Fragrance Review For Clair De Jasmin Cartier
Notes jasmine, vanilla, green notes and spicy notes
I love the original Must de Cartier but this flanker is a lovely jasmine scent. It’s a green-and-white floral in simplest terms. The green notes are there at the firs spritz and it smells like your nose is getting closer and closer to a jasmine. It’s also got a vanilla that becomes something like a gardenia or vanilla scented gardenia. There could be 2 white floral notes here not just that jasmine. This is lovely. The jasmine is more like an Egyptian jasmine as well, very Oriental. It turns spicy and there are resins and spices whose aroma is released toward the dry down. Very exotic and mysterious. Elegant and beautiful. It reminds me of La Nuit Orchidee by Yves Rocher. If you like jasmine and spices and Oriental perfumes this should enchant you. I would still call it an Oriental but it’s not as dense or heavy as other Orientals. It’s softer and simpler. Perfect to wear anywhere any time although the jasmine has always smelled like a formal flower to me. I wear this at night to formal events. Gorgeous.
