Flowers in the summer. Fresh, cheerful and lovely. Exactly what I wanted when I bought it. I wonder why they don’t sell this anymore. It was a nice sister to the other Yardley flower edt:s.

DISCONTINUED.
Sadly.
I was looking to buy a back-up bottle and this was nowhere to be found!
Sorry.

Light, refreshing, easy to wear peony-rose scent. Great for summer days when you want to smell nice and fresh but not cloying or overpowering. Great bargain, too!
Lesuk75 – :
Fresh and light as Yardleys go. More of an after bath refresher a la Jean Nate (or for a more modern spin; Elizabeth Arden Green Tea series).
Watery and moist and a hint of Lily of the Valley (this actually smells VERY close to Yardley’s LOTV).
Nothing to dislike here once you know the limitations.
I purchased my bottle used- from a second hand shop so I could not go wrong for $4.99.
Happy I tried it.

Peony with green zest heaven! Somehow reminds me of peonies garden after it has rained…

This smells delicious, sweet and flowery and fresh, and is inexpensive for a big bottle. But lasts not long at all.
Smells awesome spritzed straight from the shower on a sunny day 🙂

This is lovely – what a bargain. I am a peony fan, but this is not quite a linear as I thought it would be. Lovely sweet cool weather floral, quite decent sillage. I only paid $8 for this!! It’s a must have.

Summertime and the living is easy – I rock this out when I am wearing my white flowy frock or crisp white linen blouse and faded denim. It is a summer breeze in a bottle. Never offensive and everyone loves it and comments. It’s a keeper.

Starts off very green and spicy. I’m not sure what peony smells like, but I get a lot of rose and a lemony edge that must come from the geranium. Rather musky after the first minutes, somewhat old-ladyish (not that that’s a bad thing).
As I’m not very fond of rose or lemony greens (as opposed to other greens), this one’s not for me.

Oh shoot! On unwrapping this, I was pleased to see that my 50ml bottle had the ornate cap that I thought only the bigger bottles had. BUT. . . although Yardley seem to be very good at cold/cool smells, Peony smells very similar to CK Eternity – which I HATE. Very pretty bottle and packaging.

Reminds me a lot of Cartier Baiser Vole with all the spring airy floweriness and the green notes. Great for spring!

Smells very realistic. Almost exactly like a flower. Certainly good for a lovely lady who wants her scent to convey grace. It reminds me of (but doesn’t smell like) lacy Valentine cards for some reason. Like the retro ones.

I pretty like it! It is like soft light pink cotton with flowers in deep. No green but fresh and young, no spicy, no woody, blooming on your skin, no sweetie but little sweet and gently powdering. I didn’t understand what does powdery frangrance mean before, now I get it :-).
Feeling like just get shower and get pink big bathrobe. I feel self-confident, fine, safety and feminine. It was so surprise for me becase I dont’t like pink fragrances! For example new L’Occitane Pivoine floral it isn’t for me.
Now the peonys are blooming on my garden and I can’t say I can smell it on the fragrance. But every peony smells diferents. But what is intresteng the first smell of this fragrance is like getting to the 30’s and see my grandmother how is getting nice powdery cologne. But after few minites it is getting around all the years and stop in 2012 and I can feel on my skin fragrance that wake me up and I need smell it again and againt on myself. It’s like a drug! 🙂
And it is not expensive so I can use it as much as I need all day. Because it dissapear after 3 ours.
