The salon is extremely pared down and simple. No samples, spray bottles or waste but very elegant and classy.
There are large bottles for everyone to sniff the cap and decide which suits them. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, tuning in right away to what might work and please the customer.
Since I had done some research ahead of time, I had a notion of what I wanted to smell.
