Description

American rapper of eccentric style Nicki Minaj launches her first fragrance called Pink Friday, which is also the name of her first studio album from 2010, in collaboration with the Elizabeth Arden company. The fragrance is out from September 2012.

Pink Friday is a celebration of my life at this moment; it is a reflection of me as a creator, and an expression of me as a woman. I know my Barbz (that’s how she calls her fans) will connect with and appreciate each aspect – from the name, to the outrageous bottle design, to the vibrant colors that create their own song. Pink Friday shows off my personality and style; it’s exciting to express my voice through another dimension,” says Nicki. “I was involved in every aspect of the decision-making process – it seems easy because I always get this feeling inside: I know if something is right or wrong. Each detail needs to ‘wow’ me or it is not an option; that’s my way of composing perfection.”

The scent is an intoxicating floral – musky one as it mixes playful fruity notes, pink flower petals, creamy vanilla, musk and woods. It opens with juicy notes of star fruit, Italian mandarin, and a blackberry and raspberry hybrid called boysenberry. Lotus and starry jasmine petals are in the heart, while the base consists of caramelized pear, vanilla, musk and woody notes.

The bottle appearance is something like the bust of Nikki herself, consisting of the torso and the head with the famous pink wig. It is designed by Lance McGregor of Paul Meyers and Friends.

The fragrance is available as 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum with 200 ml body lotion and 150 ml of hair mist.

Not a bad fragrance, sweet and bright, but not among the best either. Either way, I cannot take this perfume seriously due to it’s obnoxious bottle hahaha. It looks like a humanoid robot Nicki that I must decapitate every time I want to use it!

Listen, I’m a big stuffy “Shalimar is a masterpiece, nobody will ever understand my love for Mitsouko,” bourgeoisie hair powder-wearing snob, but I couldn’t resist that beautifully sculpted bottle. I’m a dollmaker. I love the beautiful, smooth sculpting on this bottle. It ain’t flimsy plastic either, this thing is in a quality bottle! It breaks my heart when people talk about how terrifying it is, leave her alone, her sculptor did a nice job. I’d love to buy another bottle to take the cap apart and see if I can finagle this thing onto a doll body and paint it with some flesh-color.
I got this for 14 dollars at Marshall’s. I think, even though this may be a celebrity scent that is stereotypical (sweet, fruity, and very young smelling), it’s cute, it’s sweet, it actually has some nice layering to it, and it’s very likable. Of course, this isn’t designer or some kind of niche masterpiece, but hey, if you’ve got a boyfriend who loves sweets as much as mine does, this is definitely a scent I’d wear around him. I’d like to keep this around for one of those days where I decide it’s a good idea to wear a bunch of colorful barettes and a particularly colorful graphic tee and wear my glittery Hello Kitty sneakers, just any day I want to be playful and cute. If you like old-school colorful Harajuku fashion, this is a great scent to wear with it!
My conclusion is: I’m not a celebrity fragrance person. In fact, this is the only one I own at the moment. I don’t usually wear fragrances like this that are so ridiculously sweet and fruity. However, I think this has a place in a collection. Everyone’s gotta have at least one of these, whether it be Someday or one of those Britney Spears Fantasy flankers. I like this one, I think it’s fun to wear out of character fragrances, even if they make me smell like a 15 year old.

