blind buy bust.
No cream. No milk. No bueno.

Smells like “Golden Secret” by Antonio Banderas. There are some differences, because it is more sweet and Golden Secret is spicier, but in the dry down they smell the same. I would not be able to make a difference between the two if someone gave me the dry downs.
Has similarities with “1 Million” by Paco Rabanne too. Might be good for a cheaper alternative.
This was released in 1997 so this was first. I do not really like it, because of the sweetness in the beginning. The dry down is spicy I am not a fan of it either. The sweeter side is a warm weather t-shirt and shorts type of fragrance and the spicy is an elegant Fall/Winter fragrance.

I’ve always been a sucker for these 90’s sport scents, and the best thing about them is that just about anyone can pull them off at any age. I’ve never even worn Plus Plus before until recently, but upon applying, I was instantly thrown back to my 1997 Junior year of high school, driving around in my buddy’s Plymouth Acclaim while The Verve’s “Bitter Sweet Symphony” played on his CD player, as it seemed everyone at that time was wearing this syle of fragrance.
Diesel Plus Plus is not a clone of Polo Sport, but it’s definitely in that realm of 90’s nostalgia. A homerun blind buy of watery, Atlantic orange meeting a sweet mainland of marshmellow infused tonka, spices and honeysuckle florals. This scent feels lighthearted and fun, which to me feels like what this Diesel offering was originally set out to portray from the very beginning. They succeeded by my experience so far.
The only people who would bash a scent like this are those goofy folks who boast about paying 90 bucks for a Ralph Lauren polo shirt that was more than likely manufactured in a sweat shop somewhere over in Vietnam by a 9 year old for pennies on the dollar. They’re not smart enough to realize that “expensive” and “quality” are not necessarily exclusive to each other, thus snubbing their nose at any bargin they come across with reprehension and doubt due to a low price point.
When it comes down to these quality online cheapies, I’m immediately reminded of that somewhat famous line from Jon Lovitz in the film, The Wedding Singer…..”He’s losing his mind…and I’m reaping all the benefits”.

Kind of a middle of the road smell from a middle of the road fragrance. Longevity is sub par … smh. I’m kind of a middle of the road on this one.
Note: I purchased two of these from different online vendors. Beware of fakes!

Used to rock this back in the day, but I’ve found that it just leans too young to be worn nowadays. Not to mention, but surely this has gone through a reformulation because it’s not as milky as I loved before.

I may have just recieved a bad bottle but the one i owned was complete garbage. didn’t smell at all like how it was described and instead smelled like rubbing alcohol and water.
Had 3 other people smell it and they all agreed that it smelled just like that.

Plus plus is a bottle I was forced to toss in the trash. I hated this cologne and saw no circumstance that would allow me to wear it. The first fragrance I ever did this to

I bought this one for the bottle. And for the hope i could get some milk out of it. Needless to say i was disappointed. And while it does vaguely remind me of the parmalat milk i was buying years ago when it was still available in my country, Plus Plus interests heads in a totally different direction. Which is a pity because this fragrance could have taken a special place in my collection was it not smelling like most of the cheap ones found at DM or lilly.
PP is a citrusy fresh fragrance with an added spicy thrill, good thing is the flowery touch that scarcely saves the day.
It’s a nice fragrance nonetheless but overall Plus Plus is a minus for me.

Well….not that bad. Smell is okay but not something I can wear. I get a lot of grape from this even tho I don’t think it’s a note listed. But it’s not a scent that I hate or anything, just don’t think it’s for me.
It was cheap so no harm no foul. I thought I might like it from the notes and since it wasn’t expensive thought I’d take a chance on it.

    A blind buy, this.
Very nice. Very 90s. Someone mentioned Cuba Orange and that is a good comparison. Plus Plus has an edge in my book because the spice wins out a bit over the sweetness, and never strays into that cloying territory in which Cuba Orange hovers. It’s a very nice anywhere, anytime kind of scent that is versatile … yet not generic.
The packaging? I kinda like the whimsy of it. There is a SLIGHT creaminess in Plus Plus that makes the cows appropriate.
Unless one can’t tolerate any sweetness at all in their fragrances, a blind buy on this inexpensive juice might be just the ticket to keep in your arsenal of kick-it, non-aquatic fresh fragrances. Then you can save the pricey designer/niche stuff for other occasions.
Plus Plus indeed gets two pluses (thumbs up) from me.

