Description
After collections of body and home fragrance, Rituals cosmetics from Netherlands launches their first perfumes to mark the tenth anniversary of the brand. In collaboration with world-renowned perfumers, Rituals represents eight high-quality perfumes, five for women and three for men. Female perfumes are No. 01, No. 04, No. 07, No. 09 and No. 18 and male ones are No. 06, No. 14 and No. 19. Each of them is based on two main ingredients that give it strong character. The ingredients are natural with the addition of organic alcohol.
No. 07 White Patchouli & Cedarwood is a sparkling scent of woody and aquatic notes. Perfumer Catherine Selig wanted the soul of a woman connected with the spirit of the forest, merging innocence of white patchouli and mystery of warm cedar wood notes.
Top notes: white patchouli, aquatic dewy notes.
Heart: frangipani, spices, musk.
Base: Lebanese cedar.
Available in simple and elegant bottle with wooden stopper as 50 ml Eau de Parfum.
No. 07 White Patchouli & Cedarwood was launched in 2010.

This Woody aquatic scent gives me a very strong female feeling – it’s very soft and sensual yet very confident. A perfekt casual wear to scent weekdays at work.

Edited: I had confused it with other fragrance by Rituals!
Very soft smell. Woody but just barely so, not dark in any way. An interesting, simple, very relaxing smell. Slightly fresh, but mostly a clean bright woody smell with something that reminds me of sea breeze, but less strongly than, say, Navegar.
A scent for a summer morning stroll under the trees near a river.
Unfortunately, it does not last, but while it’s there, it’s simple, bright and comforting.

I bought this as I like patouli. It smells clean, fresh and makes me feel like summer and spring. it is one of my favourite perfumes.

The opening for me is very much the water notes. A very clean opening, reminds me a lot of a shampoo I’ve had many years ago, but absolutley not in a bad way!
Then it morphes in to a more musky feeling. The patchouli is there, but it is a very soft patchouli. Not to dirty. Some woodsy tones for me from the cedar, but not too much of that “pine needle” scent.
Overall this is a very “soft woodsy” fragrance, or more like “forest through a laundromat”. Perfect for daytime wear.
An absolutley gorgeous fragrance and completley unisex.

Sorry, but I have to tell you again that this smells sooooooooooooooooo good!!!
I am wearing this for the 2nd time now…
It really smells so pure and natural on me, so clean and even sweet and it just lingers on and on and on… and when my body heats up in high temperatures I keep getting the most heavenly whiffs of this scent!
Pure B L I S S
This must be a match made in heaven for me, would become my signature scent if I did not have too many perfumes 😉

Hmm…. after reading these reviews I am so happy to tell that on my skin this lasted for many hours! It also projects really well!!
I went out shopping today and tested this at RITUALS store, then went on with my day and it just lasted and lasted and lasted! I really enjoy the scent and because of the longevity it has on my skin I went back to the store at the end of the day to get myself a bottle 🙂
It’s a really nice, clean, fresh, soft sweet patchouli & cedar mix which in my opinion is also very suitable for men.
It smells very natural.
I love it!

This combination of wood warmth and “water notes” is uplifting and is something I seek for, but usually find in perfumes for men. This one seemed to be a great choice.
But the longevity of this Ritual fragrance is really disappointing and embarrassing: even body mists by Ritual last longer 🙁

I have the 20ml wooden travel bottle, and really love the functional yet good looking packaging. As for the perfume itself, it smells pretty good on my skin – earthy yet fresh; very grounded, warm and reminds me of the woods and earth.
The biggest problem is that it fades very quickly, and doesn’t leave a hint behind at all.

I love this fragrance, but I completely agree with the previous reviewer about lasting power. This only lasts a few hours and then it’s gone. The fragrance on it’s own is really pretty: I love the soft woody scent, white patchouli is dominant at first and the drydown is really woody. Not sweet but very comfortable.

I like the new range of Rituals scents and can imagine to buy some of them sooner or later. Unfortunately the lasting power is not so great and therefore I find them currently too expensive. If I spray them in the morning, they last around 3-4 hours. They are nice daytime perfumes and I like the White Tea (No.1) and the White Patchouli (No.7) most. Sweet Orange Drops (No.9) is the only one that is a bit heavier and more intense than the others. No.4 and No.6 are not my kind of notes.
