This might be one of the strongest of the “Herb Garden” collection. That’s not saying much, considering this is Jo Malone London. But it’s stronger and longer-lasting than Wild Strawberry & Parsley or Carrot Blossom & Fennel.
This is a subtle, light, green scent. It is actually quite pleasing. Clover is probably the strongest note IMO. But you can also smell nasturtium and green grass.
This has no sillage to speak of, even right when you first spray it. It is ephemeral.
However, unlike some JML fragrances, this will stay on your skin and stay with you as a skin scent for about three or four hours. I would advise reapplying throughout the day.
Since Jo Malones are so light, they are perfect for the office IMO. However, if you like getting compliments on your fragrance or you like getting noticed for your scent, this won’t be for you.
Light, refreshing, green, fresh and perfect for spring weather.
    03/25/2018 – Received a compliment from a co-worker on this scent.
I think I might miss this when it’s gone. And it’s almost gone. I look forward to its green scent.
Finished bottle 04/01/2018 Easter Sunday 2018. And I’m moving it from a ‘like’ to a ‘love’ because it turned out to be a great scent.

A while ago I was smitten with the dense lawn scent from a Gap Grass. I find similar vibe in Nasturtium&Clover, not exactly pastoral, but poetic, crispy and young, full of hopes for bright future. You do often yearn for these ozone-creating fragrances, so I have got three like that now in my wardrobe, third is Truth by CK.

In summer, when the hay was mown
And corn waved green in every field,
While clover blooms white over the pasture,
And roses blow in every sheltered spot,
Blythe Bessie in the milking shed
Says:- ‘ I will be wed, come of it what will!’

Phenomenal! I am completely smitten with Jo Malone’s Nasturtium & Clover fragrance. I’m not quite sure how I ever lived without it.

What an interesting, fascinating fragrance. I grew up on a farm where we harvested sweet clover hay for our cattle, and I can say with some authority that the clover scent is true. Unfortunately for me, too many other notes tinge and detract from the experience. If the offering was solely clover, this would be my signature scent.

I love the way this smells when it first goes on. It’s so green–it really does smell like nasturtiums and clover! Unfortunately, my skin just eats it right up. On me it takes multiple sprays to get a whiff, it doesn’t last, and the sillage is almost nonexistent. Sigh. I blind bought a full bottle, and I’m keeping it because I love the fresh green smell when it first goes on… but I so wish it lasted longer!

Right from the bottle Nasturtium and Clover doesn’t mess around, it’s a fresh green scent with the distinctive scent of red and yellow nasturtiums. With the first spray I get a grassy smell on my skin, probably is the clover, but I also don’t get much of the citrus at all. I live the heart though, it starts with the green stems and buds and then ‘blooms’ into the flowers, it reminds me of walking through my grandparents’ garden as they grew herbs and nasturtiums among the veggies. The base it lovely too, on my skin the nasturtium note sticks around for a long time and the vetiver is nice and light. Love this one!

Gentle grass scent. I can barely smell it. Minutes after spraying, I’m searching my wrist for a trace of it. This perfume is so subtle, light, and short-lived that I honestly don’t see the point of it. It’s one step above smelling of nothing at all.

This starts out with a vibrant and fairly strong aromatic/citrus/floral (and masculine) opening and settles into a soft peppery and aromatic fragrance with a little hint of oud. For me, a lover of masculine fragrances, I like this one a lot.
It has a familiarity to it, by that I mean it smells like a fragrance I have/or I have had before – can’t remember it sorry.
Of the herb garden range this has stamina and seems stronger than the other perfumes in this particular line. I don’t get masses of clover though, a note I really like, so that’s a mild disappointment. It is, however, still a good, well blended and balanced perfume though.

Nothing much to comment on, too strong to me, smells more like medicine definitely a pass, won’t give a second try. Probably the worst among all the JM fragrances. This one really disappoints me to be honest.

This is supposed to be inspired by a walk in an herb garden and while I can see that, this fragrance goes above and beyond. All of the notes are very well blended and it is herbal, but also fruity and spicy as well. This is a complex fragrance that is probably one of Jo Malone’s best. Well done, Jo Malone, well done!
