Why can’t we get hold of this perfume Eny one of them will be beautiful with LOTV in it but it’s unesesable or if I could find it I would be ecstatic

I sniffed this at Bergdorf Goodman NYC yesterday. I’m not a LOTV aficionado, but this perfume was lovely to behold. I only wished I had tried it on my skin. On the card it was a gorgeous true-to-life smell of a cut white flower. I can’t speak to its development, but the aroma of the small drop I placed lasted on the card in my purse about 4 hours during a 90 degree afternoon.
Pure, clean, fresh, natural beauty. Perfect for a summer bride, or as a gift for any person (be they woman or flower lover). I was in town for a friend of a friend’s wedding, and if I had the cash to burn, I would have bought it for the bride on the spot. Simply and perfectly gorgeous.

I purchased this yesterday and cannot express my utter happiness with this very special, very beautiful perfume. LillyGill’s review is spot on target and expressed so beautifully. That her love bought it for her only makes it that much more precious. It is very costly – BUT – when you peel off the outer clear wrapper, hold the white, bee stamped box in your hands, and then open it to expose the beautiful, frosted bee bottle with the exquisite white organza hand stitched abundance of white posies, with 2 of them draping on gold thread, WOW, melt my heart. To hold the bottle and gently remove the glass stopper to apply the wonderous perfume…I guess it has become clear that I am a person whom presentation means an awful lot. This is by far the most spectacular purchase I have ever made. Now on to the perfume, I have always liked lily of the valley scents but this wears on me as quiet innocence and beauty that draws you in close. I am not sure if the harvest of blooms for this 2018 version embodied the right rain, sunlight and moonlight to produce such wonderous beauty but it came together and the end result is perfection. The lily wears smoothly and caressing not screechy as sometimes it can. The rose and jasmine come in after a brief time and my head just spins. Oh why will this be gone after 2018? As I said, the stars were aligned when this was created. This is a special purchase as the price tag is very steep. But, it will not stop me from purchasing my second bottle to stow away before this beauty is gone.

I am astounded. I own bottle 1091 out of 3098 on earth as of today and was speechless for about 6 hours, post arrival. I wanted to review for you all sooner, but words would not come, the emotions of joy that this evoked were too strong.
This unbelievable fragrance arrived in its bee bottle flacon as my 21st Wedding Anniversary gift from my beloved husband.I carried only these pure and regal little, white bell blossoms in my wedding bouquet and wore them in my hair as a bride, which is something I’d only dreamed of since I was a young girl of 13, when I first fell in love with the flowers. To have fallen in love with and gotten to marry the man of my dreams while carrying these was another dream come true!
This bottle captured this precious and sparkling memory. Typically I am limited to enjoy the fragrance a few weeks of the year in its truest form. In our gardens here, we have planted both white lilies and actually transplanted the original plants which bore the pale lilac-tinged bells which I wore that day so long ago. Blessed with five children now, they regard these plants as mother’s absolute favorites on earth, and when one of them smells our Lily of the Valley, they will breathe in deeply and exclaim, “This is how you smell, Momma!” What joy to my heart this brings me!
Having adored the flowers and sought out and purchased all fragrances based on muguet de bois over the decades since I was 13 or so, I assure you that this perfume is truly beyond comparison to any other Lily of the Valley on earth, and I believe I own or have experienced very nearly all.
Yet, I will say that what I do own has been well-satisfying to my soliflore perfumery obsession, and I can recommend others if you are not ready to take the dive for any reason for Guerlain’s Muguet. If you are poised, able, considering taking that dive, do not hesitate, you will be positively thrilled with it. I own everything from Diorissimo Extrait De Parfum, Eau De Parfum, and Eau De Toilette, which I adore. Ylang Ylang as well as Lilac weave through those, especially the higher concentrations of perfume oil and the lily notes for Diorissimo are fleeting and only part of the beautiful harmony in the blend. This is not a problem, but lily of the valley in its pure form has been elusive to me. I own Molinard’s version, (female version Eau De Toilette, I recommend versus the Eau De Parfum which, interestingly enough, is touted as unisex). Molinard’s Muguet is a much heavier, headier, yet creamier version of soliflore lily, and it will do nicely for those who don’t want to splurge but are longing for LOTV year ’round. Surely, the list goes on. Yves Rocher’s playful mist of light and airy Muguet is light and casual, Caswell Massey’s vintage Lily of the Valley, Crabtree and Evelyn’s vintage Muguet, which is largely soliflore LOTV and their new Lily, which incorporates citrus and other notes, and I like it less, to be honest, but it has its place on my shelf.
Muguet Millsime 2018 is simply stunning, so, so beautiful. Sparkling elegance and regal nobility, it is. It is all that is beautiful, innocent, fresh, youthful and new. It is suitable for elegant evening wear or morning church with the family in tow, or biking in the countryside or a mountain airy walk at my home. It sits in the boardroom with elegant and sophisticated presence and it is a draw-me-closer-dear date perfume as well.
To hold the bottle and stopper is to hold a gem, a prize. The silk floral at the cap is lovely and actually serves to diffuse the scent which inevitably is trailed in some part by the lovely glass stopper during removal and replacement of it. It is not wasted, no worries! Each drop makes it a delight to hold the bottle with cupped hands and bring it to the nose to inhale the silk bouquet with the precious fragrance rising like a beautiful offering of love.
To be honest, when I first inhaled the fragrance, I was giddy. I ran outdoors to pick lily of the valley from our shade garden to compare, and then ran to my husband to ask his opinion. Neither he, nor I could detect a difference between the two. Our five year old was next to agree! This fragrance is the first I can honestly say that has copied God’s own recipe for my personal olfactory heaven on earth, as far as I am concerned. I have no idea how this was done, but Guerlain, thank you, you have done the impossible and I am forever grateful that I will enjoy this impossibly beautiful Lily of the Valley any time I wish, and not just during the month of May. Thierry Wasser, thank you!

Beautiful dewy Lily of the valley. Green, fresh, and everything else that the flower is. This is an amazing realistic representation of the flower, when I close my eyes I feel as I am walking barefoot through a garden very early in the morning in early spring before the sunrise when you can still smell the dew covering everything and the ground is still cold. It has a very powerful performance given the fact that it is an EDT. I am unable to compare it to the previous editions since this is the first bottle I own. If you are a lily of the valley lover, this is a must try. LOVE this perfume.
