Well, we people are so different, aren’t we? mwater1 doesn’t like this perfume a bit, and I like it a lot!
On me Nuit Fabuleuse opens fresh – slightly citrusy – with a good dose of natural rose. I don’t find it chemical or synthetic at all. Later some white flowers come alongside; the blend is clean but also sweetish (rosy-sweet – not fruity or gourmet-like).
The scent is light (sillage is modest) but with a good persistence: just when you think that NF has vanished you get another whiff of it.
This perfume seems somehow very contemporary. Not overly original (perhaps it was in 2001 when launched!) but lovely, for sure. Pleasantly fresh and flowery to the end – thus perfect for summer, when you don’t want to wear warm/complex/heavy scents.
The bottle is beautiful, even if it doesn’t look like that in picture.

Nuit Fabuleuse is not a very good fragrance at all. One would think that the perfume with such elements as lily, rose, and orange blossom would be a no brainer slam dunk fragrance. Not so…
It is synthetic and chemical all while being terribly overbearing. I just can’t recommend it to anyone under any circumstances. Yuck!
