Description

A young, charming Parisian girl, who is nonchalant, elegant and cheerful, sees the world around her in a positive way, as a place where nothing bad can happen, as if it were composed of pastel nuances. Her charisma, charm and grace show her as a symbol of youth, freshness and spontaneity.

Miss Dior Cherie L’Eau is not a complicated fragrance.”, says Francois Demachy, whose idea was to accentuate beauty of simplicity. It possesses a simple formula of cleanliness, freshness and delicate accords. The perfume was envisaged for a young woman of today, who is cheerful and full of joy, who rejects grey days and monotony, and chooses pastel colours instead.

Top notes of Miss Dior Cherie L’Eau will refresh you with aromas of bitter orange, which are delicate, fruity, bitter-sweet and delicately spicy. A heart is ruled by gardenia, a vibrant, opulent, white flower, while a base incorporates white musk, leaving a cotton-powdery effect and a long lasting feeling of cleanliness and freshness on your skin in a very soft and gentle way.

Gardenia stands for the feminine little Lady, who is sensual, charming and a bit perky. Let’s not forget: gardenia is a symbol of true love.

A flacon for the 2009 edition – Miss Dior Cherie L’Eau is the same as its antecedents. The difference is in colour of liquid, which is now green and symbolizes awakening of nature, freshness, dewy greenery, while a bow ribbon on a stopper is coloured in frozen white. Different variations of Miss Dior Cherie 2005 edition change with time and show simplicity of life.

As for advertisement, John Galliano was in charge of a dress in it and he chose a 60es style creation, with accentuated colour of candies. It represents vintage chic of the 1960es perfectly, with a girl who lives in her own time and city comfortably and freely. The advertisement was made by Sofia Coppola, while print campaign is work of British photographer Tim Walker.

Seductive, fresh, shimmering eau de toilette Miss Dior Cherie L’Eau, is full of smiles, with a promise of happiness in pastel colour range…

Miss Dior Cherie L’Eau will hit the shelves of perfumeries in April 2009, in amounts of 50 and 100 ml (1.7 and 3.4 oz) l’eau.

I’ve been looking for this everywhere and my friend was able to locate a slightly used bottle with a batch code from 2011. He warned me though “It smells horrible!”
He was right, it had really turned, and badly! It smelled like rancid burned fermented caramel sugar smoke something weird and cloying like that. The person selling it claimed that the bottle had been sitting in the dark for years in a large, lidded plastic bin with other slightly used bottles, but when he smelled it himself sprayed on his own hand he was embarrassed and apologized, it smelled that bad.
I guess I believe him about the bottle being in the dark container for a long time, but the other bottles from that container still smelled fine and how I remembered them (some were from the early 2000’s and I did end up buying a 2014 Idylle Love Blossom from that container) so I feel like either this bottle was out in the hot sun for a while before it ended up in the container and it turned or it really did turn in 7 years in the dark.
I’m basically writing all this as a warning, be very careful when ordering Miss Dior Cherie L’eau online, this smell was irredeemable and the original smell is so heavenly so you will be supremely disappointed. At least make sure there is a return policy or make the seller open the bottle and smell it before sending it to you.

Miss Dior Cherie L’eau is my first real love. This is the scent that brings me back to so many memories.
I remember so vividly, the day I got it, on my last trip to the US back in 2010, my mother and I were testing out some fragrances in Nordstrom. I remember sniffing some Vera Wang, Chanel and finally Dior. I sprayed Miss Dior Cherie on my wrist and Miss Cherie L’eau on the other. And ohhh it was LOVE at first whiff!! Additional points to the gorgeous bottle! Though I liked MDC, this flanker smelled like no other!! It was fresh, young, elegant and sophisticated. My mother also loved it, her being a fan of citrusy scents and Dior. She got it for me and it was the start of a special bond between me and MDC L’eau — milestones and memories with this love of mine. Attending post graduate school, to wearing it on dates, and holding hands and cuddles and first kisses to falling in love for the first time.
I wore it over the years and would have other fragrances but would always come back for it most especially when I want to feel pretty or happy or when I need to feel confident or during any memorable event. It is that special “secret sauce”.
I love love love the clean, fresh burst of citrus from the bitter orange it brings. It is the epitome of a good spring or summer day when everything it going your way. I also smell the gardenia and the dry down musk is absolutely gorgeous. One spray is enough to last me around 4 hours. It only contains 3 notes, simple like how its supposed to be. Miss Dior Cherie L’eau is a sweet, charming and innocent fragrance of magical beauty. It’s a happy and smiling scent which will surely brighten up your whole day.
Dior should have never discontinued this citrusy gem! Like they say, you’ll never forget your first love, and this one is mine.