Hm…so, for those touting this as the first time a female rapper got a fragrance, I am pretty sure Queen Latifah’s came out several years before this did, so give QL her rightful place.
Pink Friday is fun and likeable. No, it’s not breaking any new ground, but every single thing doesn’t have to. Are you one of those tiresome hipsters who will not watch a movie or listen to a song or eat at the same restaurant more than once..? Well, if you do any of those things, then this is permissible too.
This is uber-fruity and light, a great deal like Bath & Body Works’ ‘Pink Chiffon’, if you like that one. If you like Viva La Juicy, VLJ Noir, or Victoria’s Secret Noir Tease, this is similar to all those and you’ll probably dig this. Never tested the one by The Biebs everyone refers to…
I get a lot of the berry, lot of citrus, some jasmine. It doesn’t take long to get to the base, which is very pleasant burnt-sugar/caramel musk, but the base is holding on strong at hour four. I will say the area still prominently detectable is my chest area under my dress, the spray applied to my wrists burned off a long time ago, even without hand washing. So maybe if you get poor longevity, try fabric instead of skin…? Or skin that’s ‘enclosed’, under your top or whatnot.
I know a lot of people have knocked the bottle, but you know, if you don’t like it, take the head off. There. Now it looks like Jean-Paul Gaultier’s, and since he’s A Real Designer you can be happy. Jeez. And those afraid to sleep in the same room..?!? Be grateful your life is so safe and bountiful that waking up in the same room as a tacky perfume bottle is the biggest thing you have to fear. That’s not the case for everyone.
Yeah, the bottle is outlandish, but a) i don’t care if I like the juice and b) it’s tacky in that kitschy way that’s SUPPOSED to be over the top. It makes me giggle. It’s not ‘cheap dollar store’ quality for sure. If you have ever priced out materials and the number of steps needed to fabricate some particular design, this is NOT a dollar store bottle, I assure you. Whether the design agrees with your taste or not, it’s not cheaply manufactured. (And the likeness is spot on). Er, you’re buying NICKI MINAJ’S product, have you even SEEN her style..? Why would you expect her perfume to be bottled like Tom Ford…?
The major drawback is longevity of the top and heart is shite. The base is no worse than average longevity but the bright top doesn’t last long, even though i have forgiving chemistry and USUALLY everything lasts well on me.
This is one of the exceptions (again, in regard to the top and middle). If you buy this let me strongly suggest buying the biggest size, because you will be refreshing it.
As it is, I sometimes layer it with the body lotion for Pink Chiffon; that is easier to find than the Pink Friday lotion, I also don’t wear it out of the house often since I don’t want to tote that giant torso in my bag. Sigh.
All in though, I have repurchased this, more than once, with no shame. Celebrity perfumes are not shameful. Who gives a toss if Sarah Jessica Parker or Paris Hilton don’t construct their formulas…? Newsflash: Marc Jacobs and Thierry Mugler don’t either (sorry Thierry, you know I still worship you). I guarantee you Karl Lagerfeld ain’t stewing away in a lab eyedroppering oils and molecules he invented into beakers birthing new Chanel.
So while I understand not buying a PARTICULAR celebrity’s product out of a wish to not contribute to that specific person’s income, it’s silly to mock celeb scents as a category. If you like any of the scents I mentioned, try this. It’s a hell of a lot less money than VLJ. I can’t wear my tobacco/oud/civet/other heavy component compositions every day. If you do, rock on, but there’s no need to call people who are just SO much less hip than you ‘cheap hookers’. Sometimes I want complex and heavy. Sometimes I want light and fruity. Well, here it is.

I like this scent from the opening, especially with the caramel, fresh star fruit and pear notes…It slightly has a vibe of Viva La Juicy in it. But the dry down is quite “synthetic” to my nose. And the bottle design really ruined it for me.

This perfume was my first perfume i bought
It made me fall in love with perfumes
    So flirty and sexy
    Amazing
The lasting power is 10 hours

To be honest I blind bought this for irrational reasons and should have listened to the reviews. I never saw it around here until one day one lonely single box of it sat on the bottom shelf of a drugstore. No one bought it for a couple of weeks, so I felt I just had to get and try it. Also I sometimes like to listen to Nicki when I go to the gym. Whatever. When I first saw a pic of the bottle I found it terrifiying, but it’s also kind of fun in a tacky way. I think I secretly hoped for the scent to be as over the top candy pink as the bottle.
Anyways, it is not and this was not my best blind buy.
Pink Friday is pleasant enough, just not exciting at all. It starts with fresh fruit and very clean, creamy jasmine. The image that comes to my mind is a freshly cut starfruit in a thick white body cream with a hint of vanilla.
Unfortunately, as it dries down I don’t get any gourmand notes, no caramel and for sure no caramelized pear. Just a very, very faint trace of undefined fruity-floralness. I’m not one to complain about longevity very often, most scents last well on me, but this becomes a skin scent really quickly.
I’ll try to sell or swap this away, there are too many better fruity scents to have instead.
tl;dr: A celebrity fragrance like people who don’t know many of them imagine all celebrity fragrances to be.

