SLAVA-341 – :
The opening of Pascal Morabito Passion Méditerrannée Yachting has a decidedly “cologne guy” vibe, so I thought that I was not going to like the fragrance at all. Once those fumes cleared out, however, Yachting ended up being a relatively pleasant wear.
Part of what I disliked about the opening was the woodish aromachemical presence, which I assumed was going to dominate the entire fragrance. In fact, it did not. The drydown became smooth and likeable, although relatively shortlived, with the longevity of a cologne, which this apparently is. I am not sure whether this fragrance is still made or available. I had acquired a decant a while back and rediscovered it in a drawer only today.
This is fairly standard men’s cologne fare, with a bunch of herbal, green, and woody components swirling together to produce a scent perfect for yachting. Why not?
