I thought this was supposed to be the smell of innocent mischief, but considering the sexy redhead draped over the bottle in the ad, I guess not. Nevertheless, this fragrance evokes the naughty Alice who daydreams instead of paying attention to her lessons and runs into trouble in Wonderland. On my skin, I get violet and musk. This is a showcase for the transformative power of musk because I don’t really care for violet, but here it’s not cloyingly sweet and floral to my nose. The violet is a clean baby powder. On fabric, I believe I detect a tiny bit of the ylang ylang. There’s definitely not enough of it to make this scent vampy or saucy or anything.
About seven years ago, I enthusiastically collected kawaii “Alice in Wonderland” stationery. I considered things like tea sets and lunch bags too, but the shipping was expensive on those items. Had I known about this perfume, I would’ve hunted it down and I would’ve been quite satisfied. It would’ve never occurred to me that this wasn’t a fragrance representing a clean, well-groomed, proper English girl curtseying before her governess and sighing behind her back as they head off to the garden for the day’s lesson.

This is gorgeous. Very feminine and soft. The violet and ylang-ylang are noticeable through out the duration. This is the perfume that you wear when you are undecided. This is the perfect start to Spring, floral dress, understated statement perfume.

The top notes are strong ylang-ylang note mixed with musk.
After a few hours it gets sweet and powdery, I like that very much.
The base notes remind me of Prada’s Candy somehow. Just a little bit.
Not naughty, but warm and nice in my opinion.
A good scent, stays on about 4-5 hours, I like it.

I used to love this, but the moment I got over it was the moment I realised I was over powdery fragrances…

When I first sprayed this, it was not what I expected at all. I was expecting that violet/rose smell you get from Kenzo Flower, Bulgari Femme, or FM Lipstick Rose. The initial blast is sour rose comparable to the tartness of a green apple, which I did not like. I love rose, but I don’t like smelling sour or tart. I was relieved that the tartness subsides when it’s dry, and gradually dies off completely after 30 minutes, allowing the powdery violet and sweet musk to come to the forefront. The variety of musk in this perfume is basically just synthetic amber like the kind in VS Amber Romance. The base has a vanillary sweetness that is warm and comforting. Combined with the powdery violet, it feels like a naughty little white fluffy kitten booping you on the nose. As the day goes on, the ambery musk wanes, and the powdery violet scent stands out more.
I think because of the Kenzo Flower references, I was expecting not only a different rose note, but a bit more violet to be in this, though I do think it is the dominant note, I think the musk is the dominant note in the earlier phases of this perfume. I would recommend this to people that are fans of violet and amber. The final phase of this scent smells very much like tonka to my nose. This is after 8 hours when there’s nothing much left but a skin scent.
Overall, it is powdery, and I guess I could maybe see someone making a baby powder that smells similar to this, but it doesn’t actually smell anything like any baby powder I have ever smelled before, so I don’t think it is a great description. Also, to anyone worried about the comments that this is a boring baby powder fragrance, I was complimented by someone who said it was a very interesting fragrance yesterday. I think the problem is that people were expecting something with a freakish or femme fatale vibe. I personally don’t get a ton of sillage from this, but I don’t mind. I tend to like to keep my perfumes to myself. Overall I really love this, and find it so comforting. I can’t stop smelling myself!

More like Cosy Alice, in my opinion. But not innocent 🙂 Cosy, cuddly and slightly sexy, too. Just sampled it in a store, and my first impression was hot chocolate with a hint of whisky in it. Still innocent, but your cheek start burning in a good way. A bit later it indeed turns into a violet-y baby powdery dream.
A memory of a special violet chocolate I tasted in Hungary some time ago.
I got totally different notes than the ones listed here…
A lovely scent, not too wearable, though, or at least not for me. On the girly side, but by no means light or easy. For a girl with secrets.

Another perfume I found at the pharmacy for $20 only. For me spending so little for a perfume is like shopping at the buck store. Floral one are not me favorite kind of perfume but why I smell violet, I can resist. A nice perfume but not naughty at all.

