Amazing value for the price! ($18 for a 100ml tester in Oct 2018)
I’ve only smelt Dior Leather Oud once, so I’m not sure if it’s exactly the same, but according to my memory it’s similar.
Similar or not, it s an amazing oud and leather scent, slightly sweetened by the patchouli. Really a classy fragrance.
I confirm what I ve read in some other comments: the opening is a little harsh and synthetic the first 30min, but after that it settles in a beautiful oud-leather-patchouli. Of course, it is not the real stinky oud of Malle’s The Night and you will find better at higher price points ($200/300), but honestly it smells like $100, definitely not 20 bucks! (After the opening)
Very versatile in term of age. An evening scent for a younger person (25-35), versatile over 35.
I confirm it’s definitely a gem and a great bang for the buck, but also a great bang, period.
Just one negative point: my gf hates it… I thus imagine that it may not be a compliment getter from the female crowd…
Edit: after 2 hours, my gf starts to like it… that’s good news, because that may become my signature scent!

Bloody hell is this Aramis….or is that just the Thyme.
Definitely a relative of the above let’s hope it lasts as long so far I don’t think it does. There is plenty of powdery Geranium and light Oud tendencies. Quickly bottoms out on subtle leather backed by Oud and Patchouli. At times it reminds me of TF Noir but this is fleeting if you loved Aramis at any point this will take you back. For the money I paid £16.00 it’s terrific value despite the late 70’s bottle. Worth the journey I shall enjoy on cold days.

For the price this is superb! It reminds me of a cross between Floris’s Leather Oud and Oscar de La Rentas’ Pour Lui.
Another thing about Jacques Bogart is they produce some fantastic value for money scents that really last and smell very much more expensive than they are. Some of the EDT’S have EDP strength to my nose.
    Top Notch. Well done Bogart.

Blind buy for few bucks. I had no big expectations, after all, for that price you simply can not use top ingredients (like real oud).
It opens with something that reminds me of public toilets. Not nice and clean, but like a combination of urine and those small brackets that are thrown into urinal in order to make it smell better.
This goes on for around 30 mins. After that you get nice woody, oudy and dry smell which kinda reminds me the dry down of black afgano.
I just do not know when to wear it. Maybe some winter walks?
    Scent: 5/10
    Performance: 8/10
    Versatility: 2/10

For the price I just thought that it would be another Bogart for my colection (I own 7 bogarts now).
Instead I received a precious gem as good (or better) than Bogart pour Homme.
Fantastic but unfortunately hard to find.

Upon application this is really quite similar to a favourite of mine, Dior Leather Oud. I obviously enjoy oud fragrances.
When purchasing I expected the oud elements to last until the very end but surprisingly they did not on me. They’re gone by hour two. What remains is essentially Jacques Bogart pour Homme and not One Man Show.
No bad thing. You’ve got to enjoy hearty fragrances to appreciate this. I do and JBPH is a favourite.
Strong in all measures off three sprays but not the monster on me that some perhaps exaggerate about.
    Clearly best for cold days.

Fantastic fragrance but of the LOVE IT or HATE IT kind.
Well above average performance and a divine leather oud patchouly experience, a bit dark just the way I like it.
    Clearly in my top 20.
It opens with a cloying blast of galbanun, spices and oud. That last for 30 minutes or so (ABSOLUTLY LOVE IT); The first hour is not for sensible noses. It’s a totally manly scent with a couple of synthetic notes..
The dry down gives you a softer oud (softer but not “soft”) with leather and patchouli. It’s a divine dry down that seems to last forever.
Let’s see the maths for Bogart’s Oud Edition:
    – Scent: 9.50 (awsome – my judgement)
    – Longevity: 10.0 (12 hours+ with 3 sprays)
    – Sillage: 10.0 (fills a room for 5 hours with 3 sprays; projects noticeably for 5 hours); practical skin scent till the 14th~16th hour.
    – Uniqueness: 10.0 (the closest scent I know is Bogart Ruby Edition but just a small similarity. Better than many oud niche perfumes)
    – Wearability: 6.0 (Just for oud lovers)
    – Versatility: 6.0 (Winter and Spring/Autumn cold nights).
    – Quality: 8.0 (a bit synthetic but I like it)
    – Presentation: 7.5 (vulgar but eficient)
    – Price: 10.0 (100 ml for 13,5 Euros + VAT)
    Average: 8.56 / 10.00
    In my top 20? Yes
Will I buy it again? Yes for sure.
Is there a similar Oud fragrance I like as much as this one? Yes, Bogart’s Oud edition (hahaha).
Will I recommend it? a big YES due to the scent, and price.

