Medicine, or the smell of a hospital!
The patchouli incense mix gives the Dr. Effect! a sterile room in a clinic! quite clean (not bubbly but sterile) & that’s what i got on a plotter. When i sprayed it on my skin, it became something i never thought it will be! quite incensy, something with tranquility, a meditation state, it’s like a Temple of secrets!
It is patchouli at max with incense and benzoin, and allot of myrrh that gives the oud like note. I can’t detect any musk, nor vanilla, but maybe dusty tonka beans.
It is quite impressive, a protective charm necklace around my neck, a pendant of calmness and relief.

I feel that this is not a fragrance that one should read on Fragrantica. I read reviews here quite often, but after having the chance to experience this first and then read the reviews, I have to say…do yourself a favour and grant yourself the actual experience. What is awful for someone might be something completely different for you… It’s a fun game trying to imagine fragrances based on notes and reviews, but at the end of the day, the actual test is something radically different. My experience with this scent in a nutshell: it immediately transported me to a day I had in Palermo, churches, a whiff of sweet pastries far away in the air, the smell of incense inscribed in stone walls, an acidic nostalgic olive, earthy haunting patchouli…

All his perfumes smell like old fashioned soap bar from corner shop or chemists Cheap soap bar even ( not soap bar from luxury hotel) All I can smell is patchuli, lavender and some dry pout – puri. I mean… – all of his perfumes… Im trying hard understand concept and ” artism” in his creations, unfortunately, I don’t see it. As mutch I think Italian perfumery Is best,( Santa Maria Novella, Lorenzo Viloressi) this one is disappointing. And price… Makes me laugh . Many his perfumes in pyramide mention incense (Notturno, Oblio). Im asking : where is incense?

IT.
EN. No doubt there is a purely masculine fragrance. If there is any woman who would try to wear it, the impression that she has put a shirt of her boyfriend would follow her anyway. For me this fragrance marks a way out of the artistic crisis for its creator Giuseppe Imprezzabile that, after a failure with “Luce” apparently has begun to think about a change in career to something less risky. Lets return then to the perfume itself: the incense on top of the olfactory pyramid brings you in one of the oldest churches in a small town in southern Italy. Then tonka bean and benzoin – some kind of hallucinogen mix, that together with incense create strange feelings, as if the author is at the intersection between the spiritual and the collapse in the hell of drugs. However, as always happens in fairy tales, where good triumphs over evil: the olfactory base leaves you a sweetness of vanilla and rich woodiness of Oud, blended with the patchouli. Then the moss creates the atmosphere of sexuality, suggesting victory over depression and, hopefully, a new way to the even more beautiful creations signed “Meo Fusciuni”. I hope I was able to describe this fragrance and the idea behind its creation, or it might be worth to stop with the descriptions, but express the feeling that this perfume creates in my mind: “Narcotico – let yourself be tempted”.
