Sweet. Not quite cloying…however…there is something in this that kind of screams “I’m a cheapie.”
It isn’t unpleasant. It does hold some similarity to Katy Perry’s Meow if you’ve smelled that one. But where Meow is a very “fluffy” type of sweet smell…this one has some sort of “tinge” or “bite” to it that comes off as almost screechy. It’s hard to describe.
I voted above for this one with a like as it is overall…a pleasant aroma. However…even at a cheap price…in my opinion there are tons of fragrances out there that are sweet and dessert-like that do it better than this one. Two examples are Katy Perry’s Meow and Britney Spears Fantasy. The original Outspoken I like much more than this one.
The bottle is pretty enough but just like the scent…is most definitely not expensive seeming.
In my opinion…yes…this is a pleasant smell. But probably best suited as a gift for a young girl somewhere in the age range of 12-18.
    Scent Itself – 7/10
Longevity – Not bad at all. About 4 hours.
Projection – Also not. A good moderate. 3 feet or so.
Overall I’d give this one somewhere between a 6 and a 7. Not great. But also not bad. Most definitely not an unpleasant smell by any means. It is just unlikely to “wow” you.

So, where’s the creme brûlée ? I got this in a swap and I really like it.. But kinda bummed since I can’t detect creme brûlée. On me, this is very fresh raspberry.. Smells like a very fruity shampoo or hairspray. Very clean smelling, but still sweet enough for my gourmand needs! Also, for an Avon, outspoken party really lasts! Perhaps I get a slight creme brûlée at complete dry down .. But It’s just so overpowered by raspberry scent. Others mentioned raspberry cheese cake… I wish! But on me, it’s straight fruity sugared raspberry. Peony is also quite present. The bottle is actually kinda cute, IMO. It’s Avon, ya know… It is what it is. I definitely wear outspoken party –a good swap, indeed. <3

For me this smells deep and dark, yet sweet and for young woman in her sexy mini dress going to night party. There is raspberry, but also something like blackberry. Quite gourmand. Slightly soapy. Different than mainstream sweet fragrances. Thou it’s dark perfume I think majority will like this. Personally I think that it lacks good quality feeling. Well it doesn’t feel expensive, but it’s good one.

    Again, there’s a full pyramid…
    TOP: Black Currant, Raspberry, Mandarin
    HEART: Red Plumeria, Magnolia, Peony
    BASE: Crème Brûlée, Sandalwood, Musk

This is an odd one. I sprayed myself quite liberally and got an initial burst of very fruity berries, then it disappeared to nothing.. but a little later I have been getting the odd waft of a scent very like the Avon brochure page which made me buy the thing in the first place, the creme brulee? but if I stick my nose to my wrist I can barely smell it. It is very nice, just slightly elusive, like being at a party and the person you really want to talk to keeps drifting off.
The bottle could’ve done without the giant crystal lid and looked better with a simple copper one, same colour as the metal overlay.

Sweet Sweet Sweet. It’s like wearing a dessert. But not in a bad way. I find this surprisingly wearable. It really lasts, so far 10+ hours on me. Juicy berries and something creamy, but not creme brulee… I definitely get the peony as well. It’s mouthwatering and delicious. I like it. I’m 38 and it may be a bit youthful for me but I like it!

I like this a lot, nothing like the original it is more sweet, woody, musky and lovely. I have the original Outspoken too but like Party version more. Last a long time on me.

even though the name of Fergies perfume is called Outspoken Party, its actually very soft with weak sillage..more like a quiet wallflower lol.it’s not a loud or overbearing perfume at all. i do like it though, it smells like raspberries and cream..a little creamy and fruity and sweet….very pleasant but not outspoken…i might layer this with Viva La Juicy Noir, i think it would be very nice layered with another perfume. I like layering perfumes, especially if one is particularity weak , i can layer with something else…and make it stronger and a brand new scent.

NoApolloG’s apt description is perfect. This is a fizzy raspberry scent with a citrus undertone that dries to creamy cheesecake custard, rather than realistic crème brûlée. It’s lovely, soft, sweet…and for the price its a great everyday scent. It doesn’t make my favorites list but I’ll be taking it with me on summer vacation along with Dali Laguna and JLo Glow After Dark. Of course it doesn’t compare to more expensive brands, but what Avon scent does?
Cocotea, I too doubt that Fergie wears this or any of her Avon perfumes. (For that matter, I have my doubts that any celeb actually wears the cheapie scents they so often attach their names to). But no matter, I love this for what it is. My thanks to tandaina for a great swap!