Wow this is a beauty! Not at all what I expected. I actually get the same powder/menthol vibe from this that I love in Prada Femme Intense. Yep this is honey sweet menthol powder loveliness. I don’t agree with everyone that doesn’t see the naughty… this is a bad girl in disguise scent. Sweet and innocent with a dirty musky heart.

I love this fragrance Unfortunately it reminds me of a disastrous relationship which ended up in court. Recriminations, persecutions, restraining orders & apocalyptic fallout was the order of the day. I was asked why we split: mental cruelty I replied – he was mental I was cruel.
Naughty Alice was the best thing about the whole fiasco.

There’s nothing naughty about this fragrance. It’s nice, soft, inoffensive, powdery, and fresh. This is the perfect fragrance to wear after you shower before bed. It comes off as baby powder-ish without smelling exactly like baby powder or baby lotion. This fragrance could even suit a child. Something that could be shared between a mother and daughter. The silage and longevity is okay. I get about a good 2 and a half hours on my skin with mild projection, which is why this is perfect for a bedtime fragrance.

Naughty Alice has been mentioned countless times on various “Powdery recommendation” forum threads.
It’s a sweet juicy floral but at the same time powdery.
Typically, I dislike the sticky sweet and juicy accord but in Naughty Alice it is light enough to be pleasant, and it is wrapped in a dry powdery veil. Overall, it’s amiable to my nose from beginning to end.
Oddly, for the first six months since I bought it I got zero powder. I guess the liquid settled or something. Now it’s very powdery.
I get a solid 9+ hour performance from this.
The heart charm is detachable from the bottle and can used as a bracelet.

Baby powder. I can smell soap at the first time and vanilla later.
In my opinion, it smells better than Petits et Mamans Bvlgari.
    Lasting power isn’t good.

I love experimenting so… I put on Boudoir but didn’t get my usual delight. I decided to layer Naughty Alice and BAM! Awesome results! An instant mood of “yes, I smell good to ME!!!” If that makes sense. Maybe these sister scents were meant to b worn together occasionally? I’m loving it!

  14. :

Naughty Alice is not very naughty at all. In my oppinion it is more of a cute fragrance. Cute and sweet, and perfect for me, since it is basically built up of all of my favourite notes…
I can’t exactly say if i really has an opening, it is more a fruitsallad of the notes. Maybe mostly the musk in the opening, but then the floral notes come in to play. Violet, rose and the ylang ylang.
All in all, a sweet floral that I like and wear quite often, but not anyhing I choose for those extra special moments.
Sillage is pretty soft, and the longevity is medium on me.

That’s a lovely light sweet scent. I like it! Though, if you looking for some real naughty scent, it’s not for you. Naughty is not sweet and nice. Naughty is dirty with tobacco and leather. However, if you choose perfume not by a title, I recommend this one, it’s nice.

    First, *applause* to BelleofRivende!
Secondly, this is an update to a prior review. This, for me at least, is a TOTALLY cooler weather/body fragrance! My first review was in August. And, although I was in AC, this came off very badly on me and to my nose…thus the negative review. BUT! Tonight I had the windows open (late October) and the temperature outside is currently 62F. Before I put it in the “sell” box, I gave her one last chance. DIVINE! Such a TOTAL turn around from the warmer temperatures.
Well, after swooning over it for about a half hour, my dog wanted to take her “before bedtime” walk around the complex. Although it was 62F out with a nice, cool breeze….my body temperature rose enough to change Naughty Alice back to what I disliked before the retest.
So. I suggest not giving up on this one before trying it in significantly different temperatures. This is Autumn. I cannot WAIT to see how she changes in WINTER!!

    ***Sorry for the non-review remark***
himekuri: Your comment “…this is honestly what old arabic ladies smell like.”
That’s very unkind. There are so many ways to describe a scent without resorting to stereotyping. Perhaps you could try again?

