On of the best rose scents I’ve ever tried. Incredibly elegant and long lasting. I wear this on special occasions or whatever I want to feel better and relaxed. I’ve had this for such a long time and the smell is the same. Just incredible.

Paris Roses de Vergers is a lovely variation on the Paris rose theme. I collect Paris limied editions and this is one of my favorites, due to the sandalwood in the base and (ahem) because some of my favorite noses worked on it- Sophia Grosjman, Dominique Ropion and Lawrence Bruyere. A modern summer classic rose scent with a wonderful aspect of woods.

I bought this online thinking it to be the Original Paris. I haven’t ever smelled the original so I can’t compare it to that. But since everyone claims that to be very strong, I guess this was made for the other end of the spectrum. This is a nice mild strong rose based perfume. It feels very lady-like, gentle, delicate and sophisticated. Ideal for daytime of warmer months. I’d be wearing this to office or to coffee with friends. I can make out the sandalwood as well. It is perfectly inoffensive and lasts decently long. It reminds me of a soap I used long long ago but it doesnt give a soap-y feeling or impression. I got it cheap so I am perfectly satisfied. Would probably not have bought it had I known this wasn’t the original Paris. If you are in the market for a delicate, floral, perfect for spring/summer casual day-wear scent, then you should look at this!
Update: After having it for a few months, now I wish I had returned this. It is such a plain rose. Totally not worth it. I usually like perfumes more after sometime but this is so generic and boring, that it is tough to love it.

Paris Roses des Verges as its name indicates it, is a floral fragrance. I notice intensively the cyclamen and the rose hip, then the cherry blossom.
I would not classify this scent as watery. After a few hours, I can notice the pear blossom too. I cannot smell the musk but on my skin, this perfume lasts and I think, this because of the musk.
Nice, discrete perfume for spring/summer time. I personally find it to be a classical and romantic scent. Très français 😉

A wonderful light version of YSL original Paris. This one – I think is for a young woman to wear in springtime or summer. Nice fresh rosescent. This version of Paris also reminds me of L’Occitane Cherry Blossom.
En härlig mjuk variant av YSL original Paris. Den här doften tycker jag passar på en ung tjej/kvinna att bära under våren/försommaren. Härlig rosdoft. Fräsch och absolut inte tung.

Since I like the original Paris very much, I bought this one unsniffed, thinking i would like this one as well but I don’t!
To me it’s a very weak smell, rather boring. I would give it away but i don’t want to bother someone else with it.

This is a light beautiful fragrance with a faint whiff of sweetness to it. This fragrance can be worn everyday. the light floral scent is not over powering and can easily become of staple of your fragrance wardrobe…It’s one of mine.

This is the ligthest version on my skin of the 7 issues I have. Still long lasting.
Most light roses I smell bit sweet, fresh and light warm, feminine, romantic, what else to say as I love it.

Optimistic, feminine, fresh and light rosecent, true to original, but much more airy and delicate. And this is not a “teen perfume” althrought probably younger ones likes this too. Beautiful and easy to wear, like all Paris springtime editions.
