For me…this is the perfect ” old book” smell. It’s everything I was hoping Commodity’s BOOK would be. I am ordering a full bottle asap. I love this house. Her Reglisse Noire is amazing as well…it’s a must for a lover of the smell of black licorice.

This is a beautiful spicy perfume, although I’m not wild about the opening. Within fifteen minutes though, I’m in love with the middle through the dry-down. I could swear I smell a little rose in there although it’s not listed on the notes, above.
Unfortunately the sillage is very low.

This is the perfume of a powerful woman, a CEO or a politician, who often daydream of ditching all this madness to open a nice little inn in the country maybe with a pet farm for the kids… Pink Pepper Wood is very well blended with obviously quality ingredients. I can’t say I discern a note more than any other but I think the cypress and the incense are what give this perfume its substance. This it not for me because I have adolescent tastes ;D but it definitely makes me want to try more of this brand. And no it’s not unisex, all female.
