This is one of my fave scents and I always get complimented when I wear it. I love this fragrance as it is not very common, so you stand out from the crowd when wearing it.
By looking at the above notes I would never buy this as I tend to love gourmand type perfumes, I think it is quite a hard perfume to describe. But I am currently on my second bottle. My first bottle was actually a blind buy from a discount shop, without even knowing any of the notes. I got 30ml for around £20.
I loved it and when i ran out I straight away bought a 50ml online.
This is a sweet, fresh and fruity floral perfume. The lasting power is amazing and the scent itself is so unique. When I wear it I can’t stop sniffing my wrists. This is 100% in my top 10.

Its a lovely fragrance, totally different then the very warm 1998 Boudoir but nevertheless beautiful. The opening is refreshing and pretty strong, but rose comes along for a short time and then the lilly of the valley lingers more together with the musk and the woody note of the sandalwood. For me this perfume combines modern with old,but a good 9 out of 10, I prefer it to the original one.

Nothing like Boudoir, not even a watered down reconfigured version. It’s a nice scent but not one to make you curious.
I get soft baby powder a little like Johnsons, a lot of white musk, and something floral. And now I’m going to take back my opening 3 words, because when you smell the bottles side by side they are almost identical….how bizarre!

The original Boudoir was never my cup of tea so when I heard that the flankers starting coming out (Sin Garden, Jouy) and this one, I was looking forward to trying them out. This was my first purchase on Amazon.com for a “modern” perfume. I don’t know if it still sells there but the other flankers are selling on eBay for sure. Mon Boudoir (My Boudoir) is a mature green floral fragrance, a scent of freshly cut roses, bright lilies of the valley and jasmine. This is not so much a bouquet as it is a kind of flower shop smell. It’s like when you enter into a botanica or florist’s shop. This starts off very green with an herbal spicy basil that is very different from the chemical mess that Boudoir is for me.
A soft but realistic green floral aroma greets my nose every time I smell it. Early on in the performance of this perfume, a sweet fruity scent gives the florals a delicious layer. Smells of citrus and pear. However it is not fruity enough to be summery. Instead it comes off as being casual, elegant but relaxed and leisurely, and definitely meant to be worn in the spring. Mon Boudoir can be classified as a fruity floral.
The dominant floral note here is the rose. She is not a very complex rose and she’s simple, citrusy, green, soapy and very lady like. If you like simple rose notes in perfume, you most certainly would love this one. The rose is not alone in her floral dance and she’s partners with a heady white flowers: jasmine and lily of the valley. These flowers are well rounded and never overpower each other. They’re in perfect harmony but the rose takes the lead. As it softens it turns soapier and a tad powdery. At the drier stages, this is a sandalwood and musk scent. Not a big woodsy aroma, and I would say that it’s more musky, or musky-powdery. This is fresh and clean, floral, and subtle. It never projects like the A bomb that is Boudoir and remains discreet. This is work-office environment friendly and can be worn as a busines casual scent for ladies in suits or conservative clothing. She is conservative and very British. She means business and is not the wild wanton fragrance of Boudoir. Vivienne Westwood I believe is more likely to wear this one as her perfume. The spring is here and I’m proudly wearing this beautiful rose perfume. At a very affordable price, this is not drugstore cheapie material but an affordable luxury. If you love no nonsense florals with a dash of fruit and musk, this is for you.

Aaahhhh…..one of my favourite perfumes! The bottle is sooo gorgeous….and the perfume is exquisite – light, beautiful lily-of-the-valley and rose! Adorable. Totally divine! Fresh and feminine, sweet (lovely pear) and delicate, but long lasting and a good sillage. I get many compliments, and my family, especially my husband, love it.
But truly, the bottle is my FAVOURITE part! Its GORGEOUS!