I have been salivating over this for the creme brulee note in the base. This is a raspberry and sandalwood bomb with next to nothing silage. It opens up with sweet raspberry followed by sandalwood and continues with sandalwood until it’s gone. It smells so Avon-y. Saving grace is the bottle, which is cute, even though mine doesn’t have the gold draping, the purple liquid through the clear bottle is eye-catching,and the lid is very sparkly.
I’m not impressed with the scent and I KNOW Fergie doesn’t wear this!

I bought this fragrance and it arrived yesterday. However, the description of “Party” on the back of the box is different from the description on the Avon website. The website speaks of creme brûlée.
But the perfume I received states: “The electrifying mix of fiery peony, luscious raspberry and sensual sandalwood makes you the life of the party all night.”
Can anyone explain the discrepancy? ( the package has Eau de Parfum in 3 languages on the front)
    Thank you!

Fergie and Avon have joined forces once more and the results for Outspoken Party is…
The top first spray is really fizzy and bubbly with orange and raspberry that smells a lot like passion fruit, The heart then makes way for a creamy custard like note which I presume is the creme brulee with a light dusting of sandalwood and some not so there but it’s there florals.
The name Party is a misnomer in my opinion as I find it more suited to closer encounters.
All in all a deep sexy sweet fruity scent with good longevity and average sillage.
Just rename this to Outspoken Romance and we have a new best selling celebuscent.
Well done Fergie and Avon you’ll have created one of the most hypnotising perfume yet.
As a guy I am sold on this and truly hope that this does not get discontinued or reformulated anytime soon.
This is quality perfume on a brilliant price tag.
This may be for the ladies but the beauty of tis scent drew me in and I had to get 2 bottles due to how much I love this scent.
Avon you ever reformulate or discontinue this and I seriously will stop purchasing from you guys.
    9/10.
P.S- The raspberry cheesecake description is pretty apt, this is gourmand in a way that would make even Thierry Mugler proud.

This is a berry scent but not too young as in ‘secret fantasy’ by Avon. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s exactly raspberry to me but maybe raspberry/blackberry/plum. I have tried both the scented page in the catalogue, a small vial sample and now I own the body spray as it was on offer at £2. Overall it is a slightly dark but sweet berry scent, warmed by a bit of sandalwood, hence why I and others have marked it as a ‘night’ perfume. I only need a TINY bit of the body spray or it would be too strong and overwhelming for others who might not be in to scents. The body spray is more vanilla-y than the perfume. The nozzle is quite hard to press down too. The perfume has a slight champagne scent sometimes.
I don’t automatically think ‘party’ when I smell this. Rare amethyst by Avon is a bit deeper and less sweet but not dissimilar.
As for creme brulé… Well, I wouldn’t have thought of that upon smelling it. Maybe sweetness but not sweet custard dessert (thankfully!) I don’t get the peony or a floral/rose/lemony scent at all.

I think I have all the Fergie fragrances now.
“Party” would have to be my favourite and for me the most wearable.
I wouldn’t exactly call it a party and this is not something I would wear to a party but I love its simple notes.
Basically this is a Peony Bombshell with a creamy custard base, Brulee? not quite.
I don’t get the Raspberry or the Sandalwood at all.
Great perfume for during the day, it is a fun fragrance, light and flirty, perfect for Summer.

Heyyy, what a crazy, modern and bold scent! I WOULD love it if it wasn’t for this overwhelming creme brulee note which made me sick after the very fist spritz (and all the other notes are adorable)! I thought, “OK, it’s not your day for testing this beauty, babe” but this morning, when I put on just a tiny bit of the Fergie body lotion, I got absolutely identical reaction! So I guess that it’s not really for me, but if YOU love this sweet, pudding note, you’ll just love it! It’s opulent, intense, long-lasting, flirty, cozy – all the best! And the bottle is gorgeous – I totally recommend it, despite my mixed feelings.

