This is an interesting fragrance, but very different from what I expected. When I first sprayed I got a huge blast of sugary sweetness – like marshmallow candy. There was not even a hint of citrus. After about five minutes the sweetness dissipated a little, and I began to get the green, grassy notes. It is not, however, the kind of grass you smell while standing in a field of it. This is carefully manicured grass growing in a greenhouse surrounded by VERY sweet flowers, gardenias and magnolias and perhaps some vanilla orchids. This candy sweet/grassy combination is what makes it interesting for me, though I’ve not yet decided if I’ll keep it. Maybe it’s my skin chemistry, but it’s odd that a fragrance classed as a citrus aromatic appears to have no citrus whatsoever, and is also so overwhelmingly sweet.