As I’ve owned this awhile&on my 2nd bttl,I enjoy wearing this to church its powdery in a good way¬not in a baby Johnsons way lol! I smell the gentle&girly vibe, ylang ylang&voilets, its the perfect daily perfume….soft&feminine&fresh in a girly way,I get compliments evey time I wear it,a lady in line asked me what the name is&wrote it down&men ask me for their wife to wear, lol!!! So. Guess its good with my chemistry, lasts about 3-4 hours max.maybe the name should be innocent Alice… I do love it,even though its not the most special sometimes I don’t want to be loud to others, yet if someone sits by me they smell it. Great casual fenimine perfume.

I can not rave about this simple scent enough. I agree with other posters that it’s not a “naughty” or flirty scent like Black Opium. It’s light, powdery and feminine. Very underrated in my opinion.

  21. :

    5 out of 5

I WISH this was a totally boring powder fragrance. On me it comes off as thick and cloying syrup. Doesn’t sound ANYTHING like this, huh? Could the BLACK Rose have something to do with it??? I want my violet!!!

  22. :

Blind swap success! Very reminiscent of Flower by Kenzo..but sweeter and lighter. I prefer Flower methinks but will certainly enjoy this gem too!!!

  23. :

Naughty Alice is not as soft or as powdery as I was anticipating, though I don’t have much experience with prominent violet. I’ve had trouble enjoying violet in the past, so NA was purchased in an attempt to begin appreciating it. I figured that for the price, worst-case scenario is that it could be super-adorable eye-candy.
So, yep, it’s violet all right! However, the violet here is not anywhere near as toilety-aquatic as I’ve found it to be in other scents. I think the ylang really helps in that regard. NA is a pretty simple, straight-forward scent; it does become muskier as time goes on, but that’s all I can really comment on in the way of development. The strength and longevity are both better than I had expected, which was a pleasant surprise. This isn’t a whisper scent. I think “Cheeky Alice” would have been a more fitting name than “Naughty,” but that’s neither here nor there.
I don’t see how anyone who loves violet could go wrong with Naughty Alice… very, very pretty and good quality at a great price.

  24. :

    3 out of 5

Words can’t describe how much I LOVE this perfume. I got it in a blind swap. I can’t understand why anyone would not love NA. It’s sweet but not a gourmand sweet. I do get some vanilla from it but vanilla is not one of the notes, maybe it’s the ylang-ylang?
It will always be in my collection.

  25. :

    4 out of 5

I was so excited about this! But I’m sorry. Just so… boring! Smells exactly like baby powder. Very very clean and powdery. No floral or juice or “mmph”.
I’ve tried layering this with other perfumes and have actually enjoyed the result. Can basically be layered with anything, I think. Because it just smells like powder.

  26. :

    3 out of 5

There is certainly nothing naughty about this Alice, lol. All I smell is sweet, powdery, fluffy coziness. To me no notes stand out and the scent stays linear. NA is a pleasant scent for everyday wear or whenever you want to smell harmlessly clean and feminine without sensual underpinnings. Just the scent I am looking for at the moment. Going straight on my want list.

  27. :

This is a very nice fragrance and the name “Naughty Alice” suits it well. It starts with a dewy peach toned rose and fresh violet. As it drys down to it’s bace it becomes musk with a hint of ylang-ylang. With in an hour it becomes mostly a warm musky ylang-ylang.
A innocent, feminine, yet productive sent. And the charm is adorable and grate for the price, of a Vivienne Westwood.

  28. :

    4 out of 5

If Alice was the maid who had to clean up the Boudoir, she would run outside blushing hard almost in shock. That’s how Naughty-less this is compared to the legendary Boudoir. Whereas one is a man eater, the other still plays hopscotch and draws with colored chalk on asphalt.
It’s not bad, not at all, don’t get me wrong (in fact I’ve come to love it dearly), it’s just funny how the names Vivienne approved for her frags can create such scenes in one’s mind. Alice here is naughty in a very childish way, there is nothing sexual about it.
The perfume is fluffy, warm, powdery, the kinetic equivalent would be layers of tulle of a petticoat.
Moderate performances in terms of silage and longevity. It has grown even more on me the last couple months and I often find myself reaching for this before going to bed. To sleep, to be more exact.

