Sweet & citrusy. I was a fan of the older version. This is missing the touches of vetiver the older one had, and another base note I can’t place (I can’t tell if they’re altogether missing, or there is less of those notes). But, otherwise, this is fairly close. If the older version was too “sharp green” or “rotten” for you. You’ll like this version.

So fresh, so clean and so “sweet”. Perfect for spring time and sunshine. This Pink is much fresher, better and more enjoyable than the Pink 2001, especially when that Pink is too spicy and almost smells like some “rotten” flower on my skin in the end.

Pink is a very fresh, green scent. Crisp and energizing, too. It’s very likeable. Other adjectives that come to mind are happy, carefree, and breezy. I prefer Pink over other “fresh” VS scents such as Sexy Little Things, Angels Only, and Heavenly Bloom (although the latter is strikingly similar, it has poor longevity).
Pink reminds me very much of Heavenly Bloom. The top notes are SO similar they could almost be dupes. The two fragrances share green notes and mandarin. The difference presents itself in the dry-down phase. Heavenly Bloom takes on notes of blond wood and musk, while Pink stays floral and maybe even turns a bit powdery. I’d pick Pink as the winner because of its great longevity and moderate sillage.
Pink is a daytime and/or spring scent. I disagree that it’s generic. It has its own flair. I’m wearing this in the sunny fall weather today and I’m enjoying it so much. The citrus notes actually last a long time!
I would not recommend overspraying because of its good longevity and sillage. This isn’t an offensive scent, but it has the capacity to be overwhelming simply by excessive spraying.
I heartily recommend Pink, especially to those who like fresh citrus florals.
Edit: Spring is almost here. I intend to wear this a lot. I just bought the Pink lotion. I think it’s the most expensive fragrance lotion I’ve ever bought. Crazy eBay prices. But I just had to have the matching lotion. If I wear a fragrance without a matching lotion, it just doesn’t feel right. I tried to layer the spray over their new Twisted Ivy lotion (the cheapo VS stuff that I don’t usually buy) and it was close, but too artificial. Gave me a headache, big time. I love how Pink lasts all day and smells so fresh and green. It’s like morning spring rain. The scent is a bit addicting. It makes you feel happy.

A fresh green citrusy floral. I like it but it’s definitely not suited to the name – it should be green! I could see a sporty girl wearing this. I like it though and as time goes I wear it more. If you like cool water or glow or happy by Clinique try this.

Had this in a little body splash form, same prints on the bottle. It doesn’t last long but I think that’s the point of body splashes. They’re for a younger audience. It was an awesome teenage-friendly scent. I haven’t smelled it in a while now but I loved this fragrance then. 🙂 It’s fresh smelling and light florally

It’s citrus, it’s green, a light fresh scent for daytime and warm weather. Doesn’t last on me though.

I tried this as a tester but they were out of stock…I definitely intend to buy this one. I find it to be very “pretty”, I like the combination of the subtle citrus with the soft floral…it is a happy medium for me as a citrus scent fan with a very nice floral element. I also like its fresh and clean “green” aroma.

It smells the same to me compared to the original…. I can’t tell the difference. This one is the best light floral fragrance for me. It bets any high-end house in my mind. As much as I admire Dior Blooming Bouquet and the Chanel Chance Eau De Tendre, this one wins!! Save your money and go with Pink. It lasts for a few hours (not long), but smells clean, simple, and beautiful. This isn’t just a perfume for young ladies. Give it a try!
**If you love this scent, you must try Ralph Lauren, by Ralph Lauren “Ralph” in the blue bottle. It can out in 2000 and smells SO DARN GOOD. It’s in the same scent category as Pink. It’s light, spring/summery, fresh and sweet. Yum!!

so happy this scent came back!!!

I wear a wide variety of fragrances, from a wide variety of houses such as Estee Lauder, Guerlain and Chanel, but I always seem to come back to Pink. Pin:k is absolutely my husband’s favorite for me; he dislikes No. 5 and Youth Dew, tolerates Alien and Coco, but LOVES Pink. He always tells me I smell extremely sexy when I wear it. I always keep some on hand for him and was saddened when it was discontinued. I’m so glad it’s back…and so is he!
Now for the actual review: Pink is not a complicated fragrance, at least not to my nose. It starts out sharply citrus-y, then fades to a soft floral. It is a very clean fragrance, although I would recommend only using a spritz or two in the morning before leaving for work, since it can be a tad strong. It does fade rather quickly on my skin, but it lasts forever if sprayed on clothes. As some other reviewers have stated, it does strike me as a “green” fragrance, but in a good way. I will wear it daily, throughout the year. It almost strikes me as having a bit of an effervescent quality, but make no mistake, this is not a teeny-bopper fragrance. It is simply a clean, citrus/floral.
vlskop – :
Yup, same as the “old” Pink perfume 🙂 this is a very green fragrance IMO. Clean and fresh, a good perfume for day wear. I think it has pretty good lasting power, at least 4 hours on skin and longer on clothes.

I love this. To me,it kinda reminds me of the Body fragrance by VS only much softer. It’s a very subtle perfume. I sprayed three times and have been told people can only smell it when they are close to me. Which I appreciate. Same thing with Bombshell, it’s very soft on me.
wik777 – :
To my nose I get the same scent only softer than Original Pink fragrance. I really liked it. 🙂 And so did my hubby.

@beauty_girl
It definitely is, I smelled it in-store a couple of days ago. Same scent, new bottle.

Does anyone know it this is the same Pink perfume that they allready have, but in another bottle?
