Truly bad naming and packaging as there’s nothing sweet or “girlie” about Pink Pummelo. This one is rather bright, fresh and unisex due to the combination of citrus and lavender. It’s decent for a pick me up on a summer day, but I’m glad I only bought the travel spray as it’s not one I reach for often.

This is awful! It’s like lemonade mixed with lavender. It really doesn’t go well together. Out of these, the best was caramel rose

Why am I not getting any lavender? I smell no lavender in this whatsoever. All I can smell is the grapefruit. Nothing else, just grapefruit, and then it fades away. I wish I could smell the herbal aromatic notes that other people are getting. It’s a good thing I like grapefruit, but a bit of variation would be nice. I think this is a very cheerful, bright and summery citrus, but I do wish for the lavender.

I was lucky enough to find a 1.7 oz EDP of Pink Pummelo at the VS Semi-Annual sale for 75% off. This one starts very bright and astringent with an almost lemon smelling citrus that I see is listed as grapefruit. The citrus soon starts to blend with a very strong lavender creating the aromatic and herbal scent kaejuntun mentions. At this point the fragrance seems somewhat unisex, not at all sweet. I have no idea what Comoros flowers smell like but Pink Pummelo does not read as floral. This is overall, unique, bright, invigorating and fresh.
Good for warm weather and daytime use.
Moderate sillage and longevity.
I like it enough to give it a 6.5/10

I tried all four from this line on the same day. I really wanted to like Pink Pummelo because I thought it would smell like grapefruit. I honestly could not smell any grapefruit in this so I was disappointed. The scent is slightly antiseptic to me and it also fades quickly. After about 15 minutes I could not smell this on my skin any more.
The Lime Blossom (green bow) is the one that lasted the longest on my skin.

Pink Pummelo is a VERY aromatic, herbal scent, at least in my opinion. There is a TON of lavender, with a little bit of citrus. There’s something about it that’s almost grassy. And I like it. I have grown to really like lavender, and while there are other lavender scents I enjoy more, Pink Pummelo is really nice. Plus it’s entirely different than any other scent that VS has available right now, and the bottle is lovely. I can’t wait to smell the rest of this line!