I really like Pink Friday. I will definitely agree that it smells similar to Someday and Viva La Juicy. However, out of the three I would say this one is the best smelling.
Pink Friday has fair longevity and is pleasant with a fruity caramel base. The starfruit mixed with pear gives it almost a strange banana undertone. Not bad but just a bit different. It’s very sweet and I’ve gotten a few compliments on it. Something inexpensive and nice to feel sweet and girly on lazy days.

This perfume to me is like getting felt up on the Gravitron
Getting drunk on Boone’s Farm and making out on the ferris wheel
Sticky cotton candy fingers, funnel cake powdered sugar, the first drag of a Newport
If you’re in the market for seducing a 14-year-old boy, this scent is for you.

Vegasdiamond00 how does Pink Friday smell like homeless man b.o??? I’ve never smelled “homeless man b.o”, but I’m pretty sure it does not smell like that. This fragrance however, does smell like any other celebrity scent, sweet, fruity and girly. Its a decent, casual inexpensive choice for work or school. Although the scent is not memorable, the bottle is.

  13. :

This is really a lovely scent! Its a light sweet caramel floral with a burst of mandarin in the beginning. I LOVE sweet musky florals, so this is right up my alley!
This is something you can easily wear every day, day or night..casual or dressed up. It lasts a little longer on clothing than it does on skin. I get barely 2 or 3 hours on my skin so it really doesnt last long which makes me so sad! I really like this but I wont rebuy because it doesnt last.
This does remind me of viva la juicy, so if you like that one you will love pink friday. They are in the same sweet floral musk family of fragrances!

  14. :

There is something about this perfume that smells very edible, sweet and delicious. It has very intensive caramel notes so I would avoid if you are not a fan. In saying that it isn’t sickly sweet. I find it to be quite unique for a celebrity fragrance. On a side note the pink Friday shower gel smells divine!! Even nicer than the perfume!
The bottle I hated! I threw the head portion of the perfume in the bin straight away… After that it was bearable.

I really like this scent a lot. To me it smells girly and playful. One of my favorite Nicki perfume along with Pink Print. I have a small bottle and would repurchases this.
I know some people are going to disagree with me, but I like most of the Nicki bottles. But we all have different taste.

Love it! Wish it was a little stronger , could be the fact that the small bottle I got is not a spray bottle , its open and you have to dab it on? But it smells awesome!

It’s okay a bit on the sweet side very typical which makes this fragrance forgettable in the long run.

I really like this perfume by Nicki Minaj. Very fresh and fruity. The longevity and sillage are just fine.
My fav perfume by Nicki Minaj with Minajesty. The bottle is just awesome! Really like it! I have 3x 100 ml and 2 30 ml. I got also very rare bottle with cut glass (100ml) !

I really enjoy this one! It cherish my nose and doesn’t irritate head 🙂
So it’s really a pity that it will last less than 4 hours on my skin.. 🙁
Lovely fruity floral, sweet, but not overwhelming way, and it has little bit of freshness. Blackberry is working very well in this. And base is very warm with vanilla and caramel, and it even have some depth in it (and again I find some some note which remind me a little bit of licorice, maybe it is a mix of carambola and caramel? Although, I can’t exactly remember how the carambola smells :D)
It can be found at quite good price, under 30euros/50ml, that’s nice!

My 7 and 10 yr old got me this for Mothers Day, and I’m surprised how well I like it. I get the comparisons to Viva la Juicy but I actually prefer this one. Pink Friday has better performance for me then Viva la Juicy did and I like the underlying musk. There is nothing spectacular here but it’s nice when you want a light fruity floral, nothing heavy, very sheer.

  21. :

kind of smell generic. Smell very fruity and fresh, for a nice spring or summer day out. Remind me of viva la juicy but pink friday is a lot fresher. Easy fragrance to wear.