Mon Boudoir definately is completely different to the original. While the original smells of a different epoque, Mon Boudoir is modern and rather subtle. It does smell ‘pink’. It’s a flowery, womanly scent, where notes are well-blended and rather undistinctable, which I find typical for Vivienne’s creations. It smells like fresh-cut flowers and the air after rain with some musk. The pear gives it a hint of sweetness, balancing the harshness of lily-of-the-valley. I wouldn’t call it ‘sexy’, rather – as someone mentioned before – cosy, a girl wearing a pink cardigan could be wearing this. The bottle is to die for – it reminds me of Sailor Moon’s goblet, with a golden orb and pink juice inside; obviously I had to have it to fulfill my childhood dreams.

Actually I bought it only for bottle design. I am big fan of Vivienne Westwood, so when I saw this perfume on the internet, I couldn’t pass by it. It has perfect ORB object on the top of the bottle and that captured my heart.
This perfume has lovely and cosy scent. I can imagine some woman who wearing a long sleeve pink dress and cardigan. Rose and Lily-of-the-vally remain strongly with musk, but pear and mandarin orange are weaker than them. If you wanna unique perfume, this can’t be an answer. It just fit on who finding for long lasting normal daily perfume.

I keep this baby on my dresser table right next to my bed. Beautiful bottle. When you first spray it it’s a fruity scent, but I can’t quite make out what it is. Smells like an apple or pear. 1 hour later the fragrance is in it’s heart and it’s mostly roses but not realistic roses, synthetic sweet and powdery roses. It’s beautiful, soft, sits on my skin for hours. It’s the kind of perfume that is detectable only to someone that is very close to you, their nose right on your neck. Very sexy. I wear this as a seduction scent. Thank you Vivienne.

i received this today as a gift & having been a lover of the original boudoir & all fragrances by Vivienne Westwood for that matter it was a kind of ‘cant go wrong’ scent to receive.
1st of let me say, on me i don’t get rose. so if you think rose isn’t for you try this, you might be surprised.
it’s a fruity floral but not like all the thousand others that are available, this is a classy, elegant fruity floral i find. it radiates well & lasts a good 8 hours.

DANS MON BOUDOIR
For me this is a superior alternative to BOUDOIR. This one is a much more classic fruity floral and sexier, more of a lingerie scent. Boudoir is the more popular and continuously successful fragrance but I have worn it for over a year now and I am not as into it. It is not sexy. It is too big on gourmand spicy notes of cinnamon, vanilla and can smell like root beer. The dry down is pure honey on my skin. How is that sexy? Mon Boudoir is really sweet and sexy and I use it to scent my lingerie. Mon Boudoir opens up with fruit notes of orange and pear. I can smell the pear more than the orange. The pear and rose combo are exceptional. This never gets too fruity either. It’s floral. The rose, jasmine and lily of the valley are soft and beautiful. I would even classify this as a white floral fragrance but too sexy and flirtatious for a wedding gown fragrance. The musk is soft and the sandalwood is sweet. I wish that BOUDOIR smelled this one. I don’t understand why Vivienne Westwood released 2 Boudoirs when she should have only released one: THIS ONE. It’s sexy but subtle, sweet. I also really prefer this one to Sarah Jessica Parker’s Lovely although they are both in the same “soft sexy frag” family. If you like soft pink floral fragrances like Lalique’s Satine you’ll also love Mon Boudoir. It’s such a pleasure to wear and to smell.

This is a lovely scent, very simple and well done. The rose is prominent and some pear and citrus. Subtle woods and musk. I cannot detect the basil at all. It’s very feminine and for me, this is a daytime scent and I could certainly wear it for work.
It has reasonable longevity and sillage

This is nothing like the original! On first sniff today at The Perfume Shop, i was so excited and it turned into instant confusion and disappointment. ?
It reminds me of many fragrances but i cannot remember a particular one – perhaps Issey Miyake Eau Florale?
Think of how Hypnotic Poison to Eau Sensuelle is, thats how Boudoir to Mon Boudoir is, except in the latter i cannot see the original.