Oh my dear Cherie L’eau. It should have been my signature scent if Dior haven’t broken my heart and discontinued that beauty. Just three ingredients on the composition and it is still the scent of perfection for me. Cherie L’eau smells so like me that it felt like the scent was coming from inside my skin instead of from the top of it. The bitter orange and the gardenia are in perfect harmony on the openning. On the dry down I get the creamy scent from the still gorgeous gardenia along with white musk (but the bitter orange is still there, behind, making it still fresh). It’s so sofisticated and simple at the same time. Very fresh and confy. Light and sensually spontaneous. I have no idea why Dior discontinued that perfection in a bottle. Really, I will never understand that.
O meu querido Cherie L’eau. Suave e espontaneamente sensual. Eu não faço a menor idéia do porque a Dior descontinuou essa perfeição engarrafada. Nunca vou entender.

I used to own Miss Dior Cherie L’eau, it smells light and refreshing, even though the longevity is somehow moderate. Unfortunately it is discontinued, so I replaced this scent with D&G Light Blue.

My favourite dior cheri fragrance however longevity isn’t very strong..you can’t always have it all

  8. :

Such a beautiful, feminine scent. Elegant and fresh it’s spring in a bottle. While the longevity is good on my skin the silage is soft. This scent could have very easily gone wrong, many similar fragrances turn out to be sharp, almost clinical/detergent like but not this. It’s simplicity is what makes it so charming, it’s clean, powdery and youthful. Unfortunately my bottle is almost gone, I wish they would continue with this delightful scent.I have an extensive perfume collection and if anyone has this and wishes to swap I’d be more than happy to let you pore through them and pick something you’d like to exchange! Fingers crossed 😛

This was a blind buy. I was looking for a citrus fragrance and this appeared on the search result. I’d wanted to take a whiff of it before buying it, but I was told that this fragrance has been discontinued, and so, in the spirit of collecting something limited and trying out a new fragrance, I ordered it online. I wouldn’t say it is my favourite fragrance, but I also far from hate it. I guess it’s an OK fragrance. Fresh and sporty on my nose.

I tested it yesterday and I am quite pleasantly surprised. The first 5 minutes was a cloud of citruses, so my verdict was: ordinary, fresh, but nothing special. I continued my shopping tour and after awhile I was absolutely delighted of a strong floral scent around me. I thought that it was the lady next to me. My soon she moved away and this beautiful aroma was still surrounding me. Suddenly I remembered that I tested this transparent green bottle and this gorgeous musky-gardenia scent was coming from my wrist. It’s so lovely but the longevity is about two hours on me. I don’t mind reapplying often, thought.

I always liked the way somebody smelled, i mean, like “still in shower” fresh and cold-breezy. I have a good collection of top notch fragrances from the greatest brands in the world, but still, I didnt get that type of perfume. And Miss Dior Cherie Leau is the one. The citrusy notes are dominating the scent while musk play a second fiddle. I couldnt detect gardenia in it. But this perfume has literally blown me away. Very fresh, clean green, amazing. Its sillage is monstrous, I mean if not used in moderation, you can hypnotize people around you. Eventhough I dont think this perfume out of the world, this one is unique, mysterious and really possess a magnetic aura that is unexplainable.
I am sad that this regal fluid is no longer available. Why on earth, they discontinued it?? 🙁
I am saving this perfume for special occasions, really a gem.

    Dear Dior,
So it goes that the things you love the most are the most ephemeral too. However, this seems a harsh stand for a beautiful, elusive, perfectly balanced, well rounded, very well loved, fabulous, spectacular fragrance! Bring this back now, wouldn’t you, please!
I ran out of adjectives. May we not run out of this bliss of a fragrance ever again 😉

I sprayed this accidentally a years back. I was getting ready for my sister’s wedding and I sprayed it thinking it was my perfume ( Versense, Versace ). Both were similar in color and shape. It belonged to some family friend who had her belongings in the same room as me. Oh my I loved it. It was so soft on me. I have never been a department store shopper and I rarely visit a mall so finding this perfume evaded me at the time. I also think it was discontinued shortly after. I searched for it on online stores I trust but never found it. Eventually, twice I ordered it from Amazon at an extravagant price and received 2 fakes. I gave up. However, I found someone credible selling a used bottle on ebay for a reasonable price. I do think it is authentic but it smells sharp and never quite evolves or softens so beautifully like that time in 2010. It simply has a sharp grass smell. I will not wear it. Also the color is a little more yellow than I remember. I think the bottle I bought went bad. Maybe it was a bad batch. So sad.
I sprayed it on again today. I still hope it will smell nice. Nope, smells like Lysol lemon detergent. Sharp, nothing soft about it. My bottle is either a very well made fake bottle wise or this perfume turned acrid.