  29. :

    3 out of 5

This has been my absolute favourite perfume for the last couple of years. Supposedly one of the main notes is rose, but I can’t smell that at all on me (luckily, I actually don’t like the scent of roses in anything other than the actual flower). It does smell lightly floral though, so it must be the ylang ylang and violet being dominant on my skin. This may sound weird, but to me, on my skin, it makes me think of a powdery version of the flowers from the mock-orange tree in my front garden – which is totally not a bad thing, I absolutely adore the scent of that!
I often find floral fragrances tend to be one of two extremes, too “old lady” or too “little girl” but this is neither. It’s just a lovely, quite sophisticated, yet light scent that you can wear for both daytime and nighttime…. and I’m in North Queensland where cloying, heavy scents are a bit of a no-go, so it’s definitely not that.

Naughty alice I do like this if it lasted longer i would love,i really love the style of the bottle, the charm bracelet &box, my whole life i loved (alice in wonderland bottle reminds me of that, idk if anyone else ?) i do agree with the name, naughty alice its sweet, yet not innocent, , it cost me $74 and it doesn’t last, sucks but it smells that GOOD!It’s worth buying if you enjoy feminine scents&ylang ylang
    Beautiful

Stop repeating the main accord description above and please actually SMELL this!
Marketing is part of my job and as a writer I am well aware that you can turn a product into anything you like if only you use the right wording. The same applies for Naughty Alice. If it was called “Violet Boudoir” none of the more “mature” scent fans would consider it a girly powdery floral. It is actually a quite light vintage-y scent and has, in my view, the potential of becoming a classic.
Unfortunately, it’s marketed towards a younger crowd and sounds like a kid’s perfume. Which couldn’t be farther from the truth scent-wise.
It’s been my signature scent since it first came out. Since I bought in on the plane to London, I always wear it when traveling regardless of the season.
Great long-lasting scent for both spring and autumn and hey, why not winter too!

  32. :

This is very sweet – as in the opposite of naughty. It’s also a sweet scent in that it sort of smells like a cupcake to me. I don’t think it’s a vanilla thing so much as a sugar thing. It’s warm, it’s soft, and it’s not at all cloying. I find that it stays roughly the same as it fades and it’s not overpowering. It’s very, very nice and not overpowering – that is how I would sum it up. It’s not my favourite perfume but it’s a very good all-rounder.

  33. :

Clean….Feminine…powdery….Pure is how i would describe Naughty Alice…this scent is innocent and sexy. Its noticable but not overbearing…..its rich and fresh at the same time.

Powdery violet, rose and musky. The violet dominates on me and it’s a little bit sweet.Good for a day out with the girls. Certainly suitable for daytime wear and I would say that this is a scent that anyone could wear. It reminds me a little bit of Kenzo Flower so if you like KF you will probably like this (and I do) I’m not sure about the name though, I would be expecting something a little darker and heavier from something called Naughty!
For those interested in bottles, it’s adorable – I have the 30ml and it’s very cute. Sillage and Longevity (6 hours) are reasonable.

