This scent is amazing!! Unique, soft and sophisticated but yet very simple. I thought the heart of this scent was cardemom but there is no cardemom in here. Now I have no idea which note is dominating but it is very pleasant.
Scent: 8.5/10
Longevity: 7.5/10
Projection:8/10

With LCM No.11, Cecile Hua has created a fragrance which captures both the essence and refreshing qualities of an icy gin and tonic on a warm summer’s day. Wild juniper in the opening expertly dances with sour green apple peel and herbaceous mint to create a crisp and invigorating accord (you can almost imagine them muddled with ice in the bottom of a perspiring glass). This effervescent start eventually dries down and transforms into a very pleasing (more mellow) vibe, with juicy blood orange and subtle French lavender mingling quite beautifully. Amber and tonka bean lend a warmth and sensuality to the base, and it is here that I believe the fragrance truly shines. No. 11 could easily be worn by both men and women alike, having clear compatibility with both sexes. Would be an absolute stunner in summer, as it evokes a balmy day on the beaches of the Côte d’Azur. (111)

I received this scent as a prize from the fragrantica give away a couple of months ago. And for me, it a pleasant scent. Nothing more. I would really recommend for those who might want to try this, get a sample first. It isn’t too expensive for a niche fragrance (around $110.00) I put this in the category of L’huminste and Virgen Island water as a great beach scent. But as you may imagine longevity isn’t all that great. I do believe that the notes posted here are accurate. Don’t get me wrong, i do like this fragrance. I just dont think its something that i have smelled before. It is a little generic with niche quality.