Very clean, refreshing, girly, and elegant at the same time!
Got complimented on this on my first use, both men and women like it! It’s hard to find though so I’m saving it for special occasions. The citrus is more prominent on me than the gardenia, can’t trace the musk.. but I still like it!
Try it and you will love it 🙂

My boyfriend gave this one to me as a present without smelling it first -it was one sale, cheap guy! 😛
At first, I was not very much fond of the perfume; however, i realized it smells good on me. My mom says it has a very sharp smell, and I do agree with her. I use this perfume at chilly spring and fall days mostly, a pretty approproate one for those days. It is best to try it on yourself first, though.

sooo I got a sample of this today. On me it smells like sarah j. parker’s covet because the scent of citrus is quite similar. I got the samples online so I’m not really sure if this is how it’s supposed to smell.

I love this so much! Have been using it sparingly since it’s been discontinued and I only have one bottle left. I like this so much better than Miss Dior Cherie (which I do own) and find cloying and mainstream. This is citrus done softly with a lady like touch. Gorgeous.

  21. :

please, Dior bring it back. why, oh why was it discontinued?????

  22. :

    5 out of 5

To be honest, I didn’t expect to like Miss Dior Cherie L’Eau. I had always had bad experience with green-liquid perfumes, but after checking out the notes and reading the reviews, I bought this blindly, and I’m so glad that I did.
The opening note is very floral, and the first minute it seems a bit harsh, but after that it becomes very fresh and clean. I think this perfume is perfect for spring or summer. It lasts about 4 hours, which is understandable since it’s an EDT and it’s so clean-smelling. I’m so sad this one is discontinued, the Miss Dior Eau Fraiche doesn’t smell as great. L’Eau also reminds me of Omnia Crystalline a little bit, except Crystalline is more business-like whereas L’Eau is more playful, at least to me 😀
I imagine that the Cherie L’Eau girl is very active and friendly, sometimes she seems a bit cheeky and too confident, but that’s just who she is. The boys like her because she seems like one of them, she’s not too girly or emotional 🙂

I still have half a bottle of this, and I’m very, very careful with it. To me, this is purely an olfactory memory.
I was deployed to Afghanistan, and whenever we returned to camp the first thing I did on my free time was take a shower and put this on. Fresh and clean, it was pretty much the perfect juxtaposition for the dry, dirty, sweaty scents of missions.
Safely home, this somehow brings me straight back as easily as the more “logical” desert scents.

I adore Miss Dior Cherie (although I’m confused as to which incarnation of the fragrance I have) and I was shocked to find that this smelled awful on me. The MDC EDP on me blooms and has all sorts of romantic, intoxicating complexity. The L’Eau just went flat, sour, and unpleasantly citrusy on me. I enjoy citrus fragrances so I’m not sure what this was. It might be that I do better with more complicated fragrances. Anyway, if you haven’t tried this I wouldn’t buy it blind.

I’ve never been fan of Miss Dior Cheries BUT when I first tried this beauty few years ago, I couldn’t stop sniffing my wrist – it was so delicious. I have never tried such a yummy fragrance before. It was just perfect match for my skin, very uplifting, optimistic, clean and chic. Flowers and citruses were perfectly balanced. I went trough difficult period of my life at that time but it never affected my attitude to this fragrance. I wanted to buy it for summer 2013 and was disappointed it’s not available anymore.

I loved this fragrance until it turned on me. I cannot wear it without getting a migraine. I hate that it makes me ill because it is such a lovely fragrance and I would love to wear it without the unfortunate headache. Regrettably, putting this one up for swap 🙁

    Oh my.
Spring has just started here in Australia – and I don’t think there could possibly be a better fragrance in my collection for this season than Cherie L’eau.
As promised, this opens up with beautiful, fresh bitter oranges. What soon follows is the Gardenia – which tames the orange down with a lovely white floral sweetness, and almost what smells like a vanilla bean creaminess (I know it’s not listed but I am *sure* I smell Lily in here too). The musk joins in and kind of just “powders” over everything to give it a clean, musky, delicately soapy feel.
Cherie L’eau is the first of the Miss Dior range that has not only impressed me, it’s making me fall more and more in love with it the more I smell my wrists!
This isn’t a Silage monster by any means – but it’s noticed by others (in a good way)! This is femininely fresh, fun and sophisticated and longevity is around 6 hours on me which I am more than happy with as I love re-applying it! The bottle is too cute for words as well.