  22. :

    5 out of 5

This is pretty! Yes, it does smell similar to Justin Bieber Someday, which in turn smells similar to Katy Perry Meow, which in turn smells similar to the original of this fragrance format, Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy. Nevertheless I really enjoy these types of scents as these bottles all have different nuances on the original accord. Pink Friday is actually the most sophisticated to my nose – if you mixed Viva La Juicy with Chloe EDP and D&G L’Imperatrice, you’d get Pink Friday. There are no brash obnoxious laundry musks in the dry down, and while the scent is definitely more of an eau de toilette strength, it’s lovely and refreshing and will be an absolute summer staple in the heat. And yes, the bottle does remind me of Grace Jones!

This is the fruitiest perfume I ever owned. It smells like a shampoo that’s made for little girls or something. Don’t get me wrong, it smells nice and has an okay performance but very juvenile.

I like this, it smells sweet and fresh but good God Nicki Minaj has some hideous bottles.

I love this perfume..If you like Viva La Juicy, you will like this, just this is lighter…easy to wear, not intense and so soft and yummy 🙂 Will buy it again.

I really like Pink Friday… Everything about it. The smell, the longevity. I know a lot of people despise the aesthetic appearance of the bottle, but I even like that! The bottle actually quite reminds me of a hip, edgy version of Jean Paul Gaultier’s Classique collection bottles.
The scent is sweet, fruity and fun. I really like the star fruit note which smells absolutely delicious on my skin. The longevity is quite amazing for its price. It goes 4 hours on me and my skin rarely holds anything, let alone anything cheap! I swear, most cheapies disappear from my skin in 30 minutes tops! Is it another fruity gourmand? Yup. Does it smell a bit like a really good body spray? Yup. But who cares? It smells great, performs well, is a non offensive crowd pleaser AND it’s cheap. It’s good for those summer days when you need a pick me up. It’s a happy scent. I’m certainly happy to have added it to my collection.

I had been looking for a scent for years to replace my hard-to-find Versace Woman signature scent.
I was sniffing around in Kohl’s and it was love at first sight. Coincidentally, to my nose, PF smells a lot like Versace Woman. PF is a fruity floral with a very sophisticated woodsy scent. In the opening, I do smell blackberry, salted caramel along with wood. It wears for about 8 hours. It smells it’s best probably within the first 3 hours of wearing. After 3 hours, it pipes down a lot and has a slight sweet plastic-y smell. But that’s quite okay because I love it so much! Good job Nicki!

I do not normally like celebrities fragrances but often try in shops… Many of them are very similar kind of sweet light candy… And longevity is always none!!! I tried Nicky Pink Friday today, Wow!!! Same story… Sweet pink sugar like many cebs frags.. its also a bit powdery but has something else in it… Something that I can’t describe it… There is 1 note very unique… But the biggest Wow is about longevity and sillage. Sprayed on my wrist at 1pm, now is 11:30pm and I can still feel it!!! Amazing!

  29. :

I wrote a review on this while back and was kind of meh about it-its kind of light sweet floral but I ended up wearing it enough that I already used up half of my small bottle lol
I get migraines(hormonal)so during certain time of the month, heavier perfumes and certain notes can trigger a migraine for me. So I still want to wear a fragrance and this fits the bill. Its very light and doesn’t bother me but I still feel like I smell nice.

  30. :

    3 out of 5

I’ve actually owned a bottle of this for a while, but I was kinda embarrassed to officially add it to my collection on here.
For the scent itself, yes, it is like most floral fruity perfumes out there. It’s been done a million times over and over. But, if you like fruity, fun, playful perfumes, then this isn’t that bad. I really like the composition in Pink Friday; caramel gives the fruitiness a warmth to it. The sillage is moderate to low on me and longevity is moderate as well.
As for the bottle, it’s tacky as hell. I had to actually decapitate Ms. Minaj and throw her head in the garbage. I felt like she was staring at me and judging me for all the perfumes I own. I must say, now the bottle looks much better being headless! 🙂

  31. :

