Description

“I am of mixed races and was brought up in a very liberal environment around a multitude of races.  Therefore, the word “miscegenation” is quite important to me.

Launched on Valentine’s Day 2018, this release pays tribute to William Shakespeare’s “Othello”.  However, with the add campaign and fragrances, I decided to focus on the love between Othello and Desdemona and the unity of their two races rather than the tragedy between them.

Even the note breakdown in the fragrances where constructed to reflect their races: in “Othello” there is black amber, blackthorn, black agar, black spruce, black pepper, black dahlia and black cherry.  In “Desdemona” there is white musk, white tea, white raisin, white peach, white chocolate and white pepper.  “Miscegenation” is a unity of the two.  Therefore the note breakdown reads: black amber, white musk, blackthorn, white tea, black dahlia, white peach, black spruce, white raisin, black agar, white chocolate, black pepper, white pepper and black cherry…” – a note from the brand.
The nose behind this fragrance is Vincent of Dreamhouse.
