Metallic birch.
This is not oud, it’s mostly leather, woods, spices (cardamom & rosemary, & not really a thyme!), cedar, patchouli, sandalwood, and orchid! the whole notes above are shown except for thyme and oud! besides, i smell some green apples as well accompanies the metallic and birch notes.
It’s fairly nice, but untill today, people can’t realize the difference between oud and animalic or anything else! oud doesn’t have to be animalic rather than dark, and there is never 1 type of oud. This in here is never oud, it’s mostly salty seaweed metallic, and even beachy but not close to oud. I believe the incense is the note that might make the sniffer think it’s oud. With time people will understand the differences.
The very 2 notes that i dislike the most Metallic, and BIRCH and both are here. It’s not a bad fragrance at all, it’s fair but it’s not oud, it’s not stink or skunk because of seaweed but fairy good although it’s not my thing so far.