Been wearing this for a week straight.
    Good longevity and respectable sillage.
For a cheapie the leather note shines. Not a whole lot of oud up front if you ask me.
Some OMS DNA but not as much as the other OMS versions.
MUCH BETTER choice for a cheapie than old spice or some other mass market masculine frag.
    Highly Recommended.
Who needs overpriced concoctions when you have this available ?
    Update:
Now finishing up my second bottle of this juice. I need to change my review to BRILLIANT. This is a top notch fragrance for a pittance. I have 3 extra bottles stashed away.

I bought this few months ago after watching Joy Amin’s review on Youtube. Man, this is uber masculine! It’s a deep warm spicy scent with woods, incense, leather and obviously oud. Not beast mode as I expected, it’s a very close projection which is fine with me. The DNA of original One Man Show is there but not east to detect. All OMS flanker editions I tried (Gold, Ruby and Oud) maintain some DNA from the original release back in the 80’s. But if you’re not very familiar with the original, you probably won’t notice it.
OMS Oud Edition is certainly different. It’s definitely one of those love it or hate it kind of fragrances. If you like masculine fragrances than give it a test run.

I’m revisiting this one. I saw it’s now available for under twenty bucks shipped so I got a bottle.
It’s nice, kind of like a woodier, much less sweet version of the Ruby edition. I’m not getting oud specifically but it’s very woody. There’s quite a bit of incense spices too, smells like unburned incense cones.
Performance is very good. It’s not a projection monster but it’s noticeable.
My wife hates incense notes in fragrances so she doesn’t care for this one. She rolled her eyes when two women complimented me on it.

    First impressions – Very good.
A hint of the original but nothing too pronounced.
Sweet, woody and slightly herbal with some kind of incense-like accord.
There’s a sort of woody freshness in here. I can smell the citrus, bergamot according the listed notes.
The patchouli is taking a back seat but definitely making itself known to my nose.
Artemisia not listed but I can smell something like it.
Slight leatheriness in here too and some spicy and floral aspect.
Strong too, I like it so far.
(Fast forward to over 10 hours later)
The DNA of the original One Man Show remains throughout the duration of wearing but this is more rounded and has less of the acrid, slight sickliness.
The sweetness and the incense aspect smooth back a lot and I am left with a very leathery, dry, woody and herbal dry down with some lingering spiciness. Very leathery indeed. Although it is not the same scent by any means, this brings to mind Giorgio Beverly Hills Red for men. If you like that, you should enjoy this.
Also I think this is a bit like a leather filled, herby version of the Ruby Edition OMS.
That is just my interpretation after one wearing mind you and I’ll obviously have to try it a bunch more times to form a more complete picture.
Oh, the sprayer on this by the way: It’s like a fire extinguisher!
    FWOOOOOSH!!!
    Soaked.

I love this one!!!!Sadly it is the most hard to find but really something different from the lastest releases from Bogart.Dirty and smoky, powerful and subjugative!A true force to be aware of!

Scents like these restore my faith. No hype, no false promises, no greedy cash-in, no rip off. A good smelling quality fragrance that lasts and give pleasure to my nose and soul. Cosy and comforting and at the same time exciting in that it conjures up dreams of exotic places. On paper I recognise the original OMS but on skin not at all, totally different with no soap, more like cooling embers of an outdoor fire on which you baked sweet tarts. I mean the edible variety!

.i can actually smell both ouds, the cheesy oud and the band aid oud.the soapy bogart lurking beneath is way more superior than original bogart by bogart.this will most definitely be a cologne i will wear for no one but me.i am starting to like these scary out of bound scents more and more.this is a naughty addictive scent indeed just like belly button odor.cant wait to use this in the cold weather.i’ve smelled this on someone before somewhere or maybe it was just me after a drunken binge.the geranium is loud like in belcam version of polo.

With the prices for it being what they are, I decided to take a chance and bought this one blind. I was afraid it might have a typical “bubble gum” type note so common in “masculines” these days, and I also was concerned about the papyrus, which can be harsh. And I was hoping it wouldn’t be too similar to original OMS. However, I was surprised that it’s so smooth and understated – not exactly what one expects from the “House of Bogart.” And the best part is that the oud note was not too far from “real” oud that I have sampled over the years! It’s only got a hint of sweetness, if that, and the balance is great (unlike Scent Intense Deep, with it’s powerful geranium note). This is very impressive, and I could imagine it being sold as a designer “exclusive.” If you are looking for a powerful Montale type “oud scent,” this may not be strong enough for you. I’d buy another bottle or two but I just have so many “oud scents” that I like, I think I’d be better off trying out different layering combinations than just using one often, since oud can be boring quickly, at least for me. I think at least some people who tried Stash were looking for a scent like OMS Oud, which doesn’t have the obvious synthetics of Stash. And if you like Dior’s Leather Oud but can’t afford it, this is definitely one to sample!
UPDATE: After a few hours it does get a bit “chemical,” and I think there is some iso e super in here, but it’s not used in excess. At this point, it smells more like a lot of niche-ish scents, and it’s probably not too far from Stash after a few hours of that one, only again, less chemical.
UPDATE #2: I sprayed some on a card and then put is aside, smelling it every hour or so. In this way the drydown reminded me of vintage Carlo Corinto (leather/lavender). I enjoy it this way, but not to smell all day long. I’ve got a lot of “oud scents” at this point and this scent is not among the ones I would reach for to actually spray on skin. But again, if you like it, it’s a great bargain.

