Ok, I’ll cover this one since no one else has. I bought this around 2000, admittedly largely for the bottle and the antique label, but I really like lily of the valley scents. And this one is a good one. It’s a heavier scent than a lot of them, with more depth. Most people would probably call it a floral-chypre. It lasts at least 8 hours on me. It’s more of an older woman’s perfume. I bought it in my 50’s and thought even then I couldn’t imagine someone 20 years old wearing it.
It also hasn’t held up well for the last 18 years, and it’s not just because the bottle has a wide mouth and a glass stopper. It’s still wearable after 18 years, but a lot harsher.