    4 out of 5

As someone gave me a sample of this, I thought I would test it out, even though it isn’t really something I’d usually wear 🙂
The celebrity aside, this scent is pretty yummy and easy to wear; smells like something vaguely creamy at first (caramel), before it mellows out into something extremely sweet and fruity. The dry-down reminds me of the mishmash of perfumes that you’d smell in the air upon entering the chemist in summer; sweet and musky. The exact notes are difficult to determine. Pink Friday reminds me of a dozen other similar celebrity fruity florals or body sprays, so in summary: nothing new or groundbreaking here, it’s just rather “nice”, and I have the feeling that I would get bored of it very quickly. Moderate to soft sillage; lasts for about 4-5 hours.
I am someone who will buy a bottle of perfume (even if I dislike the bottle) if the juice inside is amazing. However, this bottle is particularly hideous, and actually turns me off buying the perfume, even if I liked it, because I would not want that thing glaring at me everyday when I open my perfume cupboard. And for this reason alone, I would never buy or want to own a Nicki Minaj perfume, but it was fun to try 🙂

I didn’t really know what to expect when I sampled this. I was expecting a sweet fruity scent like most celeb fragrances, and this is no different. It’s a little musky and has that creamy note mixed in with the fruity ones. Overall its not bad, but has poor sillage. The dry down makes it smell so weird. Im glad I´ve only got the 30 ml bottle, because Im definitely not buying this again.

  34. :

I like this purely for the fact that the bottle genuinely looks like Nicki. The face is spot on. Usually these kind of things don’t, and look like bad waxworks, but this one is very well modelled indeed.

I’m not much of a fan of Nicki Minaj however, I own two of her fragrances, Pink Friday, and Minagesty. Her fragrances don’t disappoint! This fragrance is a youthful, summery, fruity scent!

I love it!! I found a 50ml perfume with a 50 ml body lotion and gel for 20$ a long time ago. It was a total score and its one of my favourite perfumes! It lasts around 6 hours on my skin and I love it!I am a 14 year old girl and I thinks its good for all ages. I am a huge fan of nicki(I even went to the pink print tour) and I am not disappointed!

My most exotic and tropical fruity floral perfume, deliciously sweet and flirtatiously sultry, somehow I never tire of her. I think I’ve had this perfume for four years now, and I’m still attracted to it’s special cocktail. I no longer listen to Nicki Minaj’s music, but her MAC lipsticks, her OPI nail polish, and this perfume are all quality buys that stand the test of time.

I don’t know much about perfumes, especially the low, high and main notes of a perfume. I can’t even detect certain ingredients in a perfume so it is a little hard for me to explain how something smells…..
Let me just get on with my review. I got this perfume for Christmas from my sister. I’ve been wanting this perfume for awhile because I smelt it at a department store and fell in love quickly. I used to HATE sweet and fruity perfume scents but as I got older, I started liking it a little bit more.
Pink Friday is very sweet and citrusy. The sweetness of the scent is not overpowering and it doesn’t give me a headache either. I like it for everyday use, going to work/school and even spraying it a couple times before doing errands. Not much of a night time perfume so I don’t wear it when I go out. My boyfriend also loves it (he hates musky, mature scents) so this one is perfect.
I can say that this scent is a little bit childish, teen like but anyone could wear it and the perfume does not last long at all. BUT AS FOR THE BOTTLE, I have a love/hate relationship with it. I love it because its very cute, I have the 100ml and the bust wears a Nicki Minaj necklace and the gold face reminds me of the Oscars award. I hate it because it reminds everyone that Nicki is very conceited person (as all of her perfumes are of her bust).
Overall, I like the scent of it and the bottle is great to add to your collection, something different 🙂

  41. :

    4 out of 5

I like this but don’t love it….the longevity is weak on me.
I can smell the similarity of Viva la Juicy in this but I personally wouldn’t call this a dupe either.
The sillage on me is moderate I’m just disappointed the scent is gone within 2hrs on me…reapplying is no issue though.
Otherwise this is a great sweet fruity floral that IMO is perfect for spring & summer since its so light!!

  42. :

    3 out of 5

Not a NM fan but that isn’t going to change my opinion of this fragrance. To me this is a Viva La Juicy dupe. It does smell a lot like Viva La Juicy but at a fraction of the cost. I’m down with that. At first spray, it’s a blast of starfruit and mandarin, then as it dries down the caramel warms it up a bit.
I personally like the bottle, it stands out in my collection.