I’m glad to own this fragrance. It was bought by me by a family member so a blind by as such…. This is my close quarters scent (a scent you put on when having cuddles with partner or whoever) very nice gentle milky soothing scent. Don’t judge this right up the top just like noir de noir you have to wait for it to settle after 15 20 mins and you’ll enjoy this… long lasting aswell
    Now my ratings
Sillage 6/10 not great hence is a skin scent
    Longevity 9/10

Not a fan! Some $15 fragrances are hidden gems and worth 5-10 times the asking price. This one…well, let’s just say I paid 3-times too much for my bottle which I gave to my young nephew. On the positive side, it’s not a bad smelling fragrance and it also performs pretty well. Unfortunately, there is just something juvenile, synthetic and headache-inducing that I do not like nor is it worth taking time to analyze. Anyway, I hope others have better luck but it’s a pass for me.

This is really another good alternative for those who like creamy and sweet masculine scents.
I can get notes of Tonka bean, patchouli, orange. These notes are stronger than others but are not really dominant. The scent is quite complex as a mix of many notes. That’s why Diesel Plus Plus Masculine is quite interesting, not just simple like other Tonka bean based fragrances.
Price is good, even though I don’t like the bottle and pack design.

I got this on a blind buy for like 15 bucks. And I’m glad I did. This is a smell of its own like others said its unique with a creamy feel. Its hard for me to describe but its definitely 1 will keep and restock.
not overpowering and last a decent amount of time

Similar to Dunhill’s Desire for a Man (“red”) but not as strong nor as metallic/”synthetic.” I think I prefer Yacht Man Red, though, if I had to choose among this group of scents (Cuba Orange is another), though I just did a dab sampling. This is not my favorite composition because it has a bit of a note clash, which on some days can seem quite harsh. And it also seems a bit simple at times as well. For the price it’s a good deal, though Yacht Man Red is even cheaper !
UPDATE: Dunhill’s London is also similar but smoother so I think I prefer it to the others of this type.

  25. :

This is a perfume with linear fragrance — no appreciable notes . Yardley GENTLEMAN or DUNHIL DESIRE have almost the same fragrance like this one .

  26. :

It is actually difficult to describe how this fragrance smells. Plus Plus Masculine has almost no distinct notes and is totally synthetic, but in a great way. It has a whoosh of different white musks, CGI florals, some citrus brightness, a slight spicy undertone, and a milky lactonic aura. There are a lot of different facets that make up this scent, but when you actually smell it it smells kind of one-dimensional. Good projection, but very short wear time.
Plus Plus has a lot of youthful masculine charisma; it is playful and fun while flaunting its artificiality in a cheeky way. I feel like this might be what a Ken doll would wear if he came to life. The dairy-like packaging is kitschy and adorable, as well. The poor longevity keeps Plus Plus from being a complete home run for me, but for such a cheap blind-buy I can’t say I’m disappointed.

I finally gave it to my mom, she likes it because of its sweetness, but to me was too generic… same as “one million” by paco rabanne but the cheaper version… i don’t find it in a gourmand way, it’s just like one million, annoying, clishé and tacky… im more into complex fragrances lastly, and this one is not… i love gourdmands but well constructed, like rochas man or lolita lempicka… this one definetly did not convienced me… #sorryboutit :/

Some people are going in hard on this fragrance.
I personally got this years ago and then again recently. I just finished mine ( have another in reserve ) and personally, I like this.
This is a soft, beautiful, light but strong enough to make an impression scent.
It’s unique ( definitely doesn’t smell like anything else to me ) and for me personally, it lasts a few hours or more ( depending on the climate, heat, etc. )
I’ve gotten compliments on this personally, not many but have.
I want to say this has a cotton candy mixed with a really nice soap smell when I smell it.
I do think it’s worth picking up, it’s real cheap these days.
But, to each their own because it seems people are really divided on this.
    Personally, again, I like it.

I do not Know there´s a huge difference in the one i bought here in Spain than the one i smelled in My country Domican Republic they are completly diferent, the one in my country it´s really much stronger and long lasting and the european version it´s like more eau the fraiche comparing it to the another.
    Why is this?

I tried this fragrance and it smells similar to “Alfred Dunhill Desire” and “Sand” by Axis and “Dunhill London” by Alfred Dunhill. It’s a sweet fragrance but not a type of sweet scent that I enjoy. The opening of the fragrance is more cloying but during the drydown, the sickening sweet cloying goes away. This is better than “Sand” and “Dunhill Desire” but I still don’t like this one enough to wear it. I thought the “cloying sweetness” was from the “apple” note which is in “Dunhill Desire” and “Sand” by Axis but not so in this one.