I finally bought this delight after a swap that just didn’t pan out. I figured it is worth paying $24 plus free shipping on eBay rather than sacrificing the more expensive bottle that was being requested. Anyway. Bygones.
I didn’t expect too much from this, I figured it would be light and inoffensive, but I love all of the notes so I hoped I would be pleasantly surprised. What did surprise me was that I really do smell the ylang ylang right off the bat, I really wasn’t expecting to for some reason! For this reason, I was happy immediately. Next came, of course, the Violet and musk. My cute little mutt of a lap dog is named Violet—need I say more? I love Violet (and my Violet) so so much, especially when done well (Guerlain Insolence Eau Glacee is a prime example) and it is done well here. The musk is swee enough to meld with two flowers during this phase. And then, the soft rose makes her appearance just at the end of middle notes and into the dry down. It adds interest and depth without being distracting.
I have to say, I do like this. I would call it “cute.” It is light and airy and very unassuming, and yet the addition of the ylang (my overall fave note) makes it more special and unique. It sets it apart from a traditional musk, if ever there was one. I agree the name is off. This is nowhere near naughty. There is no skank, no indoles, no raw edges. It’s a pleasant and sweet cutie pie of a scent, innocent even. That doesn’t bother me per se, but beware, it is misleading. And to finish, my complaint is: this does not last long on me at all. I am beginning to hope it’s because I’m trying it in impossible weather- 90*F and 99% humidity. That is a tough match for many scents. So I will hope very much that it lasts longer come cooler weather, though I don’t wish to say goodbye to summer just yet! I’ll keep this for a little treat to pick my spirits up when the leaves turn colors and my mood begins to prepare for harsh winter ahead. I think it will sparkle then, for so many reasons.
    Bottle: 10/10 (totes adorbs)
    Sillage: 7/10
    Longevity: 5/10 (in summer heat)
    Scent: 9/10
    Overall: 7/10
ps, of all the reviews I’ve written, I’d never guess to be so thorough on this scent! I wonder if it’s a message to myself that I like it more than I think I do!

My husband is very particular about scents, and I’m often disappointed to bring home a scent I love but the he dislikes.
I tried this on one day and got a very enthusiastic “what is that you’re wearing?”
I knew it was a hit….love the violet and the muskiness of it. Very feminine, but not too girly. At first it seems a little common, but it settles in a really sophisticated scent which is quite unique…light, non-offensive, but also lasts a long time and has a richness to it.
I think this was marketed in a strange way…. the bottle seems young and hip (something appealing to teens), but the scent is quite sophisticated and seems more for women a little older (20+). The name sounds edgy, but again, it’s a very soft feminine scent which doesn’t seem at all naughty to me.
I get asked about this all the time from men when I’m running errands or at work….seems to be one that they really enjoy on a woman.

  38. :

A lovely combination of musky rose & sweet violet. Silage is moderate, but with good longivity (5 hours on my skin). I think I will like it best for fall though.
Edit: Wearing this in cooler weather & I get more of the musk & powder, it’s beautiful. I am really impressed. My man likes it too, he usually prefers gourmonds on me, but he likes this too.

From a male perspective, it is one of my favorite scents on a woman. Great longevity and projection. If you were to take Spiecbomb (Men’s) for Viktor & Rolf and remove some of the spice but add some floral musk, this is it.
    Incredible.
    9.1/10 Uniqueness

    „Instant love with a stranger”
I have to stop this: my bad habit of buying scents that I have not already tested. It is too expensive, and since the world of perfumes is infinite, or at least tremendously big I will never be able to test all the existing samples anyway. So my effort is meaningless, a bit like Sisyphus, climbing his mountain forever. So why on Earth do I keep on doing it? Purchasing new, unknown fragrances?
A good example on why I love doing it is Naughty Alice. I bought it from a Parfumo member, among other scents and out of pure curiousity. Contacting the person because of some other interesting bottles in her collection, I thought: Oh why not, I am paying the same amount for shipping so I might as well order this one. When the package arrived I left this bottle in the closet for about ten days, because I had to try the other scents first. When I finally brought Alice out in the sunlight I instantly fell in love.
She starts out flower and powder, the most pleasing combination I have experienced. And she is not leaving soon. She stays for more than 6-8 hours, slowly disappearing in a haze of the lovely notes of violets and ylang-ylang. What a lovely acquaintance!
The bottle is cute and fits in a lady’s boudoir, first row on her dressing table. I can easily see myself wearing this around the clock. But this is not a seductive scent, so when you put on your high heels and your red dress, leave Alice at home. She is wonderful company but no femme fatale.

