I received this unique and seductive fragrance today as a gift from my boyfriend. I was captured immediately by the fragrance and could not stop smelling it. I have never heard of this perfume, but I am eager to smell other fragrances by Modigliani. I will wear it tomorrow, but sincerely captured by the freshness of ocean, coconut, and a pinch of vanilla. I love it!!

I cannot understand why is that fragrance so underestimated and hasn’t got a single review by any of the Fragrantica memebers…?
Since I am the first and the only (so far) person reviewing the fragrance, I wish to make an appeal to all ladies who own that beautiful fragrance to come forward and have their say
First of all, the name of the fragrance, Paradiso, reflects its juice colour and smell very well. It brings the association of a jute hammock fitted between two palm trees, with golden beach and azure sea water in the background 🙂 The bottle has a nice classy shape, nothing awkward about it.
The flowery notes in Paradiso are brilliant, I cannot separate them, yet they smell like a sophisticated bouquet. The watery note is lovely, it reminds me of foamed ocean weaves, refreshing and very pleasant.
The woodsy note is really gentle, but there must be either a generous amount of vanilla or benzoin in base, even though none of these has been listed in Paradiso notes description above. These notes, will no doubt make you feel like having a delicious vanilla ice cream on a hot sunny day at Paradiso Island 🙂
Overall, Modigliani fragrances seem to be forgotten by everyone. It might be down to hardly any advertising campaigns in international media but Paradiso is truly well worth trying!
I am so looking forward to trying the white signature Modigliani that is on its way from generous Action 🙂 as well as to trying the not listed in Fragrantica, Modigliani Superme.
I truly recommend a bottle of Paradiso if you’re planning to go on summer holiday! To me it is a great combination of aquatic – vanilla notes.
I will use it alongside L de Lempicka, as both are slightly similar, with L being more of a salty sea perfume and Paradiso being more of an ice cream fragrance 🙂
Great job, Modigliani House!