I was at the flea market and I saw a opened box of this on someones table so I picked it up and sniffed it from the cap.. It smelled super synthetically sweet, almost like someone wanted to make a fragrance that smelled like grape soda or even grape flavored liquid medication.. I thought it was suppose to smell “milky”, and I heard so many positive things about it so I guess I would have to squirt it to really judge it..

  34. :

    5 out of 5

This scent starts out very strong. I only need like two sprays or it will become too cloying and I won’t enjoy it. I don’t detect cinnamon that much. This smells so masculine, sweet and wonderful! The longetivity and projection on me are amazing. Sprayed on skin it lasts about 6 to 8 hours and sprayed on clothes it can hit the 10 hour mark pretty easily. For the price you’re paying, this is an amazing scent that needs to be in every man’s collection.

I don’t know what it is about this fragrance, that makes me want to puke.
One of the notes gives me the feeling of something spoiled, but i can’t quite put my finger on which one.
I wish i liked it, cause you can find it very cheap online, also, cause the fixation and the projection are AMAZING on my skin.
    Sadly, i hate it.

Diesel’s brilliance has always been in their marketing and packaging of items that are frequently outsourced to other companies like Fossil (watches) but kept under the Diesel name. This is another fine example of the Italian company’s genius, using the kitch of a milk bottle and backing it up with a completely original creation targeted at teens and younger adults looking to draw a line in the sand from the alleged un-hipness of their parents. This was originally made in Germany and is typical of German taste in the industry, absolutely loaded with chemicals and synthetics. The first five minutes are an outrageously abrasive blast of undefined notes that smell heavily like rubbing alcohol before dissipating into a rather warm mish mash of undefined, vague hints of real notes that combined together can only be described as the closest thing yet in fragrance to pure grape soda (in my honest estimation). This smells literally like a freshly cracked open can of Welch’s grape soda out of the vending machine. And that’s pretty much it. There’s no evolution once this calms down in the first ten minutes. Yes, that means its very linear, but It’s also incredibly original, unique, and a wholly obscure scent that will get you noticed. This isn’t as sugary sweet and deliberately obnoxious as many of the loud for teen releases that have exploded onto the market the last few years. This one has a restrained and relaxed essence about it that invites even older men who have smelled it all to enjoy its originality. Longevity on this isn’t impressive, at generally 4-6 hours and projection moderate. I would call this a gourmand given it really is grape soda in the truest sense, but because its’s a completely chemical creation, it likely doesn’t qualify to be listed as such. Affordable, original and youthful for winter, spring and fall evenings, for those with a sweet tooth. Good.

  42. :

    4 out of 5

This seems to be a rather polarizing fragrance so I thought I’d weigh in. The opening is very strong and, frankly, smells like some sort of hand soap or cleaning product. It doesn’t immediately announce itself as the sort of fragrance that a rational human would want to smell like. However, give it ten minutes, and it’s a while different story. It’s a warming, sweet,”party” type fragrance right up there with 1 Million and Joop! Homme. I actually kind of like it, and would rate it a 7.5 out of 10. I just don’t wear it out much cause they’re are so many more attractive, sophisticated fragrances out there. For the price (around 13 USD) you can blind buy the shit out of this and not get to upset if it’s not for you. Try, for sure.

  43. :

It is funny that this perfume comes in a milk box because it smells like spoiled milk and a heavy scent of musk or something that is really annoying.
If the selling point was that the musk was supposed to be attractive to women or something, I might be able to look past the gross, pungent stink that IS this perfume.

  44. :

Wow! I really did not expect too much from this. Extremely affordable and its literally amazing! Plus Plus Masculine totally can pass as unisex. I was actually a little scared or trying the female version it seemed way too sweet for me, so I decided to try out this version. I sprayed it on this morning and it lasted me throughout my long day which is a plus for me! I couldn’t help but dousing myself in it again when I got home. I was craving more of it, which is definitely and unusual reaction for me…
So to me the fragrance is great. Its not overly synthetic too my nose at all. Plus Plus is spicy yet sweet. A blend of nutmeg and cinnamon which is delightful, mixed with more subtle patchouli. I love these notes! What makes this fragrance interesting is the sweet oranges that I smell lingering in the background. Somehow this does manage to replicate a milky note not too sure or what combination is giving the fragrance its creamy smell. Maybe the combination of tonka bean, sandalwood, jasmine and heliotrope? It almost kind of reminds be of a orange creamsicle on my skin, but it could be just how it reacts with my skin chem. Thankfully it is not overly sweet. Whatever it is I know I’m really enjoying it!
As I said earlier the fragrance has great lasting power. However you have to be a little careful of how much you put on because if it is over sprayed I think someone could possible find it too strong and offensive. Plus Plus Masculine is definitely a fragrance that can be worn by a girl or a guy. ^_^