Naughty Alice is sweet, a tease, a flirt. She will steal your heart, then sell it back to you with a smile and a wink. More details as I wear but when I first sprayed, this came to mind and made me laugh.
Coty Sweet Earth solid perfumes smelled similar to this (Flowers version with hyacinth, honeysuckle and ylang-ylang), a familiar smell from my past!

Powdery violets and soft musk. Its a nice scent. Not exactly naughty. Very quiet and well behaved in my opinion. Two sprays less than an hour ago and I have to put my nose on my arm to smell it. I do like the scent. Would be nice if it was a bit stronger. Still a keeper. Wasn’t expensive so I will spray freely.

A blast of slightly dirty rose followed by powdery violets. Worth the small amount I paid for it, however certainly not a profound or amazing perfume. Pleasant and pretty.

Definitely one of my favourites! I thought this would be young, vanillary and sweet judging by the bottle (I do rather like the bottle, though!) but is more on the floral/musky side – lovely! I honestly think the bottle does not suit the smell.
I can imagine someone of any age wearing it. It reminds me of my grandma as she got me it for Christmas (thanks so much, grandma, you have brilliant taste!) and I can even imagine her wearing it!

  45. :

    4 out of 5

Received this from my son today…..Christmas Day, and its absolutely gorgeous. Its a powdery Violet; I will wear this day or night…it will suit both I think…
    EDIT:
6 months on from this, ( I am writing this in Mid June) NA has become a very clear favourite of mine. I wear it for work, I wear it day and evening and have bought 2 x 75ml back up bottles because I dont ever want to run out of this beautiful perfume.
Longevity is very good on me, 8-10 hours.
In fact I wore some last night from 8pm, and could still smell it at 7am this morning. I showered and re-applied because I love it so much.
I love the beautiful Violet-ey powdery-ness and musky-ness, and it really is such a joy to wear. Many work colleagues have complimented me on it. Its great for work/shopping/ or even a night out. It smells very classy to me, not at all naughty!

This was a surprise! I’m considering blind-buying Boudoir by VW, but had never tried any of her fragrances on my skin to see if it was compatible. Naughty Alice I’d seen before, but I have no idea why it never grabbed me.
But on my skin, wow! This is like an old familiar friend, and not offensive at all. I think this would be a great one to throw in your handbag, for work and to have as a backup as the silage wasn’t great on me, although I can smell a whisper of it 3 hours later. The muskineas is only soft a background on my skin, reminds me a bit of musk perfumes I had in the 80s, but it’s just a soft thing in the background. It also smelled great after my skin had been in the sun, so yes, just a good all rounder that’s not heavy or overbearing.
I agree with the poster who said it seemed a bit light for what they expected from a fashion house like VW, and I’d agree. And maybe that’s why I’d not tried Naughty Alice before…maybe I thought by the name and the brand it would be big and brash, but it’s not. And despite that, it’s lovely!

  48. :

This is a warming, fluffy, powdery scent that would be perfect for snuggling up with a blanket and a book or to wear to work as it’s not offensive in the slightest. It doesn’t project much and doesn’t seem to have the best longevity, but it’s a comforting, fresh towel right of the dryer kind of feeling and I like that a lot.

  49. :

Naughty Alice is a fooler if you are not reading reviews prior to the purchase. Based on the name one might expect a dirty, dark heavy fragrance. Naughty Alice in fact is totally opposite. She’s incredibly soft, laid back and powdery. There is a heavy soft powder here which I do quite enjoy however some may not. It is something I might spray on after a shower. I find it quite a lovely scent suitable for daytime wear. Non offensive. It does have great sticking power to the skin. Even though she goes on soft she stays with you for many hours. I do enjoy this and it’s got it’s place and time. I hope this review helps others who are interested in this scent.

Definitely a violet powdery scent. On my skin it dries down to a sweet violet french pastry confection. Very unique!