WHO SQUOZE THE CHARMIN? if that little saying brings back memories to any of you, you’ll also remember when toilet paper once was scented until they stopped doing that. I purchased this a few years back and am almost down to half of the bottle. I like it very much. It’s different, clean and fresh. However it’s pleasant and I don’t think of Charmin TP when I wear it. But that is what it reminds me of. So can anyone else confirm this or have I completely and totally gone mad?

This fragrance smelt soapy on me during the summer but transformed completely on the rainy days. I could immediately smell the scent of bitter orange with an undertone of gardenia. Am so glad that the gardenia in this fragrance isn’t too overpowering. I just wish that it lasted a little longer, because after 4 hours, it turns into a faint powdery scent.

yea i realize i really don’t like really fresh scents for sure i had Chanel Eau Fraiche, returned it..now i got this..returning it..bye Cherie..your just too sharp and soapy..i’ll just continue hanging with Miss Dior Cherie EDP.. you can never do strawberries wrong…

  38. :

    3 out of 5

    * Smell fresh, grassy-floral, with strongly noticeable Gardenia, the green – as indicated by its color. Any candy or fruit do not feel. A shame because I really was hoping for the Strawberries straight from the bush
    * Bottle gently adorned with classic bow.
    * fragile, because 3 hours max (EDT so have)
    * Regular price high
I appreciate the smell is only now – in the spring, when nature comes alive and is getting warmer, he interacts with me, and stimulates the action.
I’m not a fan of green scents. I dont feel comfortable in that fragrance – a Versense versace, chanel chance eau fraiche, gucci flora eau fraiche and Miss Dior cherie l ‘eau can be lumped together with those smells.
It is hard to overdo the amount because the smell is not stuffy. I plan to soon use this 50 ml and probably I will never go back to the fragrance. But it is the only one green scent that I really like 🙂

Come spring and year after year I’m reminded how wonderful L’Eau is. Ever since it’s been discontinued I’ve been sparing it just for spring. I have not been depriving myself a lot though, because unlike others here, I find it very long lasting, therefore I don’t spray a lot. The projection is quite strong for the first couple of hours and gets more personal as the day progresses. The fresh green citrus opening, the powdery white middle and the subtly sweet fluffy base are just delectable. I’m a bit gutted that I actually hold a bottle that already belongs to the past, long before it’s drained to the last drop. I suppose it will last for next spring as well. The only one from the Miss Dior line that I ever liked. In my opinion the current eau fraîche is just a patchouli-spoiled shadow of this one, so similar to other fruity-chyprés fumes that designers race to put out these days.Damn you, Dior, for letting this one go.

  40. :

    4 out of 5

In my opinion this is the best scent out of the Miss Dior line. And also the most unique one. Personally I smell very few similarities to the original Miss Dior Chérie perfume.
Miss Dior Chérie L’eau is very light and not offensive at all. But it is a very unique scent in itself and, though light and fresh, still noticable. It’s a very “young” and innocent fragrance and I get lots of compliments each time I wear it.
Why would Dior discontinue such an amazing scent..?
My favourite perfume out of all the ones I own.
    Simply amazing <3

Smells strongly of gardenia. I don’t recommend it if you can’t tolerate this flower. As a L’eau of course we expect something light and citric. This is citric as well, but to me the white flower controls it all. It’s a strong scent. It is long lasting. Great for spring. Not one of my favorites. If you’re a fan of citric scents and gardenia then this might be the right fit.

  45. :

Too orange for my liking smells like orange cleaner.

  46. :

    4 out of 5

I think this is an ideal perfume for a young person 16 – early 20’s who likes good perfumes. simple, light, clean and fresh.
Do not spray too much as orange can become over powering and tangy.
I thought is did not have good staying power at first but it really dose. I cannot stress enough one to two sprays is more than enough due to the orange. You want the orange to be subtle not sickly. When I sprayed just a little my bf said I smelt lovely but when I sprayed too much he didn’t like it at all.
Ps, does anyone know why Dior discontinued this little charm?