On me, this turns extremely sharp spicy, more like nutmeg and clove and just a bit of anise, almost no cinnamon, very faint dairy vibe. It constantly gives me a tingling sensation in my sinuses, like I’m close to sneezing. Very interesting at first, but after a while it gets very annoying. But this is just me, I have noticed that on me some frags tend to get more spicy than on other guys. Actually, this is a very good one, potent and seems to last quite a while, great for the price, definitely worth trying!

  46. :

I really liked the creamy, milky quality found in Plus Plus Feminine, so I was hoping that Plus Plus Masculine would be just as unique. Thankfully it is.
Plus Plus Masculine is not milky, but it is creamy, spicy too. It does have a masculine feel, but with that being said, it can be unisex. The most dominant notes on my skin include, cardamom, cinnamon, orange, nutmeg, tonka bean and coriander.
This fragrance can be overwhelming, so a light application is fairly important. In small doses Plus Plus Masculine is alluring and pleasant. It doesn’t smell cheap at all, even though the price tag boasts its affordability.
The drydown features a smooth and creamy sandalwood and musk blend. I have tried to pinpoint the perfect season for Plus Plus Masculine, and have come to the conclusion that it could be worn all year round.
The lasting strength is outstanding, at least eight hours wear, and the sillage moderate. Diesel is a brand that has a few hits and a few misses. Plus Plus Masculine is one of its hits.

  47. :

    5 out of 5

Diesel Plus Plus Masculine is one of the scents that hooked me into sweet fragrances. It smells like an assortment of candied fruits, kind of like sugary, but maintains masculinity. The mellowed sweetness after the brief strong opening, is really pleasant and not cloying. Overall, it is milky/creamy — a really warm fragrance if you want to feel youthful or if you are around younger crowd.
The longevity is very good – I use 5-7 sprays spread out around my body and neck, and the projection is not over-empowering. Don’t be fooled by the price (around $15-$20), Diesel++ Masculine is an enjoyable scent that is quite unique…. it will always be a part of my wardrobe.

  48. :

    creamy, soft, but long lasting…
milky/whipped cream kind of smell with citrusy orange at the beginning, and then you have the creamyness of the heliotrope flower blended with the oranges (now in a bitter way) and the milky note that lasts forever…
I detect some musky note on the drydown, which is very pleasant and totally good for winter as a daily/casual fragrance…
It was on the corner of my shelf, for a very long time, but now i’m getting into synthetic creamy scents, so i’m taking a chance again with this nice fragrance.
    🙂

I bought this on a whim being that it was cheap and a lot of people recommended it for a cheap fragrance. It has an insanely citrus opening that lasts for 5 minutes which is weird because it has nothing to do with the rest of the fragrance but it is there for a reason I feel. The rest of the fragrance is a creamy cinnamon and nutmeg all the way that reminds me of Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Halloween. Now that citrus, if I smell real hard I can find it in the background. I think the citrus is blending in with the floral and wood notes that are suppose to be in here to give that creamy feel IMO. Its a good fall and winter holiday scent just don’t expect much outside in the bitter cold. I don’t understand where people get spring and summer because it is warming (maybe a summer night), to me it is fall and winter in a bottle. Fairly SYNTHETIC though. It’s a fragrance you can’t hate but can’t love.

This cologne is a favorite of mine. Not so much because of the smell of it but because of where the smell takes me. This is a “dated” smell. It has i love the 90s screaming all through out the course of its progression. I get the whole citrusy-milk thing everyone else says. I dont get the “spoiled milk”….at all…ever. This is definitely a safe work scent, gym scent, casual scent. If youre a collector, i wouldnt wear this on a date because im sure you have something that is a little more occasion appropriate but all and all i say this is a good scent. It gets points from me for being cheap. You can find this on ebay for less than $20. Not a must have but a solid addition to any collection. 7.5/10 from me.

  55. :

So diesel plus plus. Got this as a gift when I was like 13. Loved it then. Truly believed it was gods cologne. Now, I think it’s more like a cologne that just smells like cows milk. Not saying this is bad but you get a pronounced old milk smell which works somewhat well if that makes sense. The milk smell gets a enhanced by a synthetic note which makes it smell real cheap, which it is. Pretty sure this is discontinued but if you ask me, no second thoughts of it. Easy to wear on your days where you don’t care who’s around. Long longevity and normal silage. Overall decent for kids under 13. Anyone old I don’t think should really use unless your bored or want to smell like spoiled milk with a synthetic twist.