I received it today as a present and I am so happy! It smells absolutely magical, sexy and indeed makes me wanna party. It matches perfectly my body chemistry and the sillage and longevity are sooo good. A new love by Avon!
P.S. I forgot to mention the best feature of this perfume – it has individuality – a quality that most Avon fragrances lack.
Update: On me this is a true creme brulee bomb! Love it!

I bought it yesterday. It’s a nice smell; not too sweet not too fruity.
It starts with raspberry, then I identify some peaches and pink pepper. After that I detect soft notes of Crème brûlée, peony and sandalwood. It’s longlasting and nice to the nose. I like it! I’m happy with this purchase 🙂

Upon just spraying on Outspoken Party, my first impressions are bright, fresh, and sweetly spicy. A pretty vanilla quickly comes in to tone down the woody spiciness that verges on the edge of smelling masculine. I don’t get a fruity vibe…so far, 15 minutes in, I’m getting sparkly fresh powdery sweet vanilla. So far a big LIKE 😀 I’ll update if any major surprises develop over time.
Update: The dry down featured increasing tartness and flirted with that masculine vibe again. Overall, a bit too “outspoken” for me, but I can imagine a confident, adventurous young woman rocking this on a night out.

i would describe this as a warm, thankfully non-synthetic raspberry scent, just slightly creamy with just enough sandalwood (just a pinch) to please me. too bad the party is over within an hour, two hours tops 🙁
bf says it smells like bug spray

When I first smelled this it reminded me of something but couldn’t quite put My Nose on it?….Until a few hours later it dawned on me that it smells somewhat similar to Jimmy Choos’ FLASH…Not Exact but it could be a Cousin….One COMPLAINT Why is the bottle released in Europe SO Much Nicer then Americas Plainer Generic Version???!!! Uuuugghh

So………… I received this today and………..no. I’m beyond disappointed. It is nothing at all like the other reviewers have said. All I can think is maybe the Canadian supply isn’t any good?
I don’t smell any raspberries, peonies and I definitely do not smell creme brulee in the fragrance. The drydown comes quick and it is that thin, screechy Avon accord. I don’t know what I smell in the lotion, but I can tell you I find it unpleasant. The lotion smells like it has gone off.Thankfully it is so faint, I can hardly smell it and it didn’t last 30 minutes on my skin.

I bought it today and I LOVE IT! I really can´t tell if it smells like creme brulee, I personally think that it smells so tropical, maracuja, mango and similar fruits. It lasts a lot!!!!

Bought it today for my wife birthday present at Avon Malaysia. Nice bottle, like a glamourous gown you would see at red carpet event. It comes with free accompanying 200ml body lotion with the RM94 tag price, which I found it affordable.
When I spray this gem, sweet, sweet, sweet, that’s what I get. But not sickening sweet like Britney Spears perfumes. My wife discover that the accompanying lotion is yummy, and yet worth it. Well, any husband would like to see his lovely wife happy,so it is a buy for me!

I love it. It’s sweet and fruity. The raspberry stands out in the opening then the creme brûlée & sandalwood give it a nice depth. Pure yumminess.

I can see where people are voting that this smells like Taylor, and Fancy Love, that is when you first smell it, I thought the same thing, now that it has dried down more I get more of that raspberry mixing in with the creme Brulee, and Sandalwood. I prefer Outspoken Party, more than those perfumes, because I’m not really into a heavy sandalwood perfume, I like it, but not when that’s what you smell the most. I like how Outspoken Party is blended, I also got the body lotion. I don’t think this perfume launches in the USA until October. To me this perfume is a evening scent, and could be worn all year round, because it’s not too heavy. Overall I give this perfume a 8/10.

Was hoping to smell more creme brulee but all I get is some sandalwood.
It smells like Fancy Love and Taylor Swift to me.

Sweet creme brulee and tart, not-yet ripe raspberries with a lingering quality that lasts longer than the rest of this scent – for some reason it makes the scent compelling and unique but I’m unsure why because this isn’t exactly an alluring quality but it somehow adds to the intrigue. Yum!

    Wow the notes look inviting!
Ive been getting so tired of praline and pure caramel in almost everything, from Minogue, Rihanna, Perry to Lancôme, Juicy Couture etc frags…
    Crème Brûlée sounds lovely!
They should also start doing more scents with other deserts, like Tiramisu and Lemon Meringue.
Id love to try this new fragrance. I hope it will be more long lasting than the first two though.
