This fragrance is a wood-jasmine-rose combo. It is pleasant, in fact very good. It starts with a powerful blast of this combination and the wood is prominent. I do not sense oud, and if there is, it is likely a very small amount.
When it dries down, the wood weakens a bit, and the jasmine-rose combo is prominent. It is quite beautiful and long lasting. Projection is rather good as well.
Although it contains jasmine and rose, I would say it leans more towards the masculine side of the spectrum, but it can easily be enjoyed by all.
@scentszilla, I would say it is distinct from CdG or Creed’s fragrances. There are synthetics here yes, but also natural essentials – jasmine and rose, I believe.
It comes across as ‘a bit’ arabic perhaps, but not typical.

Since AO do have a few frags that are quite blatant, let’s say, ‘approximations’ of a few of the Creeds – (such as ‘Gentleman’s Secret’ close to Himalaya & their ‘Desert Falcon’ like a more apple-y Silver Mountain Water) … This now makes me wonder if perhaps then this ‘Misty Wood’ is maybe trying to be an approximation of CdG’s Wonderwood ?? – From the rather reminiscent bottle & packaging design, I’d say that it’s a rather likely possibility.
Anybody sniffed this yet who could possibly confirm if this is indeed the case ??
