Description
Italian fashion brand Manila Grace launches its first fragrance in collaboration Mavive in late September 2015. Manila Grace fragrance is intended for sophisticated and confident woman, described as a combination of femininity, charm and comfort.
Nuances of lemon and geranium are mixed with black currant and cardamom, with additional cake accord, generating a warm and passion feeling. Gingerbread, lily of the valley, coconut and white peach give a gourmand twist in the heart of the perfume. Vanilla dominates the base, together with cedar, amber wood and orcanox.
The stylish design of the bottle, reminiscent of ancient “snuff bottles”, is decorated with polka dots of signature manila style. The fragrance is available as 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette.

Update: I do not know why, but in addition to what I have already written, just sprayed makes me think even a little ‘Nutella smell !!? Does it only happen to me ?! ; D

For me this scent is simply delicious! It’s just what I’ve been looking for a long time, a substitute for my beloved Lann-Ael by Lostmarch, nowhere to be found ..
I must say that I sprayed it exactly remembers a delicious cake, then over time you feel good coconut and lemon, on the skin at a distance of 2-3 hours you can perceive even if gently, better spray a bit on clothes to feel it a bit ‘more, or spray a little on the pajamas before going to sleep, it is so wonderful that it relaxes me, too good!

I’m a devoted gourmand lover and Manila grace was clearly planned to be a gourmand.of course it IS a gourmand.but it can’t satisfy a gourmand lovers hunger 100% and this is a pity
Cupcake, ginger bread, vanilla and coconut, looks like a great idea and all four of them are easily detectable in this juice,it smells like a spicy pastry.it could be much more delicious, but now it reminds me a low calory spicy cake.there’s some sort of fruity-citrusy-spicy freshness in it which doesn’t let it’s delicious notes to fully bloom.and it needs more sugar.and yes, thick layers of vanilla, coconut butter cream
I don’t mean it that I don’t like it as it is.actually I’ve just begun to get to know it.it’s nice, longlasting, comforting, easy to wear year round, has a great bottle and I’m very happy to have it around.a 3.4oz was just 38$ so it’s totally worthy
If you want to experience a gourmand with a hint of fruity, spicy freshness in it’s opening and a cozy, not really sweet, warm bread-like frydown ,then give Manila grace a shot

Zesty, spicy, creamy, sweet. A very deep and a bit spicy gingerbread base with zesty notes of ginger and warm, dark vanilla, swirled with a creamy coconut note. Sweet? Yes, but not too sweet when you are a gourmand lover. Delicious. Btw. this one reminds me on the drydown of L by Lolita Lempicka, when the cinnamon note and citrus notes get less noisy and the spicy, warm vanilla finally has a chance to reveal itself.

Eccessivamente dolce!!!
Sul genere Lann-Ael, ma ancor più dolce e vanigliato.
Preferisco molto la versione “Eau fraiche”, che rimane dolce ma è rinfrescata da pompelmo ed agrumi.

OMG. This is SWEET!! So so sweet that makes Pink Sugar smell like a perfumed intimate wash.
Not my type of scent, but it smells attractive to smell in itself, not to wear.
Basically is like entering a fine French or Italian patisserie with freshly made mignon and cakes or like the warm vanillic scent that lingers out of the rear door of the lab of those shops.
While it’s interesting I think that the gingerbread-cupcake-coconut-vanilla combo becomes a single overwhelming smell that kills anything else in the composition. Where is cardamom? Where is geranium? And lily-of-the-valley ran for the hills.
For sure something to be worn sparingly or you will cause cavities to the ones around you.
I get the similarity with Lann-Ael, which is also an extremely cake-like scent, but well made.