ONE MAN SHOW OUD EDITION BY JACQUES BOGART — The opening is a bit harsh, but after about 15-20 minutes, magic starts to unfold. It lasts up to 16 hours on my skin, and up to 72 hours on my clothes. It projects like a monster for about 3-4 hours, then tamed down a bit, but does not become a skin scent right away. After 4 hours, projection / silage is still quite noticeable up to about 8-10 feet away, depending on the amount of spraying that you use, as I recommend 2-3, one on each side of (clothing) shoulders, then one on chest, or back of neck, or head, whichever you prefer. It appears that so many people, particularly fragrance collectors, have overlooked it, assumed it’s a joke of an oud-based fragrance, given it’s not niche. In this case, they’re in for some surprise. This wonderful oud fragrance is quite reminiscent to Yves St. Laurent M7, especially in the opening. Most niche oud fragrances out there got nothing on this combo of beauty and beast. It is certainly suited for cool weathers, especially Winter. You would be quite daring to wear this on a hot Summer, especially during the day. If you dare to, only one spray because it’s a highly-concentrated juice. As far as scent or being a compliment-getter, I score quite well with it, in terms of compliments, especially from older, mature folks. I’m in my late 40s, and it depends on the individuals around you. It is not a clubbing scent or mass-pleaser for younger men. After all, it’s a sophisticated oud-based fragrance, not necessarily suited for young guys in their 20s. I have a strong feeling that it will soon be discontinued / out of production — unlike the other goodies from Bogart. I have stocked up before coming here to write this for a potential buying frenzy…LOL

A great cheapy! I got mine for a really good price (under 18$) and I really enjoy the scent even if I had some of the greatest ouds fragrances in my collection. This is similar in vibes than the vintage M7 by Yves Saint Laurent minus the cherry and the orange note and it is perfect to wear in European countries since they don’t like aggressive oud fragrances. Thumbs up for the quality/price ratio!

Now this is what I didn`t expect from Bogart.
    An Über-Masculine fragrance.
    It´s heavy, dirty, animalic.
    Smells like dirty leather.
    Dark like the night.
    Powerhouse.
    WOW.

  21. :

I can feel the resemblance between gold/ruby and this one. But this one is not sweet at all. Wood, manly and strong. Not for everyone, I sugest smell before buy.

  22. :

    3 out of 5

Bogart fragrances are cheap and usually smell that way, but occasionally you can find one that’s good value.
Oud Edition is one such, a modernised version of One Man Show which has been reworked as a double act, featuring a well judged pairing of russet toned Oud and thyme’s herbal frisson clearly aimed at the youth market.
Something different from the bog standard Oud then, but having said that, don’t expect too much from this budget presentation – it’s sweet, undemanding and pretty linear; a crowd pleaser with enough charm to compensate for the lack of development.

  23. :

    3 out of 5

Powerful scent -like most of Bogart frags- but not long lasting one. It is a linear perfume, and it doesn’t represent the finest oud edition. You may like it you may not, no in between.

  24. :

too much OUD and too girlish and repulsive. it was a blind buy and i am regretting now. i have no clue how to finish this bottle. maybe i’ll use it in the bathroom.

ONE MAN SHOW COLECTION… JACQUES BOGART REALLY CAN PULL GREAT AND OUTSTANDING SCENTS RIGHT OUT FROM HIS ASS!!!!
ANOTHER GREAT ONE FROM JB, THIS ONE, OUD, IS REAAAAALLLLLLY GOOD.
AGAIN, GREEAAAT SCENT, GREAT SILLAGE AND LONGEVITY.
OTHER BRANDS SHOULD TAKE A REALLY GOOD LOOK TO THE MANUFACTURE OF THE JB´S SCENTS AND STOP DOING THOSE WATERED PARFUMS.

  27. :

    4 out of 5

Smells very nice. I love the scent. The problem it’s too weak. No sillage or lasting power. It’s a shame.

  28. :

    4 out of 5

I was really surprised by how good this one is!
    A very good oud fragrance.
Woody enough not to bee “too woody”.
A smokey, deep smell of oud.
However, the smell of it caused a burn in my nose.
It could be the “cheap” ingredients used in OMS Oud. I get that with cheap fragrances.
Or it could be that I’ve smelled too many fragrances at once since I was at a perfume store sale.
Anyway, if you like oud you should try this one.
Good one from Jacques Bogart. The best in the One Man Show line.