I get so many compliments about this fragrance, it is lovely I wear this as an everyday fragrance just for work, it suits this perfectly it isn’t too strong but strong enough to be noticed, if I’m working a longer shift I spray a bit more on my clothes it lasts about 6 hours on my skin and I pay £9 a bottle, so buy 3 at a time and they do a gift set with shower gel and lotion for £10 at the moment I have three of each shouldn’t run out in a while.
One thing I am surprised about is that no one has picked up vanilla notes ?? Or is that just me ? but I also pick up the jasmine and anise notes more than the cinnamon notes, maybe I just have a funny nose. 🙂

    Smell:
This fragrance is sweet, but I’ve smelt sweeter. It smells milky sweet and the dry down is the milk begins to ‘rot’ (in a good way) then becomes very synthetic (but I do not mind).
    Longevity:
It lasts 5-6 hours on my skin with 8 sprays, NOT because the fragrance is weak but because the sprayer is absolutely CRAP!
    Sillage:
    Moderate sillage.
    Occasion:
Definitely casual, high school and possible clubbing scent (because it is synthetic).
I know.. you’re all thinking, “This fragrance isn’t strong with the sillage, how can this be a clubbing frag???” Simple answer! Atomizer, because this thing is cheap; use that and reapply. In my opinion, an all year round fragrance.
    Age rating:
Below 30s, I guess. I do not think I will be wearing this when I reach my 30s, that’s the thing.
    Design:
I don’t hate the milk carton packaging, because it does smell milky/sweet. The milk/capsule bottle itself is plain (to me), but I guess they tried to emphasize on that milky/sweet scent.
    The sprayer is crap.
    Would I buy this again:
I wish I hadn’t… If you’re a ‘collector’ and you already have more than 1000ml of fragrances (10 or over, variety of fragrances), 1 of these bottles will do and last for a long long time.
    My final verdict:
    6/10

Bought this when it first launched but it never quite clicked with me. I liked the scent, but it didn’t seem to resonate with others quite the way A Men or Le Male did, so I didn’t repurchase when that first bottle was done.
If I had to describe the fragrance, I would say it is an artful perfumer’s interpretation of a futuristic orange sherbet ice cream. It smells comforting and familiar, but it doesn’t smell of this world.
It is unique. I have never run across anything else quite like it.

Smells like watery scents mixed with milk. Dries down with warmth and sweetness.

Diesel Plus Plus is a great fragrance. I got this at Hudsons Treasure Hunt for a steal for 15 bucks. It was worth every dollar and cent. Nice casual vanilla creamy vibe that ladies love. I hate this is discontinued

Diesel Plus Plus was one of the first fragrances i actually bought along with a few other cheap designer frags – once i sprayed this was i surprised! The first reaction was that this blew everything else out of the water at this price point (and pretty much everything above its price point) and has been one of my signature scents for years.
The top notes sometimes come off a little alcoholic (especially if you spray more than 5 times) and you definitely need to wait a good 5-10 minutes at least before the fragrance starts to unfold on your skin
Once the alcohol subsides, you are left with a purely creamy, sweet vanilla/coconut/mint vibe with some noticeable musk a strikingly unique sweet/sour accord which makes the overall sweetness even nicer and quite unusual giving a milky note that this fragrance is famous for – it can have a very candy like sweetness but is balanced to provide some masculinity with just enough sandalwood. The overall smell is very, very nice and dries down to a tonka/vanilla bomb. Although, can come off slightly synthetic at times, To me, this is easily one of the best original, sweet fragrances and it’s a shame it’s discontinued though it’s so cheap you can buy 3-4 of these for the price of a typical designer fragrance
As far as projection and longevity goes – this is totally a mixed bag. typical 5-7 hours on my skin though more if i spray more and you can be a bit more liberal on your skin with this one. projection is probably average to good for the first 5 hours then it sits closer to the skin
Definitely for the younger crowd/young adults can pull this off and the smell is not offensive in any way. Masterpiece of a casual scent that because of it’s unique smell can be worn all year round
The only negative i can give about this fragrance is the sprayer which is very flimsy and easily prone to breaking in some way! the spray itself is very weak but you get what you pay for the the juice inside is certainly worth the slight discomforts for it’s price point, no complaints overall
    Overall rating – 9/10