  47. :

  49. :

I finally got my hands on a bottle of this scent (thanks to gypsykitten, Thank you) and I really love it so far. I was on the fence about whether or not to get this around the time it was released and forgot about it for a while. Well, a few months ago I was cleaning out my room and found an old magazine w/the tester page of this and I fell in love from that moment on (and of course I fall in love after the scent is discontinued). This is a scent that I can actually say I love, this has not happened in a long while. I will like a scent but I really “Love” this one, so much that I find myself craving the scent if I’m not wearing anything or I will crave to smell it when I am wearing a different scent.
Something in this is so darn good…it’s fresh while also being a bit sweet but not too sweet, since sweet scents usually do not work well on me, but it also has that gosh darn bitter orange note that almost makes my mouth water when I smell it, hell when I think about it! This smells of fresh blooming flowers with a hint of bitter citrus from the bitter orange with a background of lush woods and greens, almost like walking through a forest after a spring rain shower. The smell of the flowers covered with the leftover dew. From what I remember, I think this one got mixed reviews down below but it is perfect for me at the moment. Let’s see if my “Love” fizzles but I hope not 🙂 Also this is a fresh scent that lasts a fairly long while especially when sprayed on clothes!!

c’est chic! I love L’eau. Everytime I wear it I get compliments. Fresh and sophisticated. I love to wear it with a basic white T-shirt, jeans and designer ballerinas, makes me feel I’m in Paris in the spring!
Incredible longevity, I can smell it on the shower next day.

  51. :

I like this l’eau. soft and good for daily use. citrus smell is blended well with the white floral smell.

  52. :

    4 out of 5

A person who has been used to Paris Hilton and Kimora Lee Simmons scents would think Miss Dior Cherie L’eau is quite sophisticated, methinks. Not as bad as the original Miss Dior Cherie and I wouldn’t be offended if I had to sit next to someone wearing it at work. In some ways it reminds me of a “pinker” L’eau de Serge Lutens. But overall, a waste of the name Dior. As always, this is my opinion based on 3 wearings and YMMV.

This one was given to me as a gift by my mom and I suspect the sales person heard ‘daughter’ and picked something ‘age-appropriate’. I didn’t warm up to it for a long time until I gave it a second chance.
Starts out almost sharp on me. Stays very fresh, but in an non-sweet and not cloying way. I consider this a nice fresh one that one can wear when you are faced with office wear considerations, or around people who consider more mature fumes ‘old people style’. Nobody could ever find this one offensive, or intruding their private nostril space. Very safe. Green floral that won’t give you a sugar coma.
Works well for me in “100 degree weather”(40 degrees) without turning sour – hence it becomes a good summer choice after the gym, or to feel showered after the shower, without obnoxious soap smells.
On me it very much is a linear scent without much of a drydown, except for the first 2 minutes when the harshness gives way for general fresh green florals.
Not a scent I drool over in any obsessive way (the way I obsess over incense based fragrances) – but it has its space on my shelf. Not every day is a ‘difficult and sophisticated day’, this is a nice and fresh scent without much pretense.
Sillage wise- two sprays and you’re good. Price perhaps reflects in the longevity department. I put this on after a shower before bed and can still detect it on my skin and clothes 14 hours later.

  55. :

I really love this perfume! It’s so feminine and light and classy. It’s a bit expensive, though, but smell lasts long, especially when sprayed on clothes. Also, the smell of the bottle is already pretty strong so I put the perfume inside my closet and every time I open my closet, I get a whiff of this stuff. The smell also manages to stick on my clothes so I love that fact that sometimes I don’t even have to spray it to smell it 🙂

Miss Dior Cherie L’eau has an aquatic floral vibe with the slightest hint of soap. Not nearly as much soap as Miss Dior Eau Fraiche, thank goodness. L’eau reminds me a bit of Marc Jacobs, but L’eau is greener and not as sweet.

It is totally beyond me why Dior decided to discontinue making l’eau. It is log lasting scent of remarkable beauty. I get compliments each time I wear it. It is bubbly, fun green floral, elegant and chic.

