Description
Sweet, intimate fragrance Ooh La La was presented in April 2008 as a limited edition by the house Nutimetics, which highlights natural ingredients in their cosmetics and decorative items.
They play with the most feminine ingredients used by creators to prepare this fragrance. The impression that this collection makes is created to arouse an unusual sense of romance and embrace with a large, pink bouquet of delicately chosen flowers.
The glamorous collection Boudoir, which follows the mentioned perfume Ooh La La, includes 7 products designed in romantic package, which highly accentuates femininity.
Apart from the set containing perfume and body cream, the collection contains two fragrance for pillow called ‘Pillow Mist’. The first one is made of rose and the second, aromatic one is created of rosemary, lemon, mint, eucalyptus and lemongrass. They are available in the amount of 50 ml.
A fragrancy bath of 125 ml and 250 ml, made of essential aromas of rose in an elegant bottle found its place in the glamorous collection Boudoir, as well.
The perfume Ooh La La is composed of delicate, floral notes of rose, freesia, jasmine, with fruity touch of apple, black currant and bergamot, and warm, lonesome vanilla. The perfume is available as 50 ml edt.
Apart from the perfume, I will also present the body cream as a part of the set with the mentioned perfume. It is named Crème Soufflée pour le Corps and its velvety, fruity-floral notes are gently absorbed and nourish your skin. To increase moisture, marshmallow is added in the cream, while citrus blossom is there to relax you. The cream is available in the amount of 250 g.

Alright. Another review, now that I’ve managed to get my hands on this, and sprayed in on myself.
First of all, I am surprised that this perfume hasn’t seemed to have degraded at all. As well as being kept in it’s original box, this perfume has clearly been stored properly, and the integrity not at all compromised. The colour has altered slightly, and is a little bit orange now, but I’ve heard that certain vanillas can change the colour of a perfume over time, such is apparently the case of Vivienne Westwood’s Boudoir (what a coincidence).
It definitely is vanilla and blackcurrant heavy. The blackcurrant most of all. But it is very rosy, too. It also has that distinct boudoir scent about it; like face powders and lipsticks. But it’s not musty at all. It’s very airy and classy. And considering I don’t like fruity florals at all, this is really something.
It has a soft to moderate projection but it remains at that consistently throughout it’s wear time, which is quite a long time. I’m shocked at how well preserved this perfume’s remained.
Now that I have it, though, I’m going to go on a hunt to find something that smells the same, or similar. I was ridiculously lucky to find this perfume, and I doubt I’ll have the opportunity to purchase it again after the bottle is empty.

This is one of the very few vanilla/fruity perfumes I ever enjoyed, and I am quite sad that it was a limited edition item.
It was a very rich and juicy, warm aromatic perfume, smelling very strongly of vanilla and blackcurrant. Jasmine would waft here and there, and the rose made it quite deep and deceptively elegant. Altogether, the perfume really was quite sexy, and possibly inappropriate for a preteen like myself back then. But I adored the fragrance. It wasn’t strong but it lasted a surprisingly long time, and I used to get compliments from fellow students and adults alike about it.
Despite being limited edition it was on the market at Nutrimetics for quite some time, and I wished I had been able to convince my mother to buy more of the perfume, but of course, Nutrimetics products are not at all cheap to buy. I remember having the perfume itself during 2008, but was continuing to use the body products well into 2010. I had several of the body soufflé,several cans of the shower foam, the perfume (which I regrettably wasn’t able to repurchase like the rest of the items) and a lip balm that they put out with the collection, featuring the scent.
If Nutrimetics could make this again, I would fork out the money to buy Ooh La La myself. It was a marvelous fragrance, with beautiful body products that would absolutely be popular in the here and now, and would be very much on-trend. But somehow I don’t think they’d consider a revival. Which is unfortunate, for those of us who really did love this perfume, because I’ve never found anything that smelled similar.
EDIT:
Good lord almighty. I did a random search on eBay again for Ooh La La, not expecting anything (after all, it has been eight years since it was launched and seven since it was discontinued), and I actually found a bottle of the perfume. One solitary bottle for sale. I bought it immediately. I am awaiting it’s arrival, eagerly. And I’ll probably be trying to conserve and preserve it as much as possible, seeing as I’m never going to find another one. Also, given that I’ll have it on hand, I might search for anything at all that might smell similar. It’d help any fans of this perfume find something that might be comparable.