There’s nothing “naughty” in this perfume (except the name, of course), it has nothing to do with Boudoir or Anglomania.
It’s a soft, powdery, pleasant, musky-floral fragrance, to me, it works a bit like an aromatherapy scent, that’s why it’s one of my favourite “bedtime perfumes.”
Naughty Alice isn’t complicated, rich, dense, isn’t particularly deep but it’s nice, makes me feel better and calmer. That’s why i like it.
Musk is the most dominant note in this fragrances. It’s warm, cozy, feminine and soft. It’s clearly detectable in the opening, heart and base.
Besides, i get a lot of powdery, sweet violets and some dose of ylang-ylang. The rose seems to play just some supporting role, though it’s noticeable, especially in the opening.
If you like powdery violets and soft, musky fragrances, you have to try this one.
Longevity seems to be moderate, about 5-6 hours, and it stays rather close to the skin, though isn’t a typical “skin scent.”

I bought this as a blind buy, since a lot of people were saying how it was nice and “polite” as a scent (I.e. not overbearing).
It starts out with a very distinct iris/orris root sort of smell, with a very obvious tint of baby powder. But as it progresses, it just becomes more and more powdery. to the point of being overly powdery…having a warm base skin, it tends to draw out the sweet tones in a perfume (i.e. vanilla, sandalwood, tonka bean, toffee, honey, etc.). This perfume was overbearingly powdery on me, I can’t stand it. 🙁
I’d swap this for something fresh and green any day.

A friend at work has this and ‘Cheeky Alice’. She took them in for me to smell. I love this one as i’m a violet-obsessive! Very light and powdery, on the opposide end of the spectrum to Lush’s ‘Tuca Tuca’, which is a deep, dark, smokey violet. (which i also love)

very dissapointed. for a high fashion lady i expected better. Weak watery musky violet scented water. drys down to a faint baby powder smell. No lengevity, low sillage. I gave mine away.

Naughty Alice is a great little perfume. It’s a soft, musky floral. Quite simple, soft, and inoffensive. I don’t think there is anything naughty about this very well behaved perfume. I’d sooner say it’s nice rather than naughty. If you are a violet lover or a musk lover, you must try this. I smell musk and violet in equal doses, not much else. I do wish it lasted longer. It is very soft and fleeting, and very subtle, like you are wearing a soft powder.

This is sexy, unique, true to its notes- all can be detected, powdery, the best violet around.
It’s like a sexy baby powder, soft but promising mischievousness ! The rose is soft, I could have sworn vanilla is there too, thankfully not too sweet, definitely not overpowering, bit eccentric!
The sillage and longevity are good, it’s not worn by many so it does stand out and people commend on it! The bottle is so cute, lovely to display!
Fab for any season I think.
Do sample it, I think it is underrated, many perfume lovers would be pleasantly surprised by it. I sure love it!

Thanks to Vie Cafe for gifting me a bottle of this beauty!
Naughty Alice is violet powder-sweet, not marshmallow-powder sweet. The violets and powder are quite prominent in the opening, and in the dry down a pink rose peeks out through the powder. It’s tender and as other reviewers suggested, slightly vintage in feeling. It becomes a little bit sweeter and more vanillic in its final phase of development.
It reminds me of a little girl dressed in light pink on her way to ballet class, but really anyone can wear this. Good projection and longevity, great for all year round.

Sweet candied violets, expensive dusting powder and a hint of musk to ground and give depth- this is a deluxe version of Love’s Baby Soft on me. Classy, sexy and understated, a quite original scent nowadays.

Agree with a previous comment – has a touch of flowers by kenzo but not as harsh more subtle.

Smells like powdered lilacs to me. Very sweet and good for spring. A little floral for my tastes, but nice. Lasts a long time. Sweet little bracelet attached….my daughter loves it. Smells too much like my deodorant to be special to me. Pleasant. Love’s Baby Soft on Steroids with Red Lipstick.