This is by far one of the best smelling perfumes I’ve ever smelt! Everytime I wear it, everyone is asking what I am wearing, and as the day goes by it just keeps smelling better and better. Not an annoying scent 🙂

I sampled Eau Fraiche today. According to Christan Dior official website ”Created by François Demachy, Miss Dior Eau Fraîche is a chic veil of freshness with a chypre signature underscored by the addition of Indonesian Patchouli.
A delicate blend of Calabrian Bergamot and vibrant Gardenia highlighted by fresh and luminous Indonesian Patchouli, Miss Dior Eau Fraiche is a sunny, springlike and eternally elegant scent.”
Sounds very appealing, I have to admit. But it’s not L’eau. They smell similar at first (citrusy gardenia on me) and they remain close, but not identical till the dry down- because of the gardenia they have in common. But after a certain point they smell totally different (patchouli instead of musk here) Silage and longevity are approximately the same. Also the liquid now is light peach instead of green.
What can I say, I really miss the clean cotton feeling of musk here. And I wore L’eau every spring/summer since it came out. Now I bought a large bottle as a backup and consider getting a second one. Well, thank you Dior for discontinuing my favorite spring perfume after only three years in the market! Sigh…

To all fans, regarding the official news of discontinue of Miss Dior Cherie L’eau. Don’t worry, you can still go for the new Miss Dior Eau Fraiche, a little citrusy on the opening, but the drydown is the same. Go for it.

This is simple…love the elegant bottle….but it doesn’t last on me at all. This is very fresh and safe. I am not in love with it…..it might be a chemistry thing. It has no drama. It’s just chic youthful and pretty. Everyday office wear/work wear. I don’t get excited for this unlike hypnotic poison or even jasper. This is pretty good for what it is. Fifth avenue works better for me…..

I don’t know why but it smells like Ma Dame by Jean Paul Gaultier to my nose. Maybe it’s the orange notes? smells clean, flowery, and a bit sharp on my skin. Also, it fas a nice lasting power.

On a piece of paper, I don’t like it that much.
However, on my skin, Oh, My!!!
I LOVE this light orange, then gardenia not far behind.
It’s clean citrus BUT STILL very girly somehow!
(But I can’t smell the musk though.
Only cons for me is that, it goes away so easily!
I LOVE this smell, but need something attach me stronger.

Clean and fresh, i am in love with this light perfume. Its faint, but faint as if it’s inviting others to be closer to you. However, it’s not quite feminine, it’s almost clean yet naughty if that makes any sense to you.
I adore the citrus smells. It is so unique to any other perfume I have smelled. The ending musk smell is so perfectly woody as well.
Definitely purchase it if you dare to be different!

Christian Dior’s Miss Dior Cherie L’eau is feminine, charming, and fresh! Bitter orange gives you a deep citrus scent blended with fresh blossoming gardenias and just a touch of white musk. Miss Dior Cherie L’eau makes you think of clean linen drying in a cool spring breeze. Light and beautiful fragrance!

This lovely scent is going to be replaced soon so if you want it – do hurry!
Lovely and sparkling, in my opinion the most feminine greenish fragrance out there. I’m going to be so sad to see this one going out of market 🙁

I like this. I’m actually surprised there are only three notes listed. The strongest note is the bitter orange (which for me came off as a grapefruit scent in the first few minutes). I get the musky accord, as well as a dry woody scent somewhat like the cedar in Light Blue. The gardenia isn’t really all that strong to me. I pick up on it a hint more in the drydown. There are other scents of the “fresh citrus-floral” type that I prefer (Light Blue, Chance Eau Fraiche, etc.) but this is still a nice scent. It’s light, refreshing, and pleasantly tart.

Miss Dior Cherie flew away across Paris tied to a bunch of balloons, and landed softly in the French countryside, amidst groves of oranges.
L’Eau opens with a strong scent of bitter oranges and sparkling citrus. Very clean and fresh. The magic happens when it has had some time to warm up on the skin. The scent mingles with gardenia and becomes creamy, yet remains sparkling and delicate till the end.I’m not a huge fan of citrus scents, but L’Eau is clean, modern and perfect for hot summer days.

my reviews after using cherie l’eau for almost a year now..to be honest this is my favourite from miss dior cherie line..this is very fresh, simple & clean..it’s kind of bitter for a start but gradually when the gardenia mix around with the orange..it give you the vibe of cleanliness & confident..it can be a bold smell if you spray a lot but still..a nice catch from dior cherie..different from the line..this is stunning in term of smell & the bottle too..

I found Miss Dior Cherie L`Eau absolutely stunning in the beginning, both citruslemonish sparkling, floral and refreshing. It’s clean and green with a lot of orange blossom in the topnote. A while later I scent the gardenia, and it shows up almost right away without beeing dominant…. I can also smell a bit of cardamom. Miss Dior L’eau has an incredibly balanced medley of citru