  43. :

    5 out of 5

This is lovely smelling scent, it reminds me of the Summer time. However, the lasting power is poor unfortunately, otherwise I would have made this my signature scent. That being said, I think if you wanted this to last for a bit longer, you would have to spray A LOT of this on. As for the bottle, I have to admit, I was somewhat taken aback by the design, in fact I was slightly scared of it, lol. However, I think once you get over the outrageous design, you can appreciate the uniqueness about it, just like the singer herself. 🙂
In fairness (despite the weak lasting power) I think the bottle and scent work well together and that almost any young woman/ fan of Nicki Minaj will love this perfume.
    Scent 9/10
    Lasting power 3/10
    Bottle design: 10/10

I just want to say that this smells amazing to me. I used up a whole bottle and want to buy more. It just smells so smooth and creamy fruity fresh. Yummmy. Like a delicious fruity alcoholic beverage . Intoxicating. I HAVE to have this again.
Wearing this after a shower just enhances that clean just got out of the shower smell. I could wear this every single day and not get tired of it.

  45. :

    5 out of 5

Smells EXACTLY like Juicy Couture’s Viva la Juicy and Victoria’s Secret Noir Tease. They are all dupes for each other.
I’m beginning to think there have been studies done with teens/twentysomethings to find out which combination of notes could sell the most, and this sad result was the one the study group preferred most. Afterwards, different companies bought the recipe to this certain “perfume” and now sell it as their own. Why would so much of the SAME perfume exist in a free market? Terrible and depressing that mass perfumery has come to this. There used to be variety when I was a teen and that was only 10-15 years ago. When I was 17, Britney Spears came out with Curious – and that was brand new stuff. I still wear it today! It’s good stuff!
Pink Friday is shamefully generic, headache-inducing, nails-on-a-chalkboard vanilla. Nails on a chalkboard is the only term that comes to mind because the vanilla is so tacky and screechy and cloying. It turns into a disarray of muddy florals of no exact nature.
I’ve smelled worse celebrity perfumes but this is just bad. It’s a pathetic joke for a fine fragrance.
The only thing that makes it preferable over the rest is the price. It can be had for at least half the price of the two others. It doesn’t make it a better fragrance, but if you want to smell like this, might as well find the cheapest way to do it.
All I see is a huge perfume conglomerate that is trying to get away with delivering as little quality as they can for as much $ as possible. Sickening.
I want you to think about the songs on the radio. Drake, Nicki Minaj, Ke$ha, Miley, etc. Fashion houses, breweries, high-end liquor companies PAY THESE ARTISTS for advertising in their songs. Thus, you have ‘hits’ like Drake’s “Versace” (where every other word is literally Versace. Probably got paid for each mention of Versace), Jay-Z’s “Tom Ford”, and Nicki Minaj is a brand whore so she throws in a lot of brands here and there (Michael Kors is one). Miley Cyrus and Juicy J had a song all about Air Jordans. Hell, even Rihanna pimps her own fragrances in her songs.
It’s not about creativity or inspiration anymore. It’s about $$$$.
If you think Pink Friday is delicious, you have been eating scraps your entire life. It’s the same thing as listening only to the radio/MTV and acting as if you know about music and love music. If you’ve never really been exposed to anything else, it’s pretty hard to find its flaws. You would come to expect this garbage shoved down your throat as standard, and the norm. No offense, but get interested in expanding your perfume wardrobe with things that come from places besides Walgreens. You’ll get it.
EDIT: I PUT THIS ON 15 MINUTES AGO AND THERE IS NO TRACE. Exactly like Noir Tease. Ugh.

I now tested it numerous times-out of all celebrity scents, this is one of the worst ones. There is no way this smells like Viva la Juicy, sorry. I would have loved it if that was the case. Its kind of fruity at first but not really sweet. Then it fades into nothing. Wow.
    waste of money

i am actually shocked that so many think its smells like Justin Bieber scent. Maybe my bottle was not that fresh? I bought mine at TJ Maxx for super cheap but I was not happy with it. It starts out kind of fruity and juicy almost but it goes pretty fast into sort of nondescript floral. I couldn’t smell any sweet base notes at all.
and lasting power sucked. Like I said, maybe my bottle was old or something but this is so average and uninspiring, its not worth even buying

I recently finished my 30ml bottle of this but won’t be re-purchasing it just yet as we are now in winter and I feel this is more a spring or summer scent for me personally! This is a really easy to wear fruity, sweet tropical scent! I like wearing it on days when I am just chilling or a dress down Friday at work (Pink Fridays haha!)
Come next spring/summer I may consider getting this again!

