New Italian kids on the block present their up-market line. A cleverly chosen name, Milonga, for a very nice, persistent warm accord, rather close to skin I suppose (but I got just a drop on my wrist). The opening is slightly puzzling, ginger blurs the citrics, but the confusion does not last long. Mid-way I even smell a whiff of violet, slowly morphing into … yes, my beloved patchouly, eternarnal show-saver! A soft one, very comforting, arm in arm with the tonka. I would not mind wearing it. It reminds me of another scent I cannot pinpoint now.
Suitable for a dressed-up working girl but also for your golden-hearted, caring and wise family-raising friend who deserves an intelligent treat.
