Otto Kern is launching a new fragrant pair in in 2014 under the name Otto Kern Commitment which includes men’s and women’s fragrance with modern compositions inspired by business challenges and defined stricter dress code. OTTO KERN COMMITMENT WOMAN fragrance for women opens with sparkling accords of champagne, red berries and pink pepper. The heart of the composition combines sensuality of Bulgarian rose and intoxicating feminine scents of violets and jasmine, while the base includes white musk with hints of cedar and vanilla. As feminine and exciting signature of the composition there is a chocolate that gives a warm and exciting twist. Women’s fragrance is signed by perfumer of the house of Firmenich, Vincent Schaller.
The new fragrant pair comes in glass bottles, crowned with dark, elegant caps while the letters on glass surfaces are in metallic silver color. Delicate apricot color was selected for the fragrance, while the fluid of the male scent is in gray-blue shades, which poses contrast to dark blue outer packaging. The range of collection includes eau de toilette, accompanied by perfumed body care products. Peter Schmidt is designer of the collection, while Markus Jans is photographer of advertising campaign of the Otto Kern Commitment collection.

this fragrance really did grew on me!
somehow the soapy sting is gone and a beautiful and unostentatious scent lingers in clothes and on me.
for such a inexpensive perfume the effect is charming.
as i like an unbiquitous scent and do respray once in a while, i will keep it even as signature for winter.

just got it, too. really inexpensive (10 EUR) for 30ml EDPVapo. nice flacon, beautiful first impression –
fruits first, then flowers and soft warmness. moderate sillage, first notes stay for minutes, vanilla stays for about 6 hours. on clothes and in armpits even for 8-12 hours.
it would make a fine scent for daily routines…
BUT
there is sort of scratchy soapy sting all around the finer notes most of the time leaving me with an unpleasant feeling.
i like that perfume as a composition but hate this by-note.
at the price tag it’s ok. not less, but also not more.

I just got it (30 ml of EdP). It’s nice and safe, floral and sweet, boring, too. Perfect for office, if you are not suppose to wear “loud” scents.
First come red berries and champagne, five minutes later violet, ten minutes later musk and vanilla. And that’s what stays.
Sillage is poor, scent stays only close to your skin. But I like it that way.
Really it is nothing special, but there are days, when I appreciate quiet, floral and simply nice scents.