I’m not a fan of nicki Minaj or her music but I must admit her perfumes do smell pretty. Nothing amazing but they are lovely. Not a fan of the bottle either but I kinda think them to be a bit cute.
I never would have thought Id buy her perfume but my little cousin (15) wanted a nicki Minaj perfume. My sister in law (27) and I (24) were sniffing NM perfumes to figure out which to get for my cousin. We sprayed our wrists and the whole shopping trip we kept sniffing them. We were surprised at how pretty they smelled. My sister in law caved and bought Minajesty. We bought Pink Friday and Minajesty for my cousin. This was two years ago by the way. Since then, I have been sneaking sprays of Pink Friday because it smells so good! It’s a girly, flirty scent. Fruity and the right amount of sweet. Doesn’t last long but hat doesn’t really matter much to me.
A few weeks ago I found a pack of Nicki Minaj (pink Friday, pink Friday special edition and minajesty) purse sprays for a decent price and purchased them right away. After days of using them I decided to invest in the bigger bottles and I don’t regret. I know this scent has a lot of dislikes but it’s actually a pretty like able scent. My hubby thinks I’m silly for buying Nicki Minaj perfumes but I’m happy with my purchases. I especially like pink Friday. I use it on days where I’m just lounging around the house or running errands in a t-shirt and jeans. I can’t wait to wear this in cooler weather!

Out of long curiosity I just blind-bought a 2nd-hand one- very cool bottle! But the juice is definitely not my style- very “fresh floral” despite the sweet undertones, and surprisingly an “innocent” vibe with freesia and cyclamen- the sweet fruits are underneath that for me… very summery (or late spring maybe). The right person could pull this off- but really I suggest spraying lightly, as I’ve only sprayed it once and it’s pervasive.

She looks like a tranny Ronald McDonald, but this perfume is pretty! It’s fruity soft and girly! If I managed to find it dirt cheap I would buy it. It’s nothing ground breaking, but it is pretty!

Celebrity fragrances are not generally my favourites but I was given a tester card of Pink Friday in Selfridges when this fragrance was new. I put it in my pocket and forgot about it until I wore the coat again. From then on, every time I went in my pocket, I would smell this lovely flowery, caramel and vanilla scent.
I loved the smell so much that I bought a full sized bottle but what a disappointment this was on my skin! The fragrance literally has no longevity. As soon as I put it on, it was almost gone. Unfortunately this one has been left on my dresser half empty.

It is sweet and fresh and cheap, I use it as a body spray. And it last most of the day. Beautifully blend, I mean it is in offensive and innocent, and I do not think its embarrasing to admit I use it almost everytime I feel sick from other fragrances. Sorry people but in general EA makes georgeous scents.

This is a really nice scent and last for ages! But the bottle is hideous, clunky, heavy and ugly the head falls off when I pick it up the bottom is heavy and awkward to use. Still smells good.

This perfume starts of lovely and sweet but then becomes very sour on the dry down. Dislike it for that but its still wearable

I really do like this perfume. Sniffed it once at the airport and grab instantly one with me. I do not wear it every day, but there are some days when I feel that it’s just perfect! It’s quite sweet, I’d say, but not overpowering. I can smell floral notes, but not any of the fruits. Smells also a bit powdery, but all together – very nice! 8/10

the best fragrance for me ever. my signature since I tested it the first time…fell in love immediately. it just suits perfectky to my personality. Not at all sweet but not aquatic/fresh/sporty either. not too strong, not too week, just perfect balanced. I can smell mostly the flowers – mostly Lotus + lil bit Jasmine. Mixed with the starfruit and pear. very originally and modern! Luv it! b
